- Ich habe bezüglich meiner Annahme nochmals recherchiert.
Es scheint, in Deutschland wie bei anderen Vermögenswerten auch, tatsächlich der Zeitpunkt, an dem die Zahlung versandt wurde, zu zählen.
Es gibt dazu zwar keine Gesetzeslage, aber es ist so übliche Praxis bei anderen Werten.
Daher ist deine Ausführung korrekt und es wird wohl auch so akzeptiert.

- Vielleicht solltest du in Bezug auf den richtigen Zeitpunkt ab dem eine Zahlung als versandt gilt, ebenfalls deinen Steuerberater befragen.
Auch diese Frage ist noch nie ernsthaft aufgetaucht bzw. beantwortet worden (Soweit ich weiß) und es gibt keine einheitlichen Regelungen/Gesetze.
Solange dies nicht der Fall ist, bleibt generell alles für den individuellen Fall abzuklären und es kann sein, dass es unterschiedlich von den Behörden betrachtet wird.

- Die automatischen Wallet Importer verwenden nicht den Zeitpunkt der ersten Bestätigung, sondern des Versand bzw. der Listung im entsprechenden Blockchain Explorer.
Persönlich würde ich dazu tendieren es ebenso einzutragen. Sicherheit, geschweige denn gesetzliche Richtigkeit, kann es derzeit nicht geben und du solltest es unbedingt mit deiner zuständigen Steuerbehörde abklären. Wie immer im Zweifel. Vorausgesetzt du willst dieses Fass auch aufmachen.

- Also generell funktioniert der API Import ohne Probleme. So viel kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen.
"Service Unavailable" ist zudem bisher noch nicht aufgetaucht und es klingt stark nach einem Problem auf Seiten der API.

- Gebühren sind in unserem System in fast (Soweit vorhanden im Export) allen Fällen bereits in den Gesamtwerten einkalkuliert.
Das heißt, bei Gebühren auf die Auszahlung wird dies verrechnet, indem die, um die Gebühr geminderte Summe, auf der Wallet ankommt zu der du sie geschickt hast.
Das Gebührenfeld dient lediglich späteren Informations- und Verrechnungszwecken.
Bitte wende dich an unseren Support, mit einem spezifischen Beispiel und wir werden es im Detail für dich aufklären.

Hier ein Beispiel:
Du hast 1 BTC von Wallet A zu Börse B transferiert und hast eine zusätzliche Transaktionsgebühr von 0,001 BTC bezahlt.
Erstelle zwei Einträge:
(OUT) Auszahlung von 1,001 BTC von Börse = Wallet A, Gebühr = 0,001 BTC
(IN) Einzahlung von 1 BTC auf Börse = Börse B (kein Gebühreneintrag hier)

Generell kann ich aber sagen, dass die "Bester Preis" Einstellung immer den Wert des Assets mit der geringsten Umrechungsdifferenz verwendet.
Dies ist daher die empfohlene Einstellung. Das ist auch dokumentiert, sowohl auf der Gains Seite, als auch im Steuer-Report.

- Everytime you execute a trade it is always a buy and a sell of an asset.
For example if you buy 1 BTC for 8000 USD, you buy 1 BTC and sell 8000 USD in exchange.

- The first table displays the accumulated values and takes into account both, gains and losses.
In the second and third table, you are able to see how these values come together.
For detailed information in your individual case, please open up a ticket.

- Wallets only contain deposit and withdrawal information.

- I guess you are referring to the wording in our system.
We always use the terms "buy" and "sell" in our software, also for deposits and withdrawals,
because all transactions are always an inflow, or an outflow and we need to use consistent names.

- Sure we already provide a CSV import for some Wallets. For example for Mycelium. It is possible to reflect your current holdings after using it.

- It's a misunderstanding. If you add all data for every address, our system recognizes the transactions between two destinations.
For example you have added Wallet A with all transactions and Wallet B with all transactions, all movements between these sources are already taken into account.

- It is necessary to first use the Bittrex CSV import and after that to setup the API job. You need to do it in this order. (See note on import page)
Please delete your Bittrex data on the Enter Coins page and start from scratch, by following the steps. This should solve the issue.

- Binance does not provide the fee data in their API, you need to add it to the total amounts, or you could bundle and enter them as one deposit.

