1721  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: March 19, 2016, 05:23:01 PM
Customers don't see any CC fees, the fees are paid by the merchant. The customer only sees that with CC, he could chargeback if anything goes wrong. And, of course, the money he's spending is on free loan from the CC, so there's that.

Merchants offering substantial discounts for BTC payments (to reflect the money they are purportedly losing to CC fees/chargebacks) would motivate bitcoin use, but they rarely do.

Most of the time customers don't see any credit card fees, but some local shops charge about +3% when paying with credit/debit card which is much more honest, although it discourages to use the credit cards there. So it all come to human psychology, when you have to pay +3% on top of the purchased goods versus no fee indicted but included in every purchased item whether you pay with cash or credit/debit card.
The credit card is loaded with your bank so whenever you transact there through bank there are large number of fees and taxes charged on you also. That is why we prefer bitcoin in order to stay away from bank fees.

Yes also when you transact money from credit card it store your info while using bitcoins no info is stored also it has lower fees.
1722  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info error , Need help. on: March 19, 2016, 03:48:49 PM
looks like blockchain.info missed the 0.0069 input from the change of the last transaction. try log out and log in again (to make blockchain rescan) and send it again. if that still doesn't work import your private key to another wallet and send from there.

As i said before i tried it many timed log in and out but still the same issue .

Yes right . I am using that address tried logging in and logging out but still same error unable to send .though i have enough money in that wallet for the payment.

Have you tried lowering the coins that you are sending? Instead o sendin the whole 0.0025 btc try with a lower amount like 0.001 btc to check what's wrong.

Nope , the payment is to be sent exact 0.0025 , well give me a moment i will try.
1723  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info error , Need help. on: March 19, 2016, 03:09:41 PM
Is this the wallet you are sending from?
1QJmjiAZrapPyLUDUXYsR4YkGb22rvrC7W
I don't see any unconfirmed receiving payments in it and it says you have a final balance o 0.006 + btc so I really don't know what's the issue. Have you tried resending again?

Yes right . I am using that address tried logging in and logging out but still same error unable to send .though i have enough money in that wallet for the payment.

1725  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: March 18, 2016, 09:02:57 AM
Well if you are saying of saving money in bitcoins then you are going great because bitcoins price will rise soon , and if you have money in bank then buy some bitcoins and save it and wait for the price to rise you will get a better profit .My suggestion is buy bitcoins and hold.
1726  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Which Wallet Do you Use ??? on: March 17, 2016, 03:11:49 PM
I am using blockchain.info from years and have no problem at all , i use it because its fast easy and reliable But from last beta update of blockchain.info i don't like that much becuase we cannot downgrade to stable version i get problems while sending multiple payments in one transaction.

don't upgrade to the beta version if you have large amounts of bitcoin there. it is scary to lose big amounts.
if you want to try it start a new wallet and upgrade that to beta version to try if there is new features there.

i upgrade my blockchain wallet to beta version last week, and the wallet run perfectly without any problem. i have some bit's and i use blockchain my 2nd wallet after coinbase.

What is the process?

Do you just click on "Try the new blockchain wallet" and use your current login info?

Is the new iOS wallet compatible with the upgrade?

Yes after clicking try the new blockchain wallet you will be redirected to a new wallet the beta wallet , once you upgraded you will not be able to downgrade they never replied to my email but my friend got an reply they stated that you cannot downgrade to stable wallet but you can make new wallet and import yoir private keys.
And No, whenever i try to open iOs app its says wallet not supported.

I never want to remember that again but you asked it was bad because it was a very bad experience i made 3.2 bitcoins then lost so it was an bad experience overall.
1728  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: March 17, 2016, 02:51:25 PM
many reason for Customers use bitcoin, bitcoin is easy to use, low fee transaction, fast transaction but "sometimes" we need wait long time until get confirmation transaction.
what do you mean about "sometimes" in fast transaction ? what do you think. fast transaction occurs only a few times ??
and we cannot always get fast transaction in  bitcoin ?
Perhaps the question is sometimes impaired bitcoin transaction, permah I feel it. Yesterday monday my bitcoin wallets to the transaction pending until two days. Maybe being no damage or how I do not know. Perhaps he meant the same as it was.

Well, perhaps if you increased the transaction fees, the transactions would be confirmed much quicker.
They would still be lower than the fees charged by credit card companies.

Although higer transaction fees are not necessary even you can put 0 fees to your transaction but if you want your transaction to get confirmed fast then add 0.0001 per 2k size of transaction and we are unable to estimate the size of transaction i suggest at least 0.0002 fees per transaction.
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or offline gambling at a casino ? on: March 17, 2016, 02:43:56 PM
Well i prefer online gambling because i don't need to go to a specific place because i am a lazy person when i want to bet i just bet online its easy and fast no need for verifications.
Actually most reputable casinos outside bitcoin gambling niche requires you to send them photo of your legal ID.
Gambling without providing KYC info is only possible with not fully legalized and licensed casinos.

