301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee. on: August 09, 2017, 08:36:25 PM
People on the forum before Segwit were discussing about the transaction fee that after the segwit stuff is over the transaction fee will decrease. So, is there any chance for the fee to decrease now or these  were all rumours?
They were not rumors.
Bitcoin transaction fees have decreased SUBSTANTIALLY after the NYA agreement was formed. This is because miners immediately stopped spamming the network and now Bitcoin is almost as fast as it used to be before the scaling debate.

Segwit has locked in, but it has not activated yet. It will activate once this activation period is over. After that there will be a 2MB blocksize hard fork and consequently a split in November. Can't really say that the Segwit stuff is over.
You can't really say bitcoin network is fast i had wait for 1 hour 40 min to get just 6 confirmations even i expected the speed to increase but as time is progressing i see the speed getting worse about the fees it hasn't really changed much now I'm saving like 0.0002 per transactions which is decent. Fees issue can't be solved much i just hope overtime the speed increases
302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: August 09, 2017, 07:32:31 PM
One should never be too greedy. Remember to always limit yourself when it comes to gambling and do not chase losses. Look at gambling as a fun venture, not a for-profit activity.
It's hard to blame gamblers for not controlling i gambled first time in my life this week i wanted to gamble a long time ago but wanted to gain every single knowledge like to control, not to rush, not to get greedy. I started with 0.05 and decided to gamble on crypto games, i started with dice earned 0.04 , then tried slots and luckily won another 0.03. It was going great but i started losing i knew i should stop but because of gambling design i didn't stop and finally withdrew 0.1 after i realized i broke a rule but was still able to double

304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is it possible that bitcoin cash can surpass the value of bitcoin? on: August 07, 2017, 01:51:01 PM
Not yet it has crossed ripple when it hit the exchanges the next challenge of it would be to surpass ether first but now it has gone below ripple also and today it fell more below litecoin also if it keeps falling mostly it is gonna fall below nem. As of now there is no chance for any altcoin to cross bitcoin is has to cross the leader in altcoin market which is ether for now
305  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How Bitmain Scammed Me For 10000$ on: August 07, 2017, 01:07:07 PM
On the DHL site it looks like the mistake was obvious and the package never left China. It just got to DHL base and was returned to sender the next day. This is enough proof to make them send it again and/or demand compensation. You're losing mining time because of their sloppiness. If they make another mistake with the address just make a screenshot again and start posting it everywhere on the forums, social media and so on.
How will posting on different forums even help his money will be gone and for bitman they may lose 200 non potential customers which they don't care for. This can be a mistake i would suggest you not to lose hope they might have many issues with this pre order , i understand you are losing the crucial mining time but it's better than not losing those 10000$
306  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HUGE BTC rise and XRP dip on: August 07, 2017, 12:21:01 PM
This is a pure coincidence bitcoin isn't affliated with any of the altcoins this is purely a coincidence and it is not knlyonly ripple there are 20 more coins who's fell that doesn't mean you will compare it with bitcoin. The normal price of ripple is 0.25$ and currently it is 0.18$ it's not a big difference. Litecoin has also fallen that doesn't mean it happened because of bitcoin
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves Future! on: August 07, 2017, 12:51:57 AM
As I said in the other topic, it's the most probable altcoin to become the next ETH.
That's too much ether is 300$ and waves is just 5$ it can few years to achieve that target

Follow up to the topic I don't really follow waves much but recently after btc-e went down many told waves would rise because of their waves platform exchange the story does feel true the price has increased by 2$ since the last week maybe it can reach to 15$ i didn't understand much of why the price increased so I'm not gonna buy any waves for now
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DGB is back, be ready for that ride on: August 07, 2017, 12:07:22 AM
They surely are gonna hell a lot of money in it i was waiting for dgb and siacoin to fall as i was about to buy altcoin market had crashed which further had pushed the coin to the low all i was waiting for the lowest entry point possible just happy to see the normal market again just holding dgb waiting for people to notice it again and take it to the moon
309  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your current strategy? on: August 06, 2017, 11:27:24 PM
I don't have any strategy for now because of the altcoin market down i decided to hold my bitcoins for a while and invest after everything settles down i didn't check all coins till now but my only current strategy is hold as many siacoin and dgb possible and sell it in a month or two until i figure the price structures of other coins
310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: August 06, 2017, 10:29:26 PM
Profit because gambling can make you rich and can make you a poor also it depends on yourself how you control over yourself and how you manage the situation with a profit.
Gambling for fun is bullshit why would you spend 100 of $ just for having fun , there are many other things you can do to get fun like watch a movie , eat with friends or anything you like. Don't gamble for fun please there are many sites which allow you to gamble for free for fun