- We know each other from our support desk. Unfortunately it is true, that Yobit provides really poor export functionalities and that we can't do much about it.
If the API key works, it only pulls the last 7 days of your transaction history, without fees, deposits and withdrawals.
Seems like the only way is to enter the data manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.

- Es ist ohne weiteres auch möglich den Ertrag auch als "Einnahme" einzutragen.
Beide Transaktionstypen werden im Einkommensbericht mit dem Wert zum Zeitpunkt der Transaktion gelistet.
Ob solche Erträge als gewerbliche Einnahme betrachtet werden, sollte im Einzelfall immer mit der zuständigen Steuerbehörde oder einem Steuerberater abgeklärt werden.
Dies ist sehr abhängig vom Einzelfall und es gibt keine Gesetzeslagen, bzw. nur wenige Präzedenzfälle, auf die man sich für Aussagen beziehen kann.
Mit unserem System lässt sich jedenfalls jede Situation flexibel abbilden.

- Der Binance Import ist schon länger umgestellt und es ist nicht mehr nötig den Job jedesmal neu anzulegen.

- In der Regel gilt es erst als Verkauf/Kauf wenn du das gekaufte Asset auch erhältst. Sozusagen bei Auslieferung.
Für ICOs würde ich in Erwägung ziehen den Tag/Zeitpunkt des Erhalts bzw. der Verfügbarkeit als Trade zu betrachten.
Für rein informatives Tracking kannst du natürlich auch bereits den Ausgang als Kauf werten.
Ich würde auch hier empfehlen, im Einzelfall einen Steuerberater einzuschalten, oder direkt bei den Behörden zu fragen.
Du solltest es immer nach dem gleichen Prinzip machen.
Sonst könnte man dir unterstellen du änderst die Zeitpunkte ab, um den für dich vorteilhafteren Kurs für die Berechnung zu verwenden.

- Generell solltest du den Verlust auch als solchen eintragen und nicht als Trade. Das ist schonmal das Grundproblem.

Der Kraken Import sollte wie erwartet funktionieren. Uns sind keine Probleme bekannt.
Versuche ihn manuell mit dem "Check Now" Button anzustoßen.
Sollte es nicht funktionieren, erstelle bitte einen neuen Job, mit einem neuen Key. Manchmal gibt es temporäre Probleme auf Seiten der Börsen APIs.
Alles sollte dann korrekt laufen.

- I guess the problem here, is that the ETH Wallet import does not import internal transactions, yet.
It's easy to find them on Blockexplorers like Ethplorer.io and to import them either manually, or with one of our "Bulk Imports"
This is pretty convenient and should equal your balance. Please give it a try.

To calculated the correct Un/Realized Gains/Losses (also to make everything tax compliant),
it is necessary for us to convert both assets to the original Fiat value at the time of transaction.

We give our users the ability to edit trade prices (USD at the time of transaction) manually,
so they are able, to use their custom values.
Since we are using so much different data from different sources, for so many different Coins,
it can happen that our system sets the wrong/another value sometimes, because of wrong/different history data.

But we are already working on a much better solution.

It´s hard to say, what exactly went wrong, without further information.

For me it looks like you´ve tried to upload the data with our "CSV Import" from the three "Bulk Imports".
It´s not going to work this way, because it is a different format and more intended to use it for internal data transfers.
The error message is a clear sign, you have used the wrong file for an importer.

Your able to enter your collected data either manually, with our "Excel Import", or with our "Custom Exchange Import".
Even as a FREE user you are also able to import automatically from BTC addresses, with our "ETH and BTC Wallet API Imports".

Instead of trying all week, you could have just send us a brief description of the problem and we would have helped you, swiftly.
I recommend this now, as this is the most efficient way to support you and to give you the best answer possible.

Yes, maybe we will add the ability to switch between price sources for Coins one day.
Currently this is possible for BTC only. You can find it in your Account Settings.

This would be a major feature to do it for all exchanges and Cryptocurrencies and it takes much time and effort to realize it.
That´s why, for now, we´ve added the ability to set your own trade prices at the time of transaction.

Most of the time the data is accurate and there are only a few cases, where you need to edit the data.

