1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: October 24, 2016, 04:41:49 AM
I personally believe that Bitcoin now is reaching a stage where more and more lay people are interested in earning it and also holding it like an investment, as they would hold metals and bullion. I think it is here to stay for a few generations at least.

It seems that it might be increasing in price. Keeping Bitcoin as a investment might not be a good idea, though holding at least a single Bitcoin could be a wise choice.
2  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo or blockchain? on: October 14, 2016, 11:56:03 AM
I would use blockchain.info because it is just simple to use.

I wouldn't recommend Xapo to anyone because I haven't tried it.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling worth playing? on: October 14, 2016, 11:46:21 AM
Everyday my friend gambles with his money as same with his life and he always gambling throwing away his money for nothing but losing and the worth part of it is he owes me money  Angry Angry

You should try to help your friend if he is just wasting his life away. Gambling is serious business, if he can't support the habit then he shouldn't play. It really is that simple.
4  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Can Anyone Tell Me (and others) What is an Investor- based game ?? on: October 14, 2016, 11:43:16 AM
Basically HYIP/Ponzi/Scam

Yep, the game is to just make money as fast as possible before the owner of the HYIP website runs away.
5  Economy / Gambling / Re: any site where winning small amount with least loss? on: October 14, 2016, 11:40:57 AM
Most websites only have limits for 0.001 BTC. You should try to get that amount and just bet with that amount.

Playing for pennies when it is 100% of your whole bankroll isn't a cool thing to do.

7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bankroll Management Challenge! on: October 14, 2016, 11:28:08 AM
You're smart, with 5% of your bankroll you could make money or lose it and not really worry so much. Most people here need to take some notes.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: October 14, 2016, 11:26:40 AM
I'm not rich from gambling but you can become rich by gambling with a lot of luck of course. I think if you have this luck you should never gamble anymore because you can only lose it again in my eyes..

There are only chances in getting a profit in gambling because risk will always be your enemy in it, and I think some people have won because of chances and there ain't more people that are getting a lot of winning even if he is feeling lucky but there are gambling methods that have large amount of chances of winning and that is sports betting, and poker!

I would figure that sports betting is a whole lot more safer than betting with odds with poker.

You might win more with poker + it is more fun, in reality it isn't really worth the stress.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: October 14, 2016, 11:24:04 AM
i have a fixec amount to play gambling with therefore i can only lost a fixed amount of bitcoin, i have fixed a my gambling limit and never like to exceed that really prevent me from losing a lot of money.

That is very smart if you are only gambling with money that you could afford to lose.

With a winning strategy you could win and also lose so try to be careful.

11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling made for kids???? on: October 10, 2016, 10:02:46 AM
is gambling made for kids? NO. but can kids gamble or know how to? DEFINITELY.

kids know how to gamble, too but not on casinos of course. take POGS for example. it's played by having as much as possible POGS in a round and the one who have the most is the considered winner. Some schools even banned it because kids keep the Pogs they won from other players.

kids doesn't understanding the concept of gambling but they do know the concept of winning. you win in something, you get things.
Kids just gamble to have fun and maybe take the money if given the chance but that is not good for them since they are still in the stage that they have a limited understanding in life and since gambling is a very risky game, it should be played only by those people who are matured already and know how to manage the risk in gambling.

Kids just shouldn't gamble with real money. I feel that they will get their winnings and spend it on hotwheels or something. I am not saying that hotwheels aren't good kid toys but when they grow up they might have that mindset of spending their winnings on worthless items.

Kids have a better chance of managing their money with monopoly money. It isn't cool to see kids throw their life away at a young age.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your average bet per game? on: October 10, 2016, 09:56:46 AM
Around $5 is a good start if you are gambling. It depends on a number of things like the budget, the game type and what individual/team is playing the sport.

