Can someone elaborate? Im not techie, but I guess simple solutions always win.

I really don't understand why factom needs so much funding at all. From what I understand they just store some data in the blockchain. Almost anybody can do that today: Choose an encoding scheme, convert data to transaction values based on the encoding scheme, make a (multisend) transaction, done.

I don't see why you need millions to develop some software to automatize this.

Josh tends to speak semi-freely inside the moderator chat.  Without knowing
the content he holds I am unsure of the level of concern.  Judging by how
"official" statements are twisted and skewed and used against us, I can
only assume that daily chatter would be a magnitude worse.

So yes, I am quite concerned.

What I see happening is the new leadership and team are trying to find their way through what is indeed a storm.  I see a separation from GAW/HJG.  I see a first round agreement with the PC owners for an initial drop of staking interest, including the burning of coins that exceed current allowances.  I see acceptance begun of the wallet that effects the staking change.  It's only a start, but it is a start, a beginning of applying brakes to a runaway train.  I also saw a willingness to reach out to someone with greater cryptographic experience than perhaps themselves.

They said they could not allow us to use CC for straight crypto purchases.
That is why I came uo with buy merchandise with free paycoin. According to
Revolution they will allow straight crypto purchases. So I have Revolution
for straight crypto and IP PAY for purchase of merchandise with free
paycoin as well as Heartland said they would also do the same. I have not
gotten a confirmation that IP PAY bailed but I'm not waiting for them to
just deny us I needed to work on backups.

Yesterday I was reading a discussion between Josh and one of the lawyers and he clearly stated that the Honors Program would not work, not just because of legality. Josh acknowledged this, and proceeded anyways. What imbeciles like ikeboy can not come to grips with is that Homero lies to EVERYONE, not just the suckers like him. He needed the GAW team(at least most of them) to believe that they were working on something real, when he knew full well it was all just a puff of smoke being used to buy more time to dump more XPY.

I could keep going, but I am not going to do it based on the reason you

Let's also not forget that it's still questionable, asked a friend of my

This was a not a promotion, nor was my analogy. It's a question of
reasonability. Just because a company says something can happen, it does
