Ich weis nicht ob es mit PP klappt. Habe  gar keine kreditkarte mit pp verbunden sondern nur das Bankkonto, sollte aber gehen.
Klar kostet das Plastik mehr als was Virtuelles.
Dafür bekommst du aber die coins,zumindest bei Rock zum originalen Kurs los und kannst cash am Bankomaten holen.

Irgendwo muss der Anbieter eines Coins2Card-services ja verdienen...ist halt in diesem Fall für die Karte und Gebühren.

Es gibt natürlich auch sehr dubiose anbieter wie Bitplastik, da gibts zwar anonymität aber sehr schlechte Wechselkurse...

Kannst dir aber auch ne money2Gokarte an der tanke kaufen und mir deine Coins senden, dafür kaufe ich dir gerne aufladevouchers.

Ganz virtuelle Debit-Karten mit BTC-Aufladefunktion kenne ich leider nicht.

Warum muss es denn virtuell und darf nicht real sein?
Reale Debitcards gibts z.B. von Rock und von Anx, d.h. du lädst dir coins auf die exchange und hast dann das Guthaben auf der Karte.
Die Anx ist allerdings in dollar und teuer, dafür sehr hohe limits, die Rock etwas billiger...