When you manage your money for betting, you could make $5 to $50 pretty easily if you know what to do.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: October 10, 2016, 09:53:17 AM
I do consider trading as gambling. What is the definition of gambling at first need to know that. A attempt in gambling either will bring you some profit or loss. Trading where you get data and make analysis and then based on that you do a move to put some money in something. You think this is good thing to get profit sometimes you make or other times loose. Even experienced traders can not avoid losses as it is not in your hands to control the market. They work the same way in my point of view.
In simple words, if you're going for trading without having any skills, it might be gambling in the name of trading. Trading needs skill to set up strategies, so that we will be able to predict the price levels. Without skills, trading must be gambling only.

No need of predicting any prices but if you know that any product will give better returns in the long run then just buy and keep it until you get a good profit. But if you want to do a short-term trade then it is equal to gambling because in this skills will help only litter but still need a luck to make money.

You're right about the skill vs non-skilled trading. If the person doesn't know what he is doing then it really is a Gamble to them but with your eyes you may have the enhanced skill-set to figure that what they are doing is right/wrong.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: October 09, 2016, 11:36:04 PM
I don't think that many girls gamble because of their emotions. They might think it is just stupid to do so and I can't really blame them for that.
No girls also do gambling, yes most of the girls are emotional but all girls are not the same so some girls also do gambling and ever are addicted to gambling, but yes their number is way less than boys in the online gambling world or in real casinos.

Mind me girls is most addicted in gambling than boys. On our society my mother and other mother play cards as there habit because they dont have job. Its there hobby to play gambling. Maybe I guess you are only referring to online gambling which most of man only knows bitcoin.

When i read your post i was just able to realized that you are right haha, in some third world countries, most of the housewives was really more addicted to gambling than us boys because it is their way of having fun while staying at home.

Hmmm,

I guess you might be onto something here. It is different in 3rd world countries because the women there usually use technology more than men...they like to shop too so once they see something shiny they will go for it...

I should do a survey on that so we could finally find the answer to this lol
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 206: Cormier vs Johnson 2 Prediction and Info Thread on: October 09, 2016, 11:30:02 PM
I heard that there will be a co main event in 206. They say that it might be Ronda Rousey versus Cyborg but I do not think it will be. Since the fight is in Toronto who could it be? They say it will be big, so maybe it is GSP?

It's about time Rousey returned to the Octagon, that'd be a great fight, I hope it can happen.

As for Cormier vs Johnson II - It's so difficult to predict, anything could happen.

Wow that is impressive if Ronda Rousey returns to the Octagon. She was down most likely from her strong Ego (no offense Rousey), if she returns to actually fight stronger people then she has the potential to be a very strong fighter in the ring.

I like Cyborg, she is a fighter. Ronda might not have enough experience to take her out though.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you get scammed by an altcoin developer you deserve it? on: October 09, 2016, 11:24:48 PM
Yes.

It isn't that simple though, if you lose money then it really is yours and the communities fault. If you really wanted to make money then you all would've made it.
18  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Life time Netflix account. on: October 09, 2016, 11:21:40 PM
Lifetime Netflix account?

People who shop here already know that there is no such thing...that is why people aren't buying.

19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: October 09, 2016, 11:21:37 AM
when you're hooked on gambling games, it will be very difficult for you to get out. however, there are some right way to get out of the game. The most important is to remember your family, the longer you get together with your family, then you will be to forget the game, besides replacing the hobby also is the right step. maybe that way you will slowly come out of gambling

well yeah there's the part that you need to have your family or people close to you for support. although mostly i think it would really boil down to how badly you want to quit or how strong your  resolve is in quitting. it's going to be really rough though in the beginning as your body and mind will be adjusting to not being able to gamble anymore
If you are successful in doing that then it is good, the fact that you want to quit in gambling it means that you do not love gambling anymore and you can do the sacrifice in order for you to turn into a change man, our family still matters to us in the end.

It is good to see that some people here have some sense.
Personally, gambling isn't something that I would do full-time...it may feel like it is a full-time job because of the hours that goes by though when the odds become easier to manage it is less stressful and risky compared to someone who is just starting out with gambling.

Life is more important than playing games.