It was just a fun idea and it sometimes disappointing if we bind always in gambling of it's activities. Much better if you consider gambling only for fun and not for your profit earning, because if you rely on it most of the time you will result to lose always and exactly don't mind your profit; that's why most of the stories will lead to addiction of gamblers.
Even if i consider gambling as only fun that means i won't have any sort of issues if i don't win big or actually make any profit, if i play with 30$ for fun and i lose what will i get fun seriously with 30$ i can go out my one of my friend and have a lunch or dinner with him or i could just go to McDonald's buy few 1$ burgers and give it to the homeless i would feel more happy and this will be a blessing for someone. Come on it's not for fun we all know it
311  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will you do? on: August 06, 2017, 09:45:04 PM
If it's cheap like how it was last year at 600$ i would surely be a member of the 10 bitcoin club. It's kind off sad to see that if i had bought more bitcoin i would have got profit now or sad to see all these newbies waiting for the price to drop but always the opposite ends up happening. Altcoins is the only hope left
312  Economy / Economics / Re: transition FIAT to DIGITAL? on: August 06, 2017, 08:12:25 PM
Transition to digital cash is easier and nowadays all around we see all stores accept digital cash but for bitcoin it isn't as famous as digital cash , plus many countries government have issues with bitcoin. It isn't as easy as it sounds no one owns bitcoin so if a payment doesn't work or the seller lies that he didn't get it can be a problem for the legal team
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: August 05, 2017, 09:00:37 PM
Why bitcoin we can't really use a unexpected currency online always i had bought a item using bitcoin worth 0.2 btc yesterday if i had bought today i would have had to pay 0.18 or even low, this can be a advantage for seller sometimes but can cause various troubles also for them.
The best replacement for bitcoin would be Tether it has same features like PayPal but not widely accepted and no security of funds
314  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin broke the resistance level and entered a new era! on: August 05, 2017, 08:12:40 PM
This was surely something unexpected for me. Slept last night with a price of 2700$ today morning 3150$. The price should surely go up segwit get's activated and the price will cross 4000$. For now just buy and hold the only worry is people may sell bitcoin like last time and price will fall again. The resistance level is high but we shouldn't mess with these traders
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you plan to quit the altcoin world? on: August 05, 2017, 07:24:39 PM
I was planning to quit altcoin because of ico and yobit. Let's say i quit the altcoin world and only hold bitcoin nothing would happen to the market, when i trade i don't create a huge affect on the price so even if i quit the altcoin world it will be a loss for me only i won't be able to earn those profits which others build for themselves and has a huge impact on our small life. Quoting altcoin world would only be applicable if you are in a loss if you are making good profits why quit
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I dump Bitcoin Cash? on: August 05, 2017, 06:22:43 PM
What are you even waiting for you should have sold it long ago if younare still holding i feel bad for you many already sold their coin when the price was 700$ but now the price is nowhere close to it and feel to 250$. My recommendation sell it as soon as possible don't think of holding for the future it will not have a value
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: August 05, 2017, 05:41:33 PM
Not just this there are so many more benefits it teaches you how to lose your hard earned money in couple of minutes , it teaches you how to borrow funds from other people so you can waste on it , gambling sometimes can also teach one go to strangers and rob their funds or sometimes just murder them and spend those funds on gambling. You wanna know more benefits go try it you will surely gain more stress , panic attacks etc
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is first Altcoin you heard and what your reaction?? on: August 05, 2017, 04:32:25 PM
I remember the first coin i even heard was dogecoin, i used to claim bitcoins on freebitco like everyone else used to do in past and they introduced their another site called freedoge that time i didn't know anything about doge i simply claimed every hour and gambled end of the month. I remember i had 200,000 dogecoins in span of 3 months but i didn't know private key and stuff that time so those voins are now trapped in some wallet which was mine
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple back on 3rd place! Bitcoin Cash fell of the cliff! on: August 04, 2017, 01:39:36 PM
Even i noticed that it's sad to see how quickly a coin lose it's position in the market the basic plan was to dump the coin but traders decided to pump it to the moon hold it to drive more people and finally dump it which led to losing of it's value significantly. Looks like the bcc party is finally over
320  Economy / Exchanges / Re: poloniex alert on: August 04, 2017, 12:24:42 PM
Just read the terms i didn't find anything wrong in it it's just like the normal terms of mostly all exchanges only the margin trading had changed and account verification has become a must. It's time to say goodbye to poloniex it was a really good exchange but 2017 seems like a really and year in terms of exchanges
