My hope for this year is that Crypto will be able to recover soon and I can get a good profit for my daily needs. for now I'm only relying on crypto, so I hope things will get better
Obviously all the investors wish is that Crypto market should boom and come back as it was like 2017. My wish is that crypto should be approved by all countries and all the people should be aware of crypo market and we can earn good profit from crypto market. |

i think it because the governemnt is not agree with bitcoin too, so it makes the bitcoin popularity is decreasing, but it is a big fault for them to underestimate bitcoin
Yes few countries are not approving bitcoin because of some internal politics and centralization of currency is not in crypto world hence the popularity is going bit down. Condemning bitcoins is not the solution we need to accept and look the advantages of bitcoin. |

Gold and bitcoin have tremendous advantages. Both of us can make assets to make a profit. Both are superior in every aspect, For long term investments, in my opinion, it is better for gold, if for short term investment, it is better for bitcoin, as trading is more profitable for bitcoin, the increase is fast.

Poor guy probably sold out at 70 cents thinking he outsmarted the rest of the community  Wonder if in another 5 years we'll have the equivalent of people saying $4k is ridiculous while bitcoin sits on ATHs. They should have waited for few years then they couldn't have said Bitcoin Ridiculous. Prepare for both sides ,for better or for worse ,I've seem friends jumping up already as if 2019 would bring amazing smiles to everyone's face ,I'm not saying it may not but be prepared even if bakkt ,ETH 2.0 and ETF happens doesn't really mean we will moon ,just be prepared for both,either it goes right or wrong.

If you planning to invest your money on crypto, buying now is not a bad decision because the price still on the bottom. I think bitcoin won't fall at 2k even though the market is very bad this year, 2018 is almost over and will enter 2019 and bitcoin will open a new sheet and be more likely to recover.
No one can say what will happen in the coming future and moreover bitcoin's value is very volatile and it depends on a number of factors.How much investment is done in bitcoin determines its price.The forces of demand and supply also play an important role.If bitcoin is being banned in any nation then also it will affect the price.But I do not think that it will go lower than 2k.It has a lot of followers which support it every time as it gives them good profits. But look at the price now, it hasn't move down yet. So, that means it has a higher chance that the price will go up or stay at this rate. Anyway, let's not rush the bull market to come since there are most important ones that would have to start first. And yet, ETF hasn't been accepted yet by SEC. I wonder what would happen to the market if ETF gets approval. I don't think because the price of BTC in the market is above $3800 and it went upto $4200 last week this shows the positive affect on the value. So it is difficult for BTC to go lower than $2000. BTC has dominance of 52% over all the coins hence hoping for the best to come again for BTC. |

Which will be the best Cryptocurrency in the first 3 months of 2019
XRP maybe I guess? And bitcoin cash SV and ABC. But the mainline is still Bitcoin and Ethereum. Since Eth will going to have some hardfork later, it is expected to have a huge market value since many will going to invest on it. I believe there is always an investment to be done on Bitcoin which will be profitable anytime. Apart from that ETH is one of the good altcoin to look into it but there are people are saying not to opt for ETH but i hope ETH still has good value. XRP is growing fast but somehow it is bit centralized in nature so go for investing in all of these coins partially. |

It is tough question to say which country will legalize BTC first. but as far the experts both are the developed countries and looking towards Artificial Intelligence and Digital market. the most plausible prediction, yesterday bitcoin has reached $ 4000, and is now back down to $ 3800. so if at the beginning of 2019 going up to $ 4000 will be the most reasonable prediction. even I predict in mid-January, bitcoin can reach $ 5000.
yes it reached $4000 on 20 December itself and again it reached above 4K yesterday. Hence it reached 4k before January itself and in January we can hope and predict it can reach more than 5k. The prediction was perfect and we are seeing good results by end of this year and hoping for the best days to come in the upcoming year 2019. |

I agree with what @m0gliE ha said, as a gambler having a web wallet is too tempting to go online and go gambling again and again. Having a hardware wallet will take away that feeling that it's easy to just play online because funds are readily available with just a simple click. So it's really better if you can start early to invest in a hardware wallet, if I knew back then the advantage of having one, I would immediately jump and purchase it years ago. Yes, having self discipline is good, but how many of us easily don't have the mentality to fight our gambling habits?
Yes it is good advice and helps lot of people in the crypto world but the person who do trading has to be know and keep tracking of coins or transactions will help them in missing. But keeping the details on Hardware wallet is safe and good option and also we can keep it on some old computers which is in basement for our reference. |

I was also surprised by waves increase this week, but this can't be reason if waves will replace ethereum. I think ethereum is still difficult to replace, especially with news that Hardfork ethereum in the next year, I believe price and volume of ethereum market trade will continue to increase rapidly.
Yes waves is one of the blockchain growing fast and it has been developed in good way but i don't think it will replace ETH because ethereum is one of the best altcoin after BTC so it cannot be easily replaced by others. There are some fluctuations in the price of Ethereum but it will not be the end. And now we are seeing good improvement on price aspect as well. At first I do not understand why people comparing bitcoin as a bubble but later on I had already the idea on why they always state the bitcoin is just like a bubble because as it goes to a certain peak market price most of the investors will going to sell so this will going to fluctuate down and relatively just like a bubble in just a short period of time bitcoin market price will going to crash. But, somehow it could gain again but in a slow process.

Well this year January was an exception, as btc peaked last year December and started a bearish movement January, we can only wait and really hope that next year January will be a month of bulls
.

the "whole market" is seeing some recovery because bitcoin price went up a little. but the rise bitcoin has is not exactly a recovery. it is a small and simple price rise which is not recovery until price reaches its true value which is higher than this.
the reason? is simply because you can't keep dumping the price for ever. at some point no matter how whale-y you are you will run out of money to buy cheap coins.
I am not sure on exact reason for increase in the price of bitcoin but it is the good news for all the investors and who believe in bitcoin. It is though the increase value is very less but it gives confidence to crypto market and i think the whales are now in the position to not hold the increase in value of btc that is one of the reason i think and also opponent of bitcoin is tired on making the value down. |

And now the Ripple graph shows a very remarkable thing when BTC has a high increase, so the increase in ripples is much higher and we can see it now at CMC because rank 2 is currently occupied by ripples because the volume ratio given to Eth is getting farther and graph currently 10% will continue to grow up to 15% at the close today? we can only hope and buy it for now.
Yes it is fluctuating and now it is 10.89% and all other coins also increased. If you want you can sell some ripple and earn decent profit but i think we can wait for few more weeks to be able to see the large growth in the market upcoming year. Ripple is good coin but it is developing it based on banking system which might be not needed in crypto market apart from this Ripple holds 2nd rank in Crypto market. |
