Exactly it is one of the major source of earning bitcoin and although mining and trading are more bigger source but they need monetary investment first to earn bitcoin.While mining is not everyone's cup of a tea,trading involves risk of losing. I think most users are involved in Bitcoin not because they belief in the technology, but because they hope the price will go thru the roof. So let us say the price would be at $900 for the next 50 years.
Would you still use and buy Bitcoin or would you leave?
I'm not worried about that since i use bitcoin as currency so i really like if the price would be at 900 dollars even for the next 50 years, however it's bad for those who just want profit by selling them when price is high. If that happen many speculators would leave bitcoin, exchanger would be bankrupt due to there is no trading activities out there, beside that people will see bitcoin as real currency they would transaction with it without worried about it's volatile nature. What you are telling is correct to one extend but i think even fiat currency is getting traded even when the flow of currency fluctuation is low even then it is traded in exchanges, so i think even when the price fluctuation wont be high but trading will be there as bitcoin will be used as currency so when the bitcoin gets empty then the user have to go to exchanges to buy it or have to work for bitcoin and even the work who is going to give will have to get bitcoin. |

When you know that paper wallets can also get damages then i think what ever options you are giving are also suitable for the desktop wallet also, One more good option is create a desktop Electrum wallet and store the coins in multiple address and just remember the passphrase , write it in a multiple devices , store it in safety place and then delete the wallet even wallet.dat file is also not needed only passphrase is enough. As this wallet can be rebuild with the old data from passphrase.

Let's say I have lost access to 1000 DOGE on a paper wallet, will that amount get burned out of the total supply of Dogecoin over time? Just asking because I'm concerned with what might happen to those lost coins over time, as more people who have the same issue, would render those coins useless and unmovable on the network. It would be best to burn those coins, to reduce the supply of the coin and give the people a real picture of how many coins are in fact circulating within the network. Nevertheless, I would appreciate if you could help me clarify about this situation.  Nothing can be done they will exist but no use as they will be in that dead wallet until someone hacks it , so their is no chance of burning it. Once the wallet access is lost then coins are also lost in the network and it is not access able by any means |

RX 470 4GB is probably the best card as cost / performance / power consumption wise. But you'd have to optimise it for mining. You'd make anywhere from 30 to 35$ per month before taking electricity into account. So in about 6 months you'd get your money back.
I think it will be costly as when you take the electricity cost and some maintenance expenses in the end you will get nothing as the earning is equal to you expenses as per my calculation from where i am living because electricty will itself cost me 30$ per month so for me it is waste |

i mostly have my BTC on paper wallets in a safe, but i do keep a small amount in breadwallet just for showing people and send small amounts. I think for long term storage paper wallets or offline hardware wallets are the way to go, the difference being paper wallets are free, which i like You don't think that's risky? what if you have fire? (assuming your safe isnt fire proof) I keep some on my phone, and most in coinbase. What you told is correct keeping paper wallet in a safe is also risky but instead you can make a printed copy in some good options life coffee mug, any show piece so it will be safe. and you told that you are holding in coinbase which is a web wallet which is also not good as you dont have private key of the coinbase wallet and if tomorrow any thing happen or coinbase close your account you can do nothing . So it is better to store it in desktop wallet like electrum which is very easy to use and very safe |

Good move, but I will like to see Time tokens on bigger exchanges

Two quick questions:
1) How many tokens there are going to be? Only ICN? because it's very cofusing with the ICN index, ICN performance and all of that. I think they should stick to only 1 token otherwise its too much of a mess to manage.
2) How do you store ICN locally? Do I need to download the Omni Core blockchain? how big is it?
I don't trust Kraken or any exchange long term so I want to keep them on my own locally.
Ive never used ETH or any token from ETH so I dont know how it works to store locally the proper way.
ICN tokens are on ethereum blockchain. You can use mist wallet or myethereumwallet. First just send 0.1 ICN so you can be sure you did it right. You are telling to first just send 0.1 ICN but if you are sending the coins from the ICO folder then the minimum fees is 1 ICN so you have to send above it. |

Coinbase wallet dont give permission to their users to use the wallet for gambling purpose, if any user found of using it then they will block their account. So you can do nothing. So it is better that you can download Electrum Desktop wallet for all types of gambling or any type of transaction purpose. |
