2001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 100% scam projects on: January 25, 2020, 02:22:45 AM
Insert the projects you know that are 100% scam ... I start HVN terminal, HBZ (helbiz)
There are lot of scam projects until we can't say it again. Most of ICO/IEO nowadays are only even fake or scam project, which is not surprised. But how did you get scammed? Are you one of their investor or you are a bounty hunter who didn't get paid after ICO ends?
I think one of the causes of the project is indicated by the scam not only through payment. I know that Helbiz is a project that pays investors and bounty hunters. but, they did not run the project well, or according to their targets, and over time the development was dim until it was abandoned.
however, there have been many such projects to date.
2002  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice Increase in Price but What Next?? on: January 24, 2020, 07:12:39 AM
The price of bitcoin today is very unpredictable so be careful always to invest and don't buy bitcoin when it is at a high price it is best to observe first and make sure we are in the right timing to buy bitcoin. Because this will give us a huge profit.
Not just today, but all the time btc is unpredictable because it's never been predictable. All are just speculation or predictions made by our own mind base on graph, history, chart, situation, etc.

Just when we thought everything is doing fine then we have this again. The price resistance at $8.3k is being tested after breaking the support at $8.5k to $8.6k. Never thought we'll have this kind of hard situation again. I thought the price will be shaky sideways but more on impressive.
Since Bitcoin exists, the price is always unpredictable. when the price of bitcoin was still hundreds of dollars, people did not believe that the price of bitcoin could reach thousands or even tens of dollars, and now it is like that. if it's a matter of speculation, then it won't be endless.
however, when bitcoin reaches a high and good price, then the next thing is people will again predict that bitcoin can reach a higher price, well that is common. at the moment the price of bitcoin is slightly decreasing, but in the near future, I think the price will recover, and rise at a better price.
2003  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going beyond $14,000 before May, history repeating itself on: January 24, 2020, 06:07:12 AM
Indeed, great things have come to us somehow before and even higher than $14,000. Has this thing meant achievable this year? Absolutely, there is but we have to wait it and keep believing. The halving event will be in May, and we take a look at the past halving usually price soars high a few months after which I may think that $14k is yet to be considered as achievable but not before May.
expectations this year are indeed quite large compared to the previous year. at the moment I don't see the possibility that bitcoin prices can reach those prices before halving, but the potential price increase might occur before the month of May, that's because after halving, mining bitcoin becomes a little longer, so most investors will stock bitcoin, it might be able triggering prices to approach $ 14,000.
2004  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I Buy Bitcoin Now? on: January 23, 2020, 04:41:32 PM
After new year the price of bitcoin turns better so if you already buy before that happened you probably earn a bit this time.

Now the current price is stable at $8600+ we cant tell the next movement of the price but I think if the price decline it wont last long and will recover back due to investors accumulating because of the coming halving.

Thus if you can afford the price you can buy now and wait for the price increase.
It seems that at this time the stability is not stable, and is decreasing. if you feel that the price of bitcoin can go up again, this can be an opportunity. after a few days of the steady price of $ 8,600, the price of bitcoin has now dropped to as low as $ 8,300 and is likely to drop again. when the price of bitcoin falls below the level of $ 8000, it becomes a very good opportunity to buy bitcoin at a cheap price.

2007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra coin alive or dead? on: December 30, 2019, 04:58:19 AM
since the rejection of Europe, and also the release of PayPal, MasterCard, and others, I rarely look for information about Libra. however, I was quite excited to know that libra brought so many promising partnerships. However, right now it looks like libra has a few obstacles. I had expected this, and it was rumored that Libra would be launched in 2020, a year that was suitable for making crypto back popular. it's just that I don't think that will be easy.
2008  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of crypto trading do you recommend with $50 investment? on: December 30, 2019, 02:16:03 AM
$ 50 is not so much, I want to advise you to add it so you can buy 1 ethereum before the turn of the year, but it's quite difficult. Another alternative is, you can buy BNB, EOS, and WAVES. it is a coin that has a price of under $ 50. in addition, I might emphasize having a BNB, because the potential is the same as ethereum. DWYOR

2010  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever trade at work? on: December 29, 2019, 03:14:49 AM
Significant parts of my professional duties involve trading, so I'm obligated to trade at work Wink,

also with crypto markets open 24 / 7, any serious crypto trader should prepare to be dynamic enough to react to the markets at irregular hours.
That is cool. in general, my job is also trading, it's just that it's quite different from trading on the internet. so, when there are visitors, I find it difficult to open a trading site and focus on that. I have tried it, but in the end, I just focus on my work, and not focus on trading as little as I do.
2011  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 29, 2019, 12:30:52 AM
I do that. exchanging bitcoin to altcoin to avoid a large fee is one strategy that is still quite worth it today. seeing the fee from bitcoin which is quite large, makes me always looking for ways to do that. yeah, for me 0.001 BTC is already big enough, so I looked for other alternatives. however, I feel that most people do this, some of the altcoins that I refer to for transactions are LTC, Waves, ETH, and LTC.

