Tell us your most desired next features and bug fixes you want!!! When next in line in a ring game waiting list, the popup buy-in dialog should play a tone or sound effect to get the player's attention. It's literally one line of code to fix.

Haha, swcpoker dot com (not sure if you can include urls here) is available for $10,000. They do not even have that secured as a business which is mind-blowing. If they can't use EU I wonder what they'll use for a domain!?!?
If you remember April 15, 2011 (a.k.a. Black Friday), the FBI can seize a .com top level domain so there's no reason for SWC to register that one. But there are over 1000 others to choose from. Having at least one backup ready to go would probably be a good idea.

Can't currently login. It is giving me an error trying to update. Same for me.

However when I left the table a couple hands later my account was not credited with that extra 140. If I had to guess, it appears the auto-rebuy topped me off to the 200 max right before the split pot was awarded. So those 140 chips came out of my account onto my stack (and returned when I left). But that should not have happened.

Just came across a weird ring game bug. I started a hand with 200 chips against an opponent with 140. I called his all-in and we split the pot so he started the next hand with 140 again yet my stack showed 340. However when I left the table a couple hands later my account was not credited with that extra 140. Here is the hand history:

But there are so little uncensored places left that I would prefer at least to have poker chat the way it is.
On the other hand, SWCPoker is a business and open racism is bad for business.

Other improvements are also being worked on with the goal of increasing the speed of play.
Here's how to do that: 1. Stop auto-invoking the player's time bank clock when they are away-from-keyboard or just not paying attention. Only an actual disconnect or a player request should trigger the time bank. 2. When a player times out on a check, put them into immediate auto check/fold mode so that subsequent actions to them in that hand don't require a full clock countdown. 3. Replace the "Auto Blinds" box with a "Fold to any bet" box. There's a already "Wait for BB" and "Sitout next BB" boxes, there's no need for the whole table to wait for some noob to decide if he wants to post his mandatory blind. 4. Require players to click a Ready button at the start of a tournament so we don't have a 5-minute first hand waiting for all the no-shows to time out their turns.

Why is it that non-playing observers can enter chat at tournament table but not at a ring table?

Alerts are sounding for players other than me
Yeah, I often hear that low two-tone beep as other people are timing out. I'm thinking why am I being warned about other players inattentiveness.

A few of suggestions that you'll likely ignore:
Get rid of that "Auto Blinds" checkbox. If the player isn't "waiting for bb" or have their "sitout next bb" option checked, their blinds should post automatically. I'm tired of watching idiots decide for 20 seconds whether they should post their mandatory blind or not. The most frustrating thing about SWC is the slow-ass play.
Speaking of that, if a player disconnects, indicate that on the screen so we know if their slow-ass play is their fault or not. And if they aren't disconnected, stop triggering their time bank automatically.
Add a net gain/loss metric to the ring game stats tab so I can know if I'm up or down for that session.
Stop resetting my stats tab in a tournament just because I changed tables.

Another bug - it's dangerous to mark 'call' or 'check/fold' because it's on exactly the same spot there appear the raise button , sometimes you just press raise with trash..
Or sometimes you call an all-in when you only intended to call the BB. I reported this one weeks ago but was ignored. The proper way for SWC to handle this is to either move the checkbox when the amount changes so the player clicks on an empty spot, or just uncheck the box if the player checked it within a half second or so from the amount changing. I only use the pre-move boxes when the action is at least two players away so I have time to undo a check that changed right as I was pressing the mouse button.

Thank you for the bug report. We have a lot of work to do.
Another issue I noticed in the Windows client is that for the first ring table that I open after logging in, I cannot click on an open seat when the table is expanded to full screen. It just ignores me and the table graphics are slightly fuzzy. I have to reduce the table to the default size and expand it again before it lets me take a seat. The graphics sharpen up at this point also. All subsequent seat requests work fine after that until I log out. You still have the Small Blind exploit that I reported here a couple weeks ago (and was ignored). A player can sit out the small blind then come right back in for the next hand and get the button with no penalty.

SwC clients have updated
One bug I noticed, hovering over your own name after folding no longer shows your folded cards.

I noticed a bug today in your ring game code while playing the No-Rake Micro Stakes #2 table. A player sat out the SB but came back before the next hand and it gave him the button without penalty. So I tried that myself to confirm what I saw. On hand #13730075 I was the BB. Next hand #13730092 I sat out the SB but came back in before the hand ended. Next hand #13730125 it gave me the button without penalty. What should have happened is the button should have passed over me and forced me to pay a dead SB directly to the pot (or made me wait for the next BB).

Why does typing the word "back" into the table chat cause a playing card emoji to appear in its place? That is super annoying.
Unrelated suggestions: on the Stats tab for ring games, please add a Net Gain/Loss statistic so we know how we're doing for that session. Also, please play a sound effect when next on the waiting list and a seat becomes available. This was put in the previous software after I had suggested it.

There's a severe flaw in the way the Call xxx (and Raise xxx) checkboxes are implemented when making your move prior to your turn. At least in the Windows client. For example I checked the "Call xxx" box when the current call was at 30 chips. A fraction of a second later the player on my immediate right raised to 105. The amount on the checkbox immediately changed to 105, left my check mark there and proceeded to call those 105 chips. Even if the raise on my right had happened a fraction of a second before I checked, it should have removed my checkmark and then either disabled the checkbox for a full second, or shifted it up or down so that my click would have landed on an empty space. The way it's currently implemented, those options are too dangerous to use.

Four colored decks would be my only gripe. Looks amazing!

BCH will now be confirmed & paid to those that requested it.
I finally received mine today. Better late than never I suppose.

Customer service will improve. How about improving it today by giving me the BCH withdrawal that was promised to me nearly 4 months ago (when BCH was worth 3 times as much as it is now)? And I don't want another promise of "with the next batch" like I was told on May 29 and again on July 15. How about right this very minute? Or admit you lost it or spent it already and have no intention of ever paying it out.

Our new software will fix this and many other long standing issues. New software will not fix your terrible customer support. That is all on you.
