22  Economy / Speculation / Re: r0ach proven right - Bitcoin market is a Gox-style fraud controlled by Bitfinex on: August 07, 2017, 09:12:49 AM
ok so clearly if bitfinex is evil, what exchange we should use for other than btc trades?
I mean, stamp offers only limited currencies, poloniex is no go, kraken looks shady-ish as well... so which one?

Best advice ever  --->  Don't mess with altcoins and keep your bitcoins in your own wallet.

Wait till November-December and use BLOCKNET decentralized exchange. It will be finished by the end of this year. You make trade including margin trading so that your coins never go to third parties. You keep all your private keys. The most secure way to trade!

23  Economy / Speculation / Re: r0ach proven right - Bitcoin market is a Gox-style fraud controlled by Bitfinex on: August 07, 2017, 08:36:43 AM
But it can't control the bitcoin market, bitfinex has by far not enough volume for that.

As I already explained, you don't need to control all the volume in the market.  All you have to do is initiate the move and other exchanges follow.

Hey r0ach, if it`s so easy to make $ by initiating movements, why you don`t you pump altcoins?   Grin

Hey Afrikoin!

Thanks for hinting me to EOS. What other solid alts would you advice?

EOS is a solid buy.

TBH, if it lives up to what is promises, there is an easy 20X to be had in 12-16 months.

I bought myself some to hold for a year or 2.

Sorry, I have no other alt ideas Smiley

*edit*

actually, i might have one.

I am part of a team doing an ICO in a month too.

Will share details. Great project focused on Africa& Latin America

Here is the list of solid projects that will make X10-20 profit in the coming 12 months in my opinion:

LISK
EOS
BLOCKNET

Make your bets accordingly  Cool
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Everybody moving their coins from Poloniex to Bittrex!!? on: August 04, 2017, 06:18:30 AM
After Btc-e scam people start to lose trust on exchanges again.
I suggest you to use your own wallet with private keys.

People are loosing trust in centralized exchanges. The future belongs to the decentralized exchange built by BLOCKNET. your private keys never leave your computer:

BLOCK = the first ever truly decentralized coin and token exchange platform.

The most promising project is BLOCK = the first ever truly decentralized coin and token exchange platform.

27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] truly decentralized exchange | token ecosystem infrastructure on: August 03, 2017, 07:59:30 PM
The number of coins that can be traded on the Blocknet DX is now 21! with even more to come....

BAY
BTC
BLK

DASH
DGB
DOGE
DYN
PIVX
LTC
MUE
NMC
SYS
VTC
VIA

The number of BLOCKNET DX participating coins is increasing day by day. I`m sure BLOCK`s price will easily reach 45-50 USD by the end of this year.

29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Some coins I want to add to my portfolio, any thoughts? on: July 25, 2017, 07:44:52 PM
Add Blocknet to your portfolio! Blocknet is the next Amazon: they are releasing the first truly decentralized exchange! Anyone can set up his own exchange on Blocknet!
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what do you guyz think of my portfolio :) on: July 25, 2017, 07:42:22 PM
Nice portfolio dreday8621!

I hope you will be multimillionaire in 3 years  Grin

I recommend you to add StealthCoin to your portfolio  Cool
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is best PoS coin to invest into right now? on: July 25, 2017, 07:37:16 PM
Invest in XST (StealthCoin). Its POS earns 20% annually. It has not been pumped yet, so great potential.

32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: June 15, 2017, 09:28:31 AM
Hello Everyone,

I just bought my first Lisks.
The community and devs behind this coin is impressive for its early stage.
I'm looking forward to a bright future ahead.  Smiley

Welcome!

LSK has a bright future! Intensive development backed with huge funds will push 1 LSK at $20 this year!
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XST] stealthcoin.com | Tor | StealthText | BlockNet | PoD 5+ on: June 15, 2017, 09:17:27 AM
Wow, stealth party begins! XST price has tripled in 24 hours.

It's just a start imho. Stealthcoin can do better I'm sure:)

Why not? Is BTC better than XST? No way! That shit costs 2300 dollars and XST costs only 10 cents. People realize that BTC is not better than good tech alts and are beginning to invest in alts.
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: June 15, 2017, 09:10:54 AM
Apologies in advance Afrikoin since its off-topic!

Anyone who still thinks SegWit is any good needs to read this: How do SegWit and FlexTrans compare?

Quote
More incompetant rubbish

There is no reason to choose SegWit over Flexible Transactions.
There need only be ONE reason. That reason is the BU developers are amateur coders and should not be within a hundred miles of any production code. End of conversation.

