Why not you consider get back that hosting email Id, email corresponding is very much important for PayPal dealing.
If it's the only way to withdraw money I can try to restore email. Restoring the email will give you a higher chance of removing the limit in your paypal bro. I don't see why OP refuses to accept blackmambas design when it looks much better than his design. It is funny also to see that negative users aren't allowed to participate when he himself have a negative. Please put the funds into escrow to secure the campaign.