2013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will IEO be good in the future? on: December 28, 2019, 10:06:21 AM
I have now some money but still earning to invest more in an IEO. I have heard celer IEO and investor get x6 of its investment. I was move away by this profit in an instant, i want also so i keep money, my question is after all good feedback of IEO, will IEO be like Ico which failed in the market or will IEO be last longer?

IEO has more trust by investors ... because their coins are listed in one of the markets at a set price ... and the market is definitely a trusted market ... then I think IEO is the best coin launch process in the future.
this year, the development of IEO is so great, even IEO almost replaced ICO this year. however, I look forward to achieving the IEO in 2020 to come. when the price of bitcoin at that time rose high and made crypto popular again, then IEO will be very promising in the future. I'm pretty sure many investors are waiting for projects that have a good concept from IEO.
2014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your thought about halving? on: December 28, 2019, 12:54:01 AM
In theory, when supply is cut and demand remains, prices will rise. But what is your thought? Do you guys think it will go up
this is the correct theory. it's just that it all depends on the situation. I think before halving, this will happen, that there is so much demand for bitcoin, and at least a cheap price. it will make the price of bitcoin rise.
This is a common thing, especially if the wall is not so big. however, a large demand will make prices go higher.

2016  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever trade at work? on: December 27, 2019, 03:30:18 AM
When you have good skills and are accustomed to doing it maybe it will be a comfortable routine to work on simultaneously. Because honestly, doing two different jobs at the same time will be bad if you do not have a mature plan, because at least there will be a quick initial step that must be done so that everything can go according to plan.
the main reason I can't do that is that my focus is divided in two. to be honest, trading also requires a large focus and also a good way of thinking. so doing it at work will only make work harder and harder to focus on, especially if your work conflicts with it and requires you to continue to focus. but, I'm pretty sure many people have tried to do this.
2017  Economy / Economics / Re: Europe is against Libra. Who else? on: December 27, 2019, 01:47:14 AM
I tried to follow the media. France opposed the Libra, if I remember correctly. It is normal that they do not want competitors in the euro zone. States do not want the power fields to shrink. Because if the currencies weaken, they lose control.

France and Europeans in general are opposed to Libra and will not allow it. Same goes for United States.
Libra is a threat for their economy but they just talk about Facebook and its poor confidentiality management.
It may have an effect on the market but after loosing the support of VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, EBAY...it will be less effective
however, the conflict made many promising partnerships come out, as you mentioned. I didn't really follow the development of Libra after Paypal, Mastercard, and other partners came out, I think German and France really influenced it. however, I feel that they might feel that their fiat will have heavy competition and can make it useless.

2019  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: December 26, 2019, 09:37:09 AM
With the pleasure of making Bitcoin profit, I get what I want in real life. In everyday life, we need to use means to make our lives easier.

Hope one day all the countries will start using and making the legal the crypto currencies which will ease the people to start using the bitcoin or other crypto in their daily life’s. Also the merchants would start accepting it easily and people would prefer to using crypto across the world rather than carrying the fiat currencies or cards.

so far I also want to be like that, but it seems that regulations on the country are very difficult to accept. especially if it makes fiat difficult, so it seems very difficult for the government to accept it. honestly, I have tried enough to use crypto for daily use, but after all, fiat is better than crypto in that matter. so changing crypto to fiat is good enough.
2020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think 40% bonus is too much for early Investors? on: December 26, 2019, 03:40:43 AM
I don't think so, bonus is what attract big investors too, but it should not dump if the project is listed in an exchange with good liquidity.
Don't blame anyone except the developers and the team of the project as they are the one doing the planning and implementation and they should be aware that scenario like this would happen.

Everyone who own a token if they see they have a good chance of making profit, they do sell it without a doubt, even if it will cause a dump afterwards.
I doubt that there will be a dump. if the bonus is 40%, it will certainly provoke a dump. Well, I always avoid investing in projects like that. even when they register in a large market, there is no guarantee that they do not sell the bonus they get at that time. as far as I can see, even bonuses below 40% have the possibility of dumping when listing on popular exchanges.
