1161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Elon musk launches his own coin? on: July 02, 2021, 04:09:01 PM
what? didn't he already have one? something called doge lol..

man this man is insane...just tweet anything that he wants...cum rocket, baby doge etc etc and make any token he tweet go up in numbers.

if he somehow makes his own coin, he will full pumping it 24h non-stop.

well, that is the advantage it has. however, I currently do not stock the doge or baby doge. well, if Elon Musk made his own coin, I think that would be pretty good. maybe it can be very useful for the use of the product he made. well, I'll probably try to have it over doge.
1162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: in between the decision to hold or sell on: July 02, 2021, 10:41:58 AM
Market now like stable. So you should hold your crypto-currency. Because, all the crypto can be start pump again and it can happen within very shot time. Which will be able to give a big kind of profit.
Stable from which side? The volatility rate has been decreased but the price isn't stable anyway. Holding is the best thing but don't hold every cryptocurrency for long term. Top coins of crypto market have higher chance recover their price and increase as well. It's too much risky to hold unpopular and new tokens/coin. In that case you should research that how good the project is, what is the utility usage of the coin. OP has given the appropriate answer to his friend.
maybe he's talking about range. if it's a range, then the price of bitcoin is indeed around $30k and below $36k, so it's very clear that we have to hold it. however, in the matter of holding or not, I honestly until now continue to hold the altcoins that I own. In fact, we are also hesitant to sell because we hope that altcoin prices will rise again. however, the reality is that currently the bitcoin price is in the $31k to $35k range, but the altcoin prices are mostly dropping bit by bit. quite hard to hold on for now.
1163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The right time is now! on: July 02, 2021, 07:11:02 AM
Since the market price still dumps, time to accumulate more. But please be reminded that we still don't the assurance that the market will recover after you buy. Of course, it takes time to make, and also it matters what coins you have invested. Because if you choose those shitcoins as it has a cheaper price but mostly likely you will end up losing your money.

And out of the OP's list, I have to choose the top 3 for a long-term investment which I think was the most recommended coins in the forum.
well, after the dump, this might be an opportunity to own a popular altcoin for a pretty cheap price. I started thinking about stocking up on TRX, or some other cheap coin. only, currently my portfolio is filled with ETH and BNB. well, but I'll probably do some research to find a good quality but cheap coin.
1164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: July 01, 2021, 09:00:53 AM
I don't think any altcoin has the possibilities of replacing bitcoin. Don't get me wrong, there are several altcoins that are improvement on the deficiencies of bitcoin and have other innovative functions. But they are no where close to bitcoin, because bitcoin is the first crypto coin and it is the major player in the crypto market.
don't think too much dear. Today, it is clear that bitcoin controls almost all the movements of altcoins. in fact, we know that bitcoin's drop from its ATH a few months ago really made a lot of altcoin dump hard. right now, even ETH, or even BNB, can't replace bitcoin. I think this will continue to happen in the very long term.
1165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency has best future? on: July 01, 2021, 06:31:38 AM
The good cryptocurrencies have a nice future, and that's maybe less than 5% of all of them out there.
Most are shitcoins and moneygrabs, which offer no real value

Yes absolutely right.
Most of the altcoins present in the market are of no use , only they give the profit to themselves who created these coins.
I would personally recommend OP to not invest in any altcoins, rather you can go on investing in Bitcoin for a long term.
If you still want to invest on altcoin, then choose the coin with good marketcap.
LTC, ETH and BNB will be the ideal ones according to the current scenario.
well, maybe the old popular coin was part of that 5%. however, I prefer to include coins in my portfolio, coins that are very clear, and have a competent team. ethereum, and bnb are clear examples of that. however, I feel that a coin that has a bright future is a coin that continues to evolve and adapt to current technological developments.
1166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happen if US ban cryptocurrencies? on: July 01, 2021, 05:03:47 AM
if the USA bans crypto, especially bitcoin, I think we will see a very drastic price change for bitcoin. although I feel that it will not push the bitcoin price to zero, but I think if the USA starts banning crypto, then other countries might follow suit. Well, I hope that doesn't happen.
1167  Economy / Economics / Re: When everybody tell you take take risk with money on: June 29, 2021, 09:20:48 AM

You can take risk with your life, you can take risk with your computer.
But nobody would tell you to take risk with them, but they all tell you to take money risk because why?

