301  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Taxes on bitcoin? on: October 14, 2017, 09:51:42 AM
If I were to sell property in a different country and the buyer were to pay me in bitcoins, would there be any taxes to pay? And when trading in the bitcoins for UK GBP, would there be any taxes to pay then?  Smiley

Ya surely you have to pay taxes for selling property and when selling in a different country then i think forex trading charges will also applied as you are going to deal in other country so you will be charges double with property trading and including in foreign currency trading. But when dealing in Bitcoin i think that you have to contact your legal and tax department about it.
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Trading Truly Profitable on: October 13, 2017, 10:19:25 PM
High risk high reward. You can be up 2-10x in a month or be homeless in a month. If you do decide to do altcoin trading, definitely learn more about charts and read a lot of whitepapers.

What you said is so true that with out analyzing about the coin trading on them is risky, first know about what is the coin projects and how is it running and whether the developer is active and responsive. The check the community support. on that basis if you trade then loss chances are very less.
303  Economy / Services / Re: Get your account rank increased!! on: October 13, 2017, 08:59:15 PM
It is really nice way of stealing the accounts with the concern of the owner of the account because after getting details about he user name and password you can just change everything and steal it. apart from that as everyone said it is not allowed to post for another
304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: October 13, 2017, 08:08:12 PM
Live game : Espanyol vs Levante - Half time no goal score is 0-0 i am expecting 2 goals in next half that is full time over 1.5 goal and the odd is also good to bet and if you can take risk go for both team to goal bet also
305  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin price vs ETH price bet. on: October 13, 2017, 07:40:31 PM
Why dont you deposit in big exchange and just buy ETH and when it increases then automatically you will gain profit, instead here no one will try to bet,
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: send money to someone by mistake on: October 13, 2017, 07:37:46 PM
Have you ever send money to someone by mistake ? ever happened with you ?

Like i am going to send some money to my friend via blockch but mistakenly i send to someone ( a person you don't know )

I never faced this type of problem because i check multiple time both the wallet address after that only i confirm the transaction until then i dont transact it.
307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi controlling 500'000 BTC on: October 12, 2017, 09:26:10 PM
If he tries to sell them, he would not be able to sell them because it is too much money, and there is no bank that has that money on fiat to be able to pay for it, if i am not wrong, there is not even that amount of physical cash in a little country. Those are more than 2700 million dollars, it is almost impossible for him to cash out that big amount of money.
But if he does have them on their wallet, is fine, he diserves it because he created all this stuff.

What you are telling is true but i dont think that he will be fool to do that , even if their is bank who can clear the funds but the market will react immediately and we can see bitcoin price going down back to 1$ level. and even loosing the bitcoin future as no one will be with bitcoin after this.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: bounty campaigns: take care to your ETH private key on: October 12, 2017, 09:22:22 PM
hi

i checked about 20 spreadsheets of bounty campaigns. and in these lists i found about 15 private keys to ETH addresses.
people post their key instead of their address.

all the addresses had nothing in it. maybe somebody else already emptied them.

Thanks your info! I alway check before sent any think! but one times, i  had mistake, so very sad!
 Angry Angry Angry

This is what happens when without getting full knowledge about the procedure to join a bounty campaigns and do their own method of work and then after making loss they realize their mistake.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: October 11, 2017, 08:23:38 PM
This is what scare me, that i am saving bitcoins bit by bit and one day i wake up and see all of my bitcoins gone. It's happening to people around the globe, as hackers are very active and trying to steal people coin.

It is upto your security steps which you take for your bitcoins wallet will save your wallet from hackers. if you are not day trader then you can better deposit in a desktop wallet store them and take backup and delete the wallet folder as soon as the main wallet files are backed up. Use wallet on the system which is used only for bitcoin wallet. If you really wanted to safe
310  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin get back to it's first time value? on: October 11, 2017, 08:04:45 PM
Bitcoin will never return to the price when first appears. I think, bitcoin would be even more popular even though China blocked it. Bitcoin worldwide, and bigger than China's influence.
China did not block bitcoin and neither did they ban bitcoin. The only thing they did was shutting down exchange for now which apparently makes it difficult for anyone to exchange what they have into fiat. But there is no law or policy stating bitcoin as illegal or other activities surrounding bitcoin as illegal, otherwise, miners in China would have been soaked in their tears by now.
Actually, I am rather glad that Chinese officials have pulled the plug on ICOs. I don't like them and I find ICO market highly speculative and harmful for crypto based economy.
I am indifferent to bitcoin<->yuan ban because this is a hindrance of some sort for bitcoin users in China, but at the same time, I don't think that it will prevent people from cashing their coins.
Chinese P2P trading is strong and most traders moved to it after previous trade-withdraw blockade anyway.

