What will be comedy gold is when it is revealed that the anonymous owner of the 15 or so PCs is an Arab with ties to terrorism and money laundering and then this sad-sack group of XPY holders, promoters, and exchanges get rounded up for supporting money laundering and funding terrorists.

this is the big reveal i'm holding out for

LOL- Did not catch the "the the" on the backdrop, hilarious. To be fair, they probably did not have enough $ to pay a decent graphic designer after paying $75,000 for the jet to Vegas.

Jesus Christ that is a lot of money for a flight.  I think if you can't afford to buy a private jet up front should you really be flying on them?

All these scam artists use these private jets to advertise success to millionaire investors.

Its a very well known lure tactic.

Yep, and according to the Email posted earlier today, they paid I think ~$73,000 for the jet AND paid for a professional photographer to photograph them arriving  in it, and then follow them around Vegas and take glamour shots while he laid it on thick and heavy.

someone start a kickstarter for hiring a photographer to get glam shots of him walking into prison

i'd do it, but i'm an ideas goy

Ya'll should watch some American Greed for a good look into how scams can operate for so long, how much time/effort the feds make before making a move, and how hard they hit scammers.

Garza has actually attracted negative attention and investigations wayyyy faster than professional grifters do.

I forget where I posted it, but I had a family friend get prosecuted by the SEC for something extremely similar.  It took 2 years or so and it was a slap on the hand with fines.  Good thing is he can't operate a business in the USA for a while.  The family friend was a 10 year ban.

check this out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg10993165#msg10993165

Garza managed to attract the FBI, IRS, and DHS too as far as we know, who are going to bring much more painful charges than the SEC

The other difference here is that Garza seems to be making out with little to no money to finance future scams, let alone pay his bills to his wife-monitoring subscriptions

Video footage from a recent call Josh had with his lawyers.... Very telling.

Again the same question. If he really broke so many laws, how come he s still around?

Investigators like to line up all the evidence for all the charges and make sure they have a solid case for all of them before making arrests and taking it to trial

Federal Prosecutors have an extremely high conviction rate because they do their job thoroughly

i am a bit alarmed at the direction of this thread...

i am all for good old fashioned mob justice, and have my torches and pitchforks ready... i am all for exposing this douche for the scammer that he is...

i am however more then just a little uncomfortable with seeing messages from his mother begging for a loan, or the texts of some random cunt (be it his wife or someone else) telling how "her pussy is all wet for her hashking"...

if the goal here is to truly help expose a scam, and to save as many potential current and future victims, this is not the way to go about it...

Sadly, pretty much of all this content comes from the leaked company emails
436  Other / Politics & Society / Re: palestine & Israel? What do you think about that situation? on: April 18, 2015, 07:40:39 PM
Somehow I totally fucked up my last post. This is all that's left. Fuck it. I'm not typing it again. Short version: You're all fucking lying Jew hating Nazis.

And why are the "Palestinian people oppressed"? Because they're fucking terrorists! Every chance they have ever been given to help make peace they have used to make war. It's like saying the KKK is oppressed, which they actually kind of are, but I am 100% in favor of the "oppression" of violent racists. I'm funny that way. (The KKK was also formed as resistance to occupation, by the way.)

Just to clarify in case any of you are KKK supporters. While I hate the KKK, I in no way mean to suggest they're as bad as the Palestinians.

jesus fucking christ you've managed to condense a lot of bad opinions into such a small amount of words
437  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Bitcoin Mining Profit Calculator on: April 18, 2015, 03:27:21 PM

Never should've said Bitcoin wasn't viable and I wouldn't be here, he declared war then cries, it's his emotional manipulation he uses on everyone

To be fair to Josh, I don't think Bitcoin is viable either

Unlike Josh, I didn't opt to try and replace it with a more broken pyramid scheme
440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Casualty List on: April 18, 2015, 07:51:34 AM
According to the FDIC, 486 credit-based fiat financial institutions failed between 2009 and 2015.

https://www2.fdic.gov/hsob/SelectRpt.asp?EntryTyp=30

That Bitcoin failures list is kiddy game bush league in comparison.

Now post the ratio of failed to not-failed institutions for both fiat and bitcoin ecosystems
