Edit : Found the error the error was that there was unspent bitcoins as i got the confirmation on last transaction everythings got fine now. It was because in the last trx my wallet sent 1.55 to one address and 35.97$ to other so the remaining was there for spent and after confirmation whole amount was able to send.