China is not all world, it is just one country. They can create laws and some laws will be broken,
it is not first nor the last time, people of the China will find a way. China did not block bitcoin as
El Kaka22 is saying, not just him, I read news and other people comments, now situation is more
clear, we know what happened. Yes there are some new laws about ICO`s too, I understand that
that laws are about companies that plan to make ICO for financing their projects, that is banned,
they will need to go classical way and ask money from banks.
We agree that bitcoin will not drop so low as it was in the beginning. Now with all this popularity
bitcoin will grow more, demand will go up as supply goes down and we can expect price to rise
for years, who knows when will it stop to rise and settle on some mark.

Nothing can be told because just like China if Japan and south korea also ban the ICO investing and creating regulation for bitcoin exchange then we can see bitcoin price going down and this time it can even go below $1000 price also. As panic sales will start in the market

312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How much do people fear key loggers? on: October 11, 2017, 09:03:09 AM
Im gonna buy a ledger but i still want to.spread the risk among some other wallets. Problem is most now apart frrom core uses a 12 word passphrase. Problem is John Mcafee says millions of phones and computers have keyloggers so they can take photo.and send your passphrase quite easily.

Is this a serious risk?

How to use a wallet that solves this?

The best way of solving the problem is use the wallet on the machine where you dont use another things only use the wallet for it. So that if you got get any problem of key loggers as you wont be using any type of files and browser service.
313  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you expect a crash soon ? Or you see bitcoin keep climbing ? on: October 11, 2017, 08:48:56 AM
Feel free to free your thoughts bitcoiners Cool. We are aproaching a major point of the bitcoin bull run so now let's watch the bitcoin rally very very close.

Not crash but ya their will be profit booking so their will be little bit selling pressure so we can go back some 400$ down but after that we will be back with 5k crossing it.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the point of creating a cryptocurrency? on: October 10, 2017, 04:54:32 AM
I am considering to create a cryptocurrency, however, let's say we do a successful airdrop and 10,000 people have our token. How do we build an infrastructure so they can use them? I don't understand what the point is when 99% of cryptos have zero purpose (including the most popular ones). For example, Litecoin is accepted almost no where. Why does anyone even want it?

Litecoin is used in gambling, which is most effective way of getting the coin usable, so same way all coin have their own goal but most developer come with new idea and create the coin but when it get good investment they start to think of just runaway. but some of them are really working hard to make their project to reality and they are using the invested fund reasonably
315  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: October 09, 2017, 08:34:36 PM
My country's economic situation is very bad at the moment. Back in 2011, it used to be great compared to now. But now there is corruption and stealing. The government steals from its citizens. There are many unemployed people. The mentality of people is getting worse day by day. The south envies the north. And I am afraid of an upcoming civil war. The politicians do not care about poor people. What a tragedy. We are just being slaves. And if we continue this path, we will be below zero.

Which country you are speaking but the same situation in almost every country and my country is also facing the same problem of corruption and stealing and government is not taking any strict action to control it. If government wants they can control it but as they are itself stealing then who will stop Both of them.
316  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: October 09, 2017, 07:52:48 PM
I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.

The meaning of gambling in bitcoin is due to its situation varies according to each country as some state it as illegal and some state it legal and if tomorrow every one declares it illegal then nothing can be done. So it is totally risky just like gambling.

318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 08, 2017, 07:41:48 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Yes it is all very risky. I advise you, better allocate 40% of the money you have for bitcoin and the rest for others. May be useful.

Ya it is always good to not keep all funds in one investment let it be bitcoin also, so it is better to invest in multi investments so that if any investment goes wrong others can be saved.
319  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: No real BTC project here? on: October 08, 2017, 06:43:01 PM
Title is intentionally provoking, do not get mad if you have an honest project   Tongue I was offering programming service in the forums and so far I found no project owner who would know what he is doing and could finance the plans directly (with possible escrow, of course).

Why can't I see blockchain projects that operate with professional, hired developers?
Or do I something wrong? If yes, what?

Their are projects which are real and the developers have taken the investments to develope their projects and have started to work on it. It is like out of 10 project you can find only 1 or 2 real and balance as just copy cat and in this coin even the investors are also less.
320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: October 08, 2017, 06:37:35 PM
There is absolutely no reason why BTC has to be the number one coin. If a stronger and more popular competitor comes onto the scene then Bitcoin could easily lost its place. Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash are probably the strongest possibilites at the moment.

Ethereum is controlled by Developer and any time if he wants can dump the coin and run away and you can see the result of his wrong speech on last occasion which made the coin to crash high. Bitcoin Cash is nothing but the clone coin of Bitcoin without any value. I think Bitcoin has still lot of potential to handle this type of situations.
