21  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Would running a faucet be profitable today? on: August 09, 2015, 09:20:20 PM
Not at all. I run a faucet (http://www. shamrock-faucet.com) and the ROI is very low, some months it barely even pays for itself. You're better off finding a job which pays in BTC
Your website http://shamrock-faucet.com is monetized through a CPC network and how much cpc do you earn on that forex trading adverts.
Try to include a cpm network and see more results.

What CPM advertising network would you recommend? Thanks for pointing that out.

I use blockchain, it's alright but like everyone else has said, it's got it's problems. Transactions confirmations can take a long time.

24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin could bring about world peace? on: August 08, 2015, 11:24:01 AM
If it is true that money is the root of all evil and bitcoin is money then this cannot be true. Whether the currency is physical or not is irrelevant. You could argue that it's actually the greed and power that cause war and terrorism. BTC is just another type of money for the power hungry to use as a symbol of status.

I love pizza but I can't eat it as it gives me a bad belly cause I've got a gluten allergy Sad

Sometimes I buy gluten free pizza bases and just make my own. Tomato relish, a big bag of ready grated mozzarella and cheddar mixed cheese then the fun but, the topping. It's got to be either ham and pineapple/ Hawaiian OR grilled chicken bacon and mushroom with BBQ sauce instead of tomato (I recommend this if you've never tried it!)
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transactions speed prevent us from going to Mainstream ? on: August 04, 2015, 02:15:54 PM
I agree with you totally. I was having this discussion with my boyfriend yesterday. I was buying something online using BTC and it took an hour for the first confirmation, it needed three confirmations in total to show up in the wallet of the site I was purchasing from so ended up taking about an hour and a half to complete the order.

This was OK because we were sitting indoors watching TV. If you were in a ship paying in BTC this would not be acceptable though. Yeah a lot of people do shop online nowadays but sometimes you have to go out to get certain items. If the public are going to adopt bitcoin they do not want to waste their precious time waiting for a transaction.

I heard someone taking about increasing block size they then went on to say that the block frequency needs to be increased. I do not know though. Just putting that though out there.

Their up an ad on one of the bitcoin job websites and see what responses you get.

Blame the boy's upbringing. He must have grown up around a lot of very hateful people and learned that spiteful behavior from them.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can smell the fear on: August 02, 2015, 11:44:44 PM
It's a shame people are so scared of change, especially because it will be a positive change and have many benefits for the people, society and the economy as a whole.

I think once people are more familiar with the idea and become acquainted with BTC they should become more open to it. Threat will see how they can apply the change in the context of their own life and how they can too benefit from it.

What about RYO tobacco? Is Amber leaf available in 25g or 50g pouches?

I had to change to a different brand of roll ups just because I couldn't afford to keep smoking Amber leaf which is by far my favorite brand. Smoking is expensive in the UK
32  Other / Meta / Re: My Activity Points on: August 02, 2015, 10:14:12 PM
As far as I can tell your posts are always gonna be higher than your activity unfortunately. That's just how it's worked out like these guys before me have posted. Why they feel the need to make it so confusing I don't know
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you earn a lot of free bitcoins fast? on: August 02, 2015, 09:17:34 PM
How do you earn a lot of anything fast?  That it's the question, mate.

Do tasks for people, use your skills or talents to your advantage or do a signature campaign. If you're really patient then claim from faucets all day every day.
34  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Good websites to Invest My Bitcoins? on: August 02, 2015, 03:05:54 PM
Investing your bitcoin anywhere is risky there are too many different factors affecting the outcome of your investment. The state of the economy and the comment themselves for a start. Just be real freaking careful out there

39  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin ad layer and popup provider on: July 27, 2015, 10:25:26 AM
Bitmedia are the best at network for bitcoin. If it takes to long for them to accept your website just email them and they should do it. There's provided your site is of good enough quality. I would not suggest using popups  on your site, they will put people off and lose you potential customers.
