Actually I am not paid by kraken, but my experience with them is the best.
I had a businessaccount with Kraken and bought a sum of more than 1mio Euro.
In my private account I am not as high but still remarkable.
I know customers at kraken, buying/selling more than 1Mio Eur a month!!"
No complaints.
Also my account had been blocked once but also opened fast again.
Compared to other exchanges support is average but not slow/ignoring/scamming.
Somehow I got the feeling, we dont know the whole story of OP...
...and if he behaves like he does here, I would also kick him out of my office...
...there are reasons why they dont let him using his account, and if they refuse they ALWAYS pay back. Thats my experience and that of a bunch of other traders...

Bei inzwischen auch mal 2-3Euro Transaktionsgebühr im BTC-Netztwerk, kostet 10 euro in BTC alleine zu senden schon viel. Die meisten müssen aber dier BTC auch erst empfangen, also braucht es oft 2 Transaktionen dafür. Dann kostets zeit und auch auf Exchanges gebühren.
Deshalb macht BTC bei Beträgen unter 100 Euro kaum noch Sinn.
Dann ist PSC eine sehr kritische Zahlmethode, um es mal gelinde zu sagen...
Genau genommen müsste man eine 10.-Euro PSC-Card eigentlich mit 99% Abschlag annehmen, wenn man BTC dafür senden soll. Kein Witz.

Since many years.
There had been complains about slow support.
There are and were scam-exchanges, but btc-e definately is not.
No i am not paid by them...

There are surveys that show that the number of unvoluntary forks, that means unvalid blocks, rises with the size of the blocks. It is not possible so scale the blocks bigger if needed.Well 2MB would make no big difference, but 20MB would.
And we would reach filled 20MB-Blocks very soon, if they were possible now.
If too much car traffic is on the streets, it does not help to build new streets as city developpment shows. It helps to build other concepts of traffic like public transport.
The probably only solution are offline transactions or using multiple blockchains, wich means many different coins.

The thing is very easy: Increasing size will not be a solution, only temporarily.
We should accept that bitcoins Blockchain is not made for some million transactions a day.
So time for micropayment is over and fees will be high.
Even bigger blocksize wins only a few months time but centralizes nodes forever.
This makes BTC unsafe!
For Micropayment we dont need blockchains that are secured with that energy.
Altcoins are good enough for that.
Nobody would pay a drink with precious gold.
But many people invest high sums in gold. 10 gold-trades in a lifetime are enough.
Daily payments are not good with bitcoin.
Or, better said: they are not good if they are on any blockchain.
So now its time for service agencies to provide more offchain-crypto-solutions.
Given excample: Inside LBC or Xapo, you can send coins offchain from one user to another.
But there is a trust in the company necessary, other if onchain. No problem, if its micropayment...
