Nice looking series. I m glad to see this project came to fruition.

Put me down for 30, 60, and 90. If you can make it a set that great; if not please add a set of the dice and other stuff that usually comes with a set.

Can you accept Bitgo instant payments?
I'll just use PP, please PM me a total.

Thanks,

After reading everything I think OGNASTY and Blazed should really apologize to the Kialara community. Og  nasty fan coins and Blazed diy coin cannot even remember the name is no where near a Kialara. I just recently got into cryptos and reviewing the past sales, I feel that because Blazed and OG hold a large collection of Casascius coins they are bitter that the demand is going down for Casascius coins and some other coins that they have not cornered the market with  is slowly rising in value. Og should return the money. Be the bigger man OG I will respect you more if you do. BTW I am interested in a Kialara silver and a redeemed casascius 25 btc coin.

+1

I agree. I hope the community can strive to be more respectful of other's preferences. I would like to see manufacturers of physical cryptos produce better quality products, increase innovation, and expand awareness of cryptocurrencies in general. Right now Kialara is doing all of these; that's why I believe there is such interest.

I am leaving it up to the buyer. I will only confirm if it was the buyer or not.

It comes with a signed certificate (back of the card in pic) as proof of authenticity.

Who is it signed by?

Signed by Adam Hupe.
He and his brother Greg are big in the meteorite community
and even have a site dedicated to this:

They seem to be responsible for "discovering" many recent meteors Cheesy

For reference, I paid 2.29BTC for a suite, a set, and a single

93  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Interest in physical coins is increasing with BTC price on: May 26, 2017, 02:40:41 PM
It feels like that's the way the market moves for sure. Back when BTC sat at $600 this section of the forum was more or less dead. Same old faces dealing with each other.

As for the encyclopedia, I'd like to see it in a pocket format if that would be possible? I know I'd like to have it on the road and show people what it's all about. Rather than dragging around a book (have not seen it in person so not sure of the size, might be making a fool of myself here).

Other than that, I'm happy we are seeing this increase in interest and the influx of both new and old members striking deals and creating collections.

The hardcover version is huge and heavy as it is supposed to be, for your coffee table.
The paperback version is smaller but still may require you to carry it in a backpack.

The hardcover version is nice but it has some issues with the wrong photos being printed for certain coins. Some carefully glued correction photos would be nice for any misprints in future editions.

I would like to see a pocket flip book style with less backstory and a focus on differentiating fakes from real physical cryptos.

96  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Kialara Physical Bitcoins/HAVEN: Update on: May 21, 2017, 07:04:22 AM
Given the exchange rate in USD has doubled since 'To the Moon' bars sold out, this is by far the most expensive Kialara series to date. Even the 100k bars effectively cost around $700 USD if paid in Bitcoin. I hope there will be added security measures or an option to add signature confirmation.

PayPal was definitely the better choice for payment this time. Who loads a Kialara anyways? It would be a sin to destroy one to get to the private key:)

I don't remember if paypal was even an option for the suites. Paypal was there later on for sure but the opening day I thought it was just bitcoin. I am guessing most people paid in Bitcoin. Either way, I think trades/resales in the future will likely take into account the original BTC cost.

I understand he is seeking perfection but honestly the current hologram and appearance of the obverse looks fine to me.

Agreed. There is also the concern it could look crowded if the window is made too small.
