It's reasonable since bitcoin source code are public so everyone can "copy" bitcoin works into something different or even compete bitcoin existense.
We as investor must more carefully choose the correct ICO before something bad happen !

Thats true, people were now afraid for joing bounty campaigns because they were having trust ossues since scams and frauds were being practice by the people behind those projects, as one of the people who works hard here, I am very frustrated whenever I will heard that this campaign is a scam,  and what should I do,  I cannot slap that people in the dact cause this forum itself promotes anonymity, I think this should be stop by now, cause we dont know how long it will takes if we will let this people fool us.

I do not understand what you're talking about, you ask for the ICO to stop or be banned, but why do you still support it? You are using a signature for one of the ICO projects that are running a campaign and you support it by participating in that signature campaign, that means you support the ICO project. Are you joking to ask people to ban and destroy ICO, even you still support it? LOL

Yes, for the first time I joined the signing campaign. But is it only important in the advertising ico process? I lost money on a project. and I said my thoughts. Being a legendary here does not show that you are right in everything.

Maybe your right they need to remove some ICO because not all ICO is bad project some of them have good intention and have a good project that have a potential in the future. We need to admit some project in the cup is big help in crypto industry.

It is impossible to remove ICO because it is already been established and as long as there is a smart contract then it will just becoming more rampant. ICO was created to give the community to be more developed and sadly we can't deny the fact that some were abusing the system. So, this is why we have to be more vigilant and always do deep research before investing. We have the right tools to do the research and so we should make use of it in order for us not to fall into a trap.

I know what you feel towards into those fraud/scam projects that are flooding here on the market which is actually true.There are lots of them and mostly people or investors do fall out to invest which causes for them to lose up money.I know that you would like to remove them but i would tell you crowdfunding would still remain where this is only the way on where legit projects could able to get the support.This is why we should really be keen on selecting with legit ones,even its hard but we should try our best on choosing.

I have not being involved in any project or being an admin but I still believe in ICOs. Some people have never invested in scam ICOs even with how it is everywhere. As much it is the concern of all investors, governments have also taken it is a serious challenges to reduce scam projects. KYC is an obvious development reduce scam project however I still hear some invest in project have not seen before. Some scam projects are painted in black and white and people still fall victims

I understand your sentiments but you are generalizing all the ICO's even the legit one. Not all ICO's are having a traits like that. It's just that there are scammers everywhere. If people afraid then just easily don't put money on them.

There should be no problems like that if only there are no shit team that taking advantages on the hype of ICO's. Back then, there are only few ICO's on which most of them and legit and now having a good price today at exchanges.

That's why ICO regulations become more strict. Although others don't want the idea of regulations, no doubt that it will minimize the risks of being scammed.

That is true there are lots of ICO project scam and it is very hard to distinguish but banning it isnt a great solution because it still has a great help of crypto world so instead of closing or banning ICO projects they should implement strict rules of accepting projects and segregate those useless projects because the more projects offer the more scam made.So its better there should be strict implementation of accepting ICO project so that everyone will not be scared to be scammed from those fraud projects.

Eliminate ICO? Then there would be no additional altcoins in the market if this thing would happen we know this funding is only needed for a particular project to developed or progress even more. ICO investments is one of the things where you can able to generate easy profit depending on how good is the project is and this is why scammers are targeting this field since they do know the interest of investors are high.

Actually there are still many problem in ico. Scams are exist. Currently, I saw several projects related to ico management. At present they have some issues I find not reasonable. But, I think in the future they will be more fulfilled so people can be assured of investment.

Actually Ico's are now the most effective way of earning money in such a long time of period though there are so many ico's now that scamming people but if you have the right research and the timing of that ico you are joining with for sure it will be a great way to earn.

I agree there are lot of ICO that are scam but still they are only few compare to the successful ICO that are legit and their coins are now in the market in which there are lot of people that become successfully rich because of these good ICO. It is unwise to remove ICO in the Crypto currencies investment just because of these some fraud ICO but the best suggestion is to have them regulate so that we could determine the good and the bad ICO.

Closing down all up and coming ICOs is no the best solution. There are very good projects emerging despite the tonnes of scam projects in the crypto world. I believe strict regulations of ICOs and strict KYC processes( applied to project managers) can help nip the scam projects in the bud.

the most likely outcome may well be ICOs being fully regulated which would be enough to scare off the scammers and crappy projects. in theory an ICO is a valid route, but the way it's done now is so rancid that it won't be permitted to continue.

i expect we'll see fully approved ICOs made available to major investors and the shit will continue to stink away in the shadows, but the days of mass publicity attracting hundreds of millions from random morons are coming to an end.

I agree the day is coming when ICOs will have to be regulated. Something like international digital currency investment organization. (IDCIO) The ICO will have a registered number that people will be able to check on the governing website which will give details of the project.

That would bring confidence back into ICOs. At the moment myself I see buying into the project after it hits the market a better option. Even good projects seem to be hitting the markets down at least 50% of ICO price for the 1st few days.

ICO is good. It was meant to make  a project succeed. Since ICO provides all the information needed then the part of investors is to take time reading and make a good research about the project. Most scam projects are made with obvious similarities, you'll easoly determine whether a project is legit or just a scamming project. No reason for you to be afraid of ICO, huat allot more time of reading.

In 2017 the Chinese authorities banned crowdsales in their jurisdiction, and all companies that had already conducted ICO were asked to return the funds to investors.
Large international regulators do not trust ICOs. There are suspicions that all these belong to "Ponzi scheme" (financial pyramid).
We should understand that the main goal of the financial pyramid is to enrich its creators at the expense of the personal investments of new participants.
The assets of such pyramids are not needed by anyone on the external market, they do not offer any advantages of use, and they do not solve any problems.
