I missed that thread but I have the signature since the beginning (or better before the start of the signature campaign)  So I don't think it should be a problem. I remember quite well when the Pineapple showed up with the Ark Colors. So we post once a week on this thread? It is ok dev, with all my respect for you and the project wich i think is great! But i have seen some people winning the first and second round so i think they can play the thrid round as well and win for me!

Open the full statistics on the first and second round sweepstakes. Why remains a mystery everything except the names of winners? I do not believe in a fair and proper conduct of the ARK sweepstakes.
Agree! Admin. Show for us all usernames of participants! Its not fair! How you can edit lottery result after results? And many same user won again as in first lottery What would you do if I gave you all the usernames? When has ANY ICO social media campaign release the info of all their participants? It's not going to happen, I don't care what you think. I'm not going to give you personal info on participants. And I know why it is you want the list, because MOST social media spammers DON'T and CAN'T remember their social media account names and need an email to search for their wins. I think you just can not remove multi accounts and spammers. Are you afraid that you will see it. If you cannot give more detailed statistics thus results sweepstakes was fabricated. I'm not going to participate more in the lottery and to discuss its results. So how did it happen that the same user won twice? for each action you get you receive an Entry, you can actually let people win multiple times. Our next Sweepstakes is like this, you can win as many times as possible. But the big winning ones were for one win per person and I let the duplicate slip. Human error on my part. This concerns me as well! I really think you have something amazing here, I see no sense in scrapping the project if you're short 10% of the goal.
It would be a GIANT letdown for not only the community you've built, but the honesty and trust in bitcoin, altcoins and developers in general.
The project won't be scrapped it will be just the TEC that will be canceled and refunded. Not the same thing. There are other ways to gain funds. It would be a waste of money and time to do so (not just our own, but participants as well), but there are other ways. But again, I think there is little to worry about, there is long way to go. You say refund, but doesn't the TEC agreement say specifically that there will be no refunds? https://ark.io/ARK-TEC-Agreement.pdf2.1 Exchange. You agree to exchange, and we agree to sell, on the terms set forth herein, your Resulting Distribution. Your exchanges paid with BTC, LSK ShapeShift are final. We will not provide any refunds of the exchange price under any circumstances. Even under the circumstance that it's not 100% funded? If so you guys should probably update that agreement. The whole thing is protection from people like earlier who was demanding we give him a refund for whatever stupid reason. If at the end we decide to give everyone a refund, it's within our right to do so. |

Now its 73%. finger crossed agreed :/ currently a refund puts me down almost 2BTC with loss of lisk value, around xmas, with nothing to show for it at all :/ tell you what, learned my lesson... if this fails i wont touch it the next time you guys ask wish you guys would have been more transparent about this situations possibility and what it would mean off the start of the ICO but then again, you would not have gotten so much investment if it was clear.....  sad part is if you would have just asked for a bit less, it could have started, now your looking at destroying any chance of the community backing you in the future (some i bet will lose MORE than me if refunds happen) smooth If you get a refund that means you don't lose any coins, jackass. Lisk tanking is not their problem. As the buyer you have to assume some risks... LISK is tanking cause all alts are tanking due to BTC rising. It would probably tank even more if there was more on the market.  I know right? There's 6 other coins on that image that are doing WORSE than lisk right now and a more current look shows 8. |

We need all of your guys help in making this a successful campaign, but what do you think will happen when all you hear is that we ruined your christmas? |