Outside bitcoin world. We can bet anytime we want , any person without age restrictions can bet too any person who wants to bet can bet whether his/her country supports or not.My country is against gambling but still i am able to gamble .That is why i like online gambling

1731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A teen is given $1K to invest into Bitcoin - what would you recommend for them? on: March 17, 2016, 10:15:48 AM
Let's say a young teenager is given some coming-of-age money from their family, and is interested in growing that money through Bitcoin. Without encouraging him/her to invest in risky strategies, what are some lower risk methods of growing a Bitcoin portfolio with a hypothetical gift of $1K?

First of all i hope that teenager would be me .
Second if anyone give that amount to invest in bitcoins then i suggest him to buy bitcoins at low ratw and hold them and wait for the price to increase as the price increase sell your coins and you make profit.
Also you can invest your coins in trading but it is a bit tricky you need luck and strategy.

I really think that parent should go at it slowly. Give 100 USD in bitcoin, then 200 USD... and see what the teenager is doing with it. If he spends it right away... well the parent can decide to stop payments. If he tries to invest then see if he chose wisely. If he trades and lose it all then he only lost 10% of the 1000 USD.

it depends on the person and the age you are calling "teen".

for example i am comparing it with myself back when i "came of age" ~18 if i was given $1000 i would never waste it. i knew how to invest it and make more out of it by then.
p.s i already had around $1000 in my bank account by then Smiley

It's not so much about he being a teenager. The thing is that he most likely will be totally inexperienced. I was older when I received a good amount of money and I did not know how to deal with it simply because I did not learn it before. So wonder what happened... bad investments and trades. It's all about having experience.

And besides that, you might be someone who already was interested in the topic. But the teen might be one not liking to sit at the computer, playing around outside. So it's questionable that he would do it then suddenly. If so then it really would be smarter to start slow because inexperience in the bitcoin world... everyone knows by now... is very deadly.

Totally agrees with SebastianJu.

1734  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: March 17, 2016, 08:07:59 AM
I like bitcoins because it's totally anonymous no one can track us no one can track our balance you can have many addresses security is very high i mean if you are using offline wallet . You can send bitcoins anywhere anytime in world without any tension just one click and payment is sent .
Bitcoin isn't totally anonymous you know, it's also can be traceable we can track your funds, where they come from. That facts was wrong .
Bitcoin security still questioned too , but I agree with opinion about our transaction can be made anytime , the most important about bitcoin and what I like is , a decentralized.

If bitcoin isnt anonymous can they trace my were abouts just by knowing my wallet id?.
Funds can be trace because its open ledger thats what bitcoin is build in the first place.

Well yes funds can be traced but think if you use hundread of addresses then it become un traceable like who is is using who is the orignal owner of the funds its become hard to know and understand.if you have doubt on security then you are wrong bitcoins are too much strong in security , have'nt read a single topic about bitcoin stolen like bitcoins hacked etc by a user not  by exchanges etc because exchanges can change the cradentials of your account and can freeze your account.

1736  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PrimeDice Is A Scam! on: March 16, 2016, 12:43:15 PM
Common sense of peoples now-a-days.
If a person losses some bitcoins on any gambling site like he betted small and won when he betted max he lost then the site is scam , if he keeps winning he don't care even he dont say a positive word about that site .funny
1737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about Halving??? on: March 13, 2016, 11:18:00 AM
Halving will make happy the people like us because it will increase the price of bitcoin but the miners don't like halving they never want halving the want the same award per block , so hope for the best that bitcoin price increase after halving .
1738  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.49 BTC loan (new project) can be many lenders on: March 12, 2016, 07:10:17 PM
No one is going to lend you because you are not providing a valid collateral , telling your monthly income does not help here please provide a valid collateral so the lenders can lend you bitcoins . If you are earning 1.51BTC a month why dont you wait for another month and then start the project .

could you respond a bit faster please, you're getting bets on your site, free tweets, pinned tweets, avatar & personal text promotion in return for nothing. It's a little bit on edge, kinda SCAM. Do you need negative trust?

Like someone else has said, all payments are made on mondays and all new registrations will be reviewed on monday. This campaign has been running since April 2015. Over 10 BTC has been paid out so far so calling it a scam is a bit inappropriate. Threatening to leave negative trust for not responding fast enough is even more inappropriate (and can be considered as misusing the trust system). I'll won't keep you waiting until monday though, you have loads of low quality followers so your application is denied.
thanks for the reply Shocked

the proper way doing contest would be to check the twitter first, if approved then ask for bets on your site, tweets, pinned tweets, avatar and personal text promo and twitter follows...

The OP states the requirements to join this campaign. People should be able to check for themselves if their Twitter account is eligible. People can always send me a PM if they have doubts about it.

Well you have not replied to my application at least tell me that i m selected or not or reject my application please update if i'm in or not . Dont waste the time .
