281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [TOR] Torcoin - X11 PoW - Tor Integrated Crypto - Torcoin.org on: April 11, 2017, 10:56:23 AM
Have you think about XTOR to avoid the name confusion and remark the anonimity of the coin? Interesting proyect, IMHO.

Good luck, will mine as long as development goes on. One Baikal for this.

282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [IMX] IMPACT | NO PREMINE/NO ICO | REAL LONGTERM CRYPTO | X11 ALGO | POS NOW| on: April 11, 2017, 10:42:45 AM
Hey guys. What would be the best way to store my IMX coins? I want to keep a significant amount for later to see what the coin does, but they're all on exchanges now. If I download the desktop wallet, but my PC crashes.... than what? Will my coins be lost?

Cheers!
There are two ways how to do it.

First option

You can back up your wallet.dat .
Go to start, type %appdata%\impact and press the enter key. You will then be in a folder with the impact app-data.

File wallet.dat holds all private keys to your addresses. (copy this file on same safe place)

To restore your holdings. Install new wallet and paste wallet.dat into folder impact. (%appdata%\impact)

Second option

Or you can save private keys from your wallet.

For example for address:
Xn7R6GyfCwojGarEAGvj6iimo5op7uQKzM

In wallet go to console and write:
dumpprivkey Xn7R6GyfCwojGarEAGvj6iimo5op7uQKzM

Wallet will give you private key to address...

output look like this:
XBr9bozqj2wzwGAbYq98qQ89bekgZe2Vj1dkNoma46Wfhn8qnpC7

For import private key, use this command:
importprivkey Xn7R6GyfCwojGarEAGvj6iimo5op7uQKzM

And thatīs it. You now have access to address.
You can import private keys into any IMX wallet to get access to coins on this address.

Test:

Address Xn7R6GyfCwojGarEAGvj6iimo5op7uQKzM contains 1000 IMX coins.
The first one who will import private keys can take them. (send them to your address, before someone else will)

Private key:XBr9bozqj2wzwGAbYq98qQ89bekgZe2Vj1dkNoma46Wfhn8qnpC7

Thanks! Will choose the best option for this! I think I can conclude that keeping everything on an exchange is not the right way to go at it...? Smiley
Always maintain a copy of your last encrypted wallet.dat file in a safe place with most of your coins. You can learn it in the easy way like this or you can be goxxed like me (more than 40 BTC lost...  Cry )

286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RBC] ReddByteCoin PoW/PoS X11 | NO PREMINE on: April 08, 2017, 05:29:27 PM

    PoS percentage 40% per year

So if you want to know how much you can make per day, you have to multiply your XRBC ammount by the interest rate (1+ anual interest percentage/100) and divide it by 365 days. At least approximately.

287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RBC] ReddByteCoin PoW/PoS X11 | NO PREMINE on: April 08, 2017, 11:20:31 AM
Hi Dev

Need POS Details

if assume i am having 100000 RBC - How Much RBC will receive for POS on wallet

TIA
100000*1.40/365=385 XRBC per day. Stacking depends on luck, so some days a bit more some days a bit less...
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ENT] Eternity - X11 - No Premine on: April 07, 2017, 04:34:05 AM
How to stake this ENT ?

minimal stake 1000 coins in wallet ?
Only POW/MN's. I have been trying to adapt the vultr IpV6 multinode setup from pivx and dash to eternity, but I'm not able to adapt the eternity wallet to be correctly built...
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ENT] Eternity - X11 - No Premine on: April 06, 2017, 05:02:34 AM
Is the dev dead? Where is he
Yeah, they seem dead, and it's a pity in this moment with MN's on top, with a little work this coin could multiply cap x10 or x20 and dev have at least 150 MN's working (lot of income from MN's).

Source code, windows wallet and linux wallets are up.

If anyone can compile a MAC wallet till tomorrow I would be very grateful, so we can have a REAL fair launch for all platforms.

Mining starts at 1457344680 unix time.

Cheers all!

P.S., testnet is up and minable if anyone wants to try it out...
Connected to testnet with 1 connection but not able to sync???

No one is mining on testnet. Last block on testnet was 5.march. You can test on your own  just setup two local nodes and the following lines to your two nevacoin.conf files.

Code:
testnet=1
addnode=YourOtherNodeLocalIP

Next mine a block on testnet as without new blocks blockhain doesnt synch.

If you have a genuine use case to play on testnet i can open a node for your to connect to but i wont bother if there is no valid reason.

Can assure you when I wrote the post there was a testnet  Wink

294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Baikal Miner update problem. Read if you are going to buy a Baikal. on: April 03, 2017, 05:40:06 PM
Impossible to complete item 2.1.1, PC doesn't recognise Baikal as DFU Util, thanks.

With flashing lights , of course Grin

Did you manage to get the Baikal a900 up and running?
No, only bought the small one. And I was never able to update it. And I have made a bunch of BTC mining only X11 shitcoins with it.  Grin
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 ThomasJeffersonCoin 🚀 THOM 🚀 PoW/PoS 🚀 on: April 02, 2017, 09:04:12 PM
I guess it's a nice tribute to Thomas Jefferson, but I don't see the reason for the 19% premine.
To pay yolo and recover it pump&dumping it as other personality scams. With that premine and the very late POS start dev as total control about the coin. But nice profit could be done mining and selling in the first wave Smiley
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 ThomasJeffersonCoin 🚀 THOM 🚀 PoW/PoS 🚀 on: April 02, 2017, 08:55:31 PM
Yolo play. Need a uNOMP pool. Where are you, guys? I have to go to sleep...  Cool
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RBC] ReddByteCoin PoW/PoS X11 | NO PREMINE on: April 02, 2017, 04:50:30 PM
I've resynced multiple times, updated wallet etc etc, could it be that the coins are somehow corrupted or wtf is up? I cannot send them out, 7.5k RBC
Maybe you can dump the privkeys associated to your wallet, make another wallet and import there the keys... Only thinking out loud here.

Salute
Would that result in loss of my coins?
No, but if you don't know how to work with private keys maybe is better for you to try traditional methods before.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PIVX] - PRIVATE INSTANT VERIFIED TRANSACTION - POS 2.0 - ZEROCOIN PROTOCOL on: April 02, 2017, 11:39:54 AM
expect panic sells today as the coins second failure to breach the $1 mark becomes evident today.  second downward trend followed by panic sales as the market wakes.
With Monday and hypothetical Polo addition and Chinese market PR campaign start?? Not very sure about that, most probable scenario plain day in my opinion.

Salute

299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Viacoin (VIA) - Safe | Segwit | Lightning Network | Auxpow | Fast on: April 02, 2017, 07:29:19 AM
I'm having a lot of problems trying to sync my wallet again. I have installed viacoin wallet as other times, puth there my wallet.dat backup and started to sync. All seems to go well, six connections, network downloading working nice, but when I get at height 22800 aprox sync stops and while network continues to donwload info, blockchain doesn't grow any more. Any ideas, viacoin.conf examples or similar to solve this. Never have this problem before  Huh

Why people are dump so much?
Don't know, but I got the dip and sold a part, so at the end I get a good bunch of MUE practically for free  Cool Will try again in this savage VIX days...