Who's talking about BU in the first place you dimwit? Absolutely no mention nor reference to BU
You must be hallucinating

You were an avid BU supporter not talking about it anymore because you realized (late) how fucking garbage that proposition is and their devs were shit. Now it's all about "flexible transactions" LOL

Hey you ignorant asshole, good tech coins always make X20-X200 ROI. All the history of your shit BTC is also pump and dump. You really think BTC grew naturally you fucking moron?  Grin

By the way do you still sell BTC on bottom and rebuy it on top?  Grin

Lol stay mad faggot... talking to a moron is a waste of my time

Motherfucker asshole, why are you attacking me? Don`t you see that your BTC is becoming shit day by day?

Bitpay introduced hidden fees for those who want to pay with BTC. Today I wanted to pay an item of $49 value. I had to pay an extra $0.90 to pay through btc/bitpay + 0.001 BTC ($2.3) network fee. So for an item of $49 I had to pay extra $3.2, this is 6.5% of the item value. In case of debit card I had to pay an extra 2.95% that is $1.44. Finally I paid with debit card. Open your eyes idiot, your btc is becoming useless. Alts will outperform it in the coming years.

Lisk is finally waking up. In the coming weeks it will reach 18-25 USD!

Lol... says the pathetic blocknet shill advertising blocknet all over bitcointalk and desperately trying to undermine bitcoin.

Do you know bitcoin is the most secure, liquid and immutable crypto out there? Do you know bitcoin is here for good while shitcoins will come and go?  Tech doesn't mean jack shit when bitcoin has the best developers and can adapt the tech of any shitcoin using sidechains and smartcontracts

best developers, don't make me laugh  Grin
those "best" developers are unable to even increase the block size limit
they have crippled Bitcoin more than they have done any good
SegWit is a clusterfuck of unnecessary code written in the name of a soft fork and now they want to hard fork Bitcoin with UASF in order to enforce their soft fork. Those guys are absolute morons and hypocrites

Hyena you nailed man!   Grin

Dafar, you are ignorant. BTC does not innovate anymore. Now it has to steal inovations from other alts. Look how innovative alts boom. They made X20-X200 ROI within 12 months while you BTC made only X4 ROI  Grin

Africoin EOS seems very interesting. I will definitely watch closer! What  do you think about Status project?  www.status.im

So you are judging coins (or rather, "innovation") based on how much they were pumped?? HAHAHA

MEOW coin pumped 5000% in 2014..... I guess it means it's a better coin than Bitcoin too? LMAO!!! You are a fucking moron.

And Hyena is a Roger Ver nut hugger who's been brainwashed against his own interest like an idiot

38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Pakistani Rupee (ICO started) on: June 06, 2017, 08:18:59 AM
What is Pakistani Rupee coin?
Pakistani Rupee converts cash into digital currency, to anchor the value to the price of national currency like the Pakistani Rupee.
100% Backed
Every Pakistani Rupee is always backed 1-to-1, by traditional currency held in our reserves. So 1 Pakistani Rupee is always equivalent to 1 Pakistani Rupee.
Blockchain Technology
Built on top of Waves Platform, providing liquidity, decentralized approach and user friendliness.
Road Map
100 Million Pakistani Rupee was issued.  Which is equal to $ 1,000,000. Or 1 Pakistani Rupee = $ .01
All 100 Million Pakistani Rupee goes for Sale on Waves Decentralized Exchange.
ICO will be available for 7 days.
All the money Raised will immediately go towards bit more development and mass integration.
Investors will have two choices either hold their tokens and sell it themselves on participating exchanges, or we will buy back all the tokens for .02% of the price paid. For example, if you bought $1 worth or rupees you will receive $1.20 back.
How the ICO will work.
Get the Waves app from Google Chrome Store.
Create an account on the app.
Click on the 3rd icon “Waves Decentralized Exchange.”
Search Pakistani Rupee pair against waves.

Where can we convert Pakistani Rupees to digital money?
39  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: June 06, 2017, 08:15:06 AM
Seems to be some blockchain ecosystem based on a POS concept. I understand it's supposed to be an ecosystem like 'NEM' on which apps can be build/run. I'm not sure what's new (didn't we have POS with Peercoin already?) but there is a lot of enthusiasm visible in the fora, as EOS is supposed to solve a few issues that ETH has or may have.

I welcome new projects with new ideas, but only a few will survive (=are useful/adopted IRL).

No word on distribution method yet.

Thank you for the links. Yes only few projects with real usage will service. Copy cat coins have no future.
