just loading a bit^^

the spread is crazy. its bot heaven these days. im kicking myself for not majoring in CS

Yo me too. Math skills are the most essential part of it (additional to what you usualy learn in CS). Its realy hard but I've put myself through 3 courses at coursera.org and started on edx.org... But I won't deploy one of these "high frequency" bots yet. Everything is possible if you can glue yourself to the screen, week for week. Still limited to python though. There are nice open sources to learn from.

the idea is to write a smart bot with code you can really feel confident about...
a lot easier said then done...

I write a program used to re-program embedded devices easily in a Visual or "Block oriented programing environment"
its makes it really simple to write complex programs given arbitrary inputs... i thought about retro fitting it to allow users to make Bitcoin Bots for any exchange with an API! ... but it would be a considerable amount of work...  time is BTC  Tongue

would be cool tho, a short 10 min video and anyone could have Their own bot running  Cheesy

I dont recommend turning a bot on now, even with such attractive range of spread. Be aware that the price is expected to jump above 35$ in few days.

I've received the BFL singles in USA last week. I am planning to ship it to BFL for the upgrade next week. The devices are offline due to high cost of electricity where I live now. Once I receive the ASIC devices it will be hosted immediately. If you have any question, please feel free to email me at bitnodes@gmail.com

Try to spend more time with them together. Get them into a game where both will be involved, in a couple of days the hitting behavior would disappear. There is a reason behind such behavior, you have to find it and solve it. The belt wouldn't work! And if it does it would be temporary.

A panic buying is the most expected scenario. It should start on monday if not this weekend. Fasten your seat belts and be ready for the 20$<->30$ range!

panic buying before the ASIC" hit? that the cause?

NO, NOT RELATED TO ASIC
68  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] BitNodes - The BitForce FPGA to ASIC Mining Bond - [FREE ASIC UPGRADE] on: December 28, 2012, 01:32:41 AM
Dear Bitnodes Bond holders,

I will pay all unpaid dividends for the last weeks in one transaction this Sunday. I've decided to send the devices earlier to be hosted in USA up until the upgrade process is ready by BFL. It would take 3 to 15 days for the devices to reach its destination from Belarus to USA. I didn't want to wait until BFL ask for the devices to be sent for the ASIC upgrade. Having the devices hosted in USA for the coming couple of weeks would allow us to send the devices to BFL much faster than having it hosted in Belarus. And in return we would be able to receive and host the ASIC devices in USA in no time. There is no need to argue, that the first couple of weeks of ASIC will be the most profitable ones. For that I've decided to plan things ahead to ensure we will be able to get the best benefit out of the first ASIC wave.

I currently don't have any plan to move the asset to any system. I am wait for receiving/hosting the ASIC devices to decide on that.

Wish you a happy new year,
Energizer

71  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: December 04, 2012, 09:58:31 PM
WHEN WILL IT STOP?  Shocked

It should land somewhere in the range of 15$ to 20$. It would take a day/a week/or a month to land there.

Bulls are trying to catch more bears around 12$ before launching the ROCKET!

On another note, I think it's just fair that you guys know:
I am almost finished buying back in now. Price will crash any minute, watch out!
Ente

..took a day longer than expected, huh?

Ente

LOL

My sympathies. I sold with a little loss. Because I was so greedy with my orders at 12.90 XD.

Congratulations! You've fallen into the trap!

Whoever pushed the price down toward 12 is after tricking ask orders higher than 12.5 to fall into 12$, to clean the path to 15$

To whoever or whatever reason brought the price down to 10$ "THANK YOU". I thought I would never be able to buy @ 10$ again. I am looking to buy more tomorrow @ whatever price lower than 11$. I am one of those who values bitcoin much more than any fiat currency or even gold.

Roll Eyes

its like people just don't understand that; fundamentally the value of bitcoin itself is going up everyday, and now the price is going down....

short term low 10.50 ?

It seems more like a planed "shot term low" to whatever down value that would open a door for shot term profit of at least 30%"! Its a smart move, especially at this time "one month before block reward gets divided". That would be the last chance to be able to do it the short way rather than a long one. Also it seems that "Thursday" is targeted, so no one would have enough time to make a wire transfer for buying law.
