This is what also bothers me and made me hesitant to try it out. No. Miners cannot find two solutions without running two processes (i.e. two pools). Neither of the blocks were invalid, they simply were not built upon by other miners so those blocks became stale (orphaned). franky1's answer is the most likely answer for this situation. This is my speculation as well, but even if only one of those blocks were orphaned/staled, they just lost a full block, $10k+ for having poor communication between their own nodes. |

I've been waiting for a deposit I made to PurseIO to show up for more than 24 hours now. Sent support an email yesterday and got a reply saying "Our wallet service is having some problems right now, and we're looking into the matter"...24 hours since they said that and still no deposit showing up and no reply from support today to my follow up email asking for an update. Am I the only one having problems as I haven't seen anyone else complaining about it?  Either way, what gives PurseIO? I somehow have a negative balance in Purse, and one of my deposits hasn't reflected yet even though it's been 10+ confirms... What's going on purse?
I believe it's fixed now. We had 2 cases of missing deposit notifications. |

i got an email couple months ago about purses security being compromised and password change advice. i just decided to stop using purse lol, guess i made a pretty goo decision
That email was regarding phishing attempts. Purse hasn't had any other security breaches. |

I wanted to use this once, but most buyers back out when they find out the price of shipping to my country  Big bummer for me. Anywho, seemed good, they returned my coins though I didn't get to buy the item I wanted haha. There's a field for entering additional shipping costs. Have you tried that? |

Not meaning to complain about free money but I have still not recieved the .01 BTC I was promised for completing the survey I was emailed. It told me that I would recieve a payment within 24 hours and of completing the the survey and I haven't recieved or have I been able to speak with anybody reguarding this matter. I hae sent an email to support, and tried on site support via the contact us link and haven't gotten any response from either one. Is anyone around to resolve here?
We paid everyone who responded within 27 hours. Im not calling you a liar but I responded within 8 hours of recieving the email. I even contacted support to try and make sure it I did it correctly to which I am still awaiting a reply. But its ok, go ahead and keep them, just dont promise me one thing and then not deliver, I have told several people about this offer because I was impressed with purse for giving a generous amount for a quick survey, and you guys let me down after I put in a good word for your site. Very disappointed once again with purse.io. PM me your username/email and we'll process it. |
