Admin means it was the payment for the users who signed up on april 1st to april 3rd. There are 7 days from april 1 to the date of the post (april 7th), so the payment due today, just like the scheduled payment on admin's previous payment report

I think s/he intentionally uses a wrong signature

Err.. no, its not their own, the admin is offering a service to create a new and fresh account upon request. But you've got the right amazement, why bother selling something free?

Plus we will never know if the account we use is backed up into one primary recovery account which would enable the admin to modify the sold account anytime.

I see that you said you still need some Japanese translation and other possible language upon PM. Honestly, I don't know whether I should be happy or not for what cryptodevil do, he gave negative trusts like candies on halloween for (it seems) random users who post on gambling and ponzi section.