1) Du kannst die Gruppenzuordnung auf der "Coins Eintragen" Seite bearbeiten, entweder indem du die besagten Trades auswählst und diese nach der Mehrfachauswahl gemeinsam editierst, diese beim Import bereits deklarierst (z.B. manueller Import, Multi Imports), oder es mit den Filtern von unserer "Gruppiert Editieren" Funktion nachträglich hinzufügst.

2) Ich muss dir da sagen, dass das gesamte Nachhalten eines Portfolios mit Risiken verbunden ist. Wenn ich mir ansehe was die Börsen teilweise für schlechte Exportfunktionen anbieten, ist es sowieso immer ein schmaler Grad. Man kann nur nach bestem Gewissen, mit größter Sorgfalt vorgehen. Diese Problematik hat man allerdings immer, auch unabhängig von der Management Methode, oder dem dazu verwendeten Dienst. Wir nehmen natürlich dennoch deinen Vorschlag auf und danken für deine Mitarbeit und dass du deine Gedanken mit uns teilst.

Thus, it is not necessary to change it when setting the date range.

Ja, es ist mittlerweile möglich sowohl auf der "Un/Realisierte Gewinne" Seite, als auch im Steuerreport zwischen 4 verschiedenen Berechnungsgrundlagen zu wählen.
FIFO/HIFO/LIFO/LOFO.

Diese Einstellungsanpassung sollte das von dir geschilderte Problem lösen.
In dem von dir beschriebenen Fall ist die FIFO Methode gewählt.

Probiere mal aus, ob das hilfreich ist.

It is already possible to manage multiple portfolios by linking accounts together.
You can link them together with a Key and switch between them with just one click from your Dashboard.
All of them will be upgraded to your current membership status.

More information can be found in the Settings under 'Join multiple accounts'.

I guess this is exactly what you are searching for.

please go to the "Un/Realized Gains" page and have a look at the settings in the second row.

The last dropdown setting is the "Filter". If you open it, you are able to in/exclude data for the calculation, by checking and unchecking entries.
Also you are able to set transaction types to "half checked", if you do so, the cost basis for this type is set to zero.
You just need to do this for the type "Mining". This should solve your problem. Please give it a try.

Es gibt 2 Empfehlungen für Coins mit einem Fork.

1) Der einfache Weg:
Trage den neuen Coin als 'Geschenk' ein mit dem initialen Preis als Kostenbasis.
Zum Beispiel - Eintrag der BCH nach dem BTC Fork: Trage deine BCH als 'Geschenk' mit der Kostenbasis von 231,88 EUR pro Coin (der initiale Preis vom 1. August 2017).

2) Der korrekte Weg:
Um es 100% steuerkonform zu machen, musst du für jede Transaktion mit dem alten Coin eine weitere Transaktion für den neuen Coins erstellen und zwar mit dem gleichen Datum, der gleichen Uhrzeit und dem gleichen Betrag (nur mit einer Kostenbasis von 0 EUR).
Zum Beispiel - Eintrag der BCH nach dem BTC Fork: Erstelle für jede BTC Transaktion eine weitere BCH Transaktion mit dem gleichen Datum, der gleichen Uhrzeit und dem gleichen Betrag aber einer Kostenbasis von 0 EUR.

Am Ende wird Anzahl des neuen Coins mit der Anzahl des alten Coins übereinstimmen.

In Bezug auf Forging und Airdrops sollte immer eine Rücksprache mit einem Spezialisten/Steuerberater stattfinden. Hier ist es wohl auch Einzelfallabhängig.
Wir haben das auch auf dem Schirm und werden eventuell in Zukunft an einer optionalen Einstellung zu Erfassung/Versteuerung solcher Transaktionen arbeiten.

I would probably agree, but we have to keep some neutrality.

We´ve already added a FAQ topic for this. I guess it will answer your question. Automagic? Haha, yes. But only for future transactions.

How do I enter renamed or rebranded Coins (e.g. ANS and NEO)?

If a Coin is renamed, you will need to rename all your old Coins as well in order to get the correct cost basis and the profit.

This can be done using the 'Bulk Edit/Delete' button on the 'Enter Coins' page or by changing them in the trade table on the same page.
Using the bulk function, select 'Overwrite Coins' from the dropdown and replace your old Coin ticker with the new one.
After that, all values are displayed again correctly.