Because MONEY is the riskiest of all risk!! They tell you to take the riskiest gambling with your life. After you take MONEY risk, you are gambling with your life and death, you loss the money the future await you is hell and death!

Never go full retard!! You can take any risk but never take risk with your MONEY!!

Fuck all the people who tell you to take money risk. Smiley

The thing with money is that no one will give you money for free. You need to take risks to get a return on your savings. If we look at the interest rates right now, we see that they are pretty close to 0%. Parking our money in a money market fund or in a savings account at the bank won't give us any interest at the moment. After taking inflation rate into account we are losing money each year. Buying crypto currencies is also taking a risk with our money, the same is leaving our money in FIAT currencies.
other people can give you advice, but only you can make the decision to take it or not. Everyone can encourage you to take risks, but only you can decide whether you will take those risks or not. Taking risks isn't always bad, but it does require great caution. In my opinion, big things have big risks. If you can't accept the risk, you should never approach it.
1168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is recovering, what steps are you taking? on: June 29, 2021, 06:54:39 AM
In fact, so far I'm still holding onto the altcoins I own since bitcoin's price is still at $58000. however, I may incur a sizable loss, but so far, I'm still trying to hold on to my altcoins until the bitcoin price is at $44k. however, I believe altcoin prices might recover, even more than 40% recovery is enough to make me come back quite satisfied.
1169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the Ethereum killer? on: June 29, 2021, 04:36:28 AM
It's hard to say, but BSC is the closest cryptocurrency to being an Ethereum killer right now, comparing to ETH, the low gas fee an be said to be the biggest advantage of BSC. In addition, more and more projects are issuing new tokens on BSC, which has a tendency to catch up with ETH. In terms of market capitalisation, BNB is third only to BTC and ETH, i don't count USDT.
Well, it's hard to say it's an ethereum killer, because basically, ethereum will stick around. currently, BSC seems to dominate the market, and beat ethereum. even most of the new projects currently use BSC as their platform. Personally, I'm also more comfortable using BSC than Ethereum at the moment.
1170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many scammers have you funded by putting your money in? on: June 28, 2021, 08:58:19 AM
since I got to know crypto, I have saved a lot of money in scam places, and most of it is in investment places such as HYIP sites, minning, and also ICOs. it happened in 2016 to 2019. however, for now I only keep my money in popular coins to minimize the risk of scam, and price changes.
1171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High discount in presale on: June 28, 2021, 07:14:12 AM
75% discount to buy on presale ?
I think it's clearly just a sales strategy, they will make profit from all sale, in the presale to onsale. It is their responsibility for the company, to provide profit all time, also they owe the profit to investors.

Discounts that are too big can backfire on the project itself. however, I've seen enough projects that the price dump is very hard, and it's difficult to move up because it gives too big a discount. Besides that, for presale, maybe 75% is really big, but I think there needs to be a limit for that so that when the project is running, the price doesn't dump so hard.
1172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Far from possible but let's just say on: June 28, 2021, 05:03:29 AM
yes, i would probably buy that for $300. I'm pretty sure that there will be a bounce back from that. when the price is $ 1, then I think the minimum increase is hundreds of dollars, and considering I have 300 bitcoins, then that has been a big advantage for me. well, but that's very hard to happen, even, for now, it has a near 0 probability.
1173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Eth go below .05 BTC? on: June 27, 2021, 09:37:17 AM
if the price of bitcoin continues to decline, I'm pretty sure the price of ethereum will drop below that price. however, the current conditions are still very possible to make it happen. Yeah, but I hope that doesn't happen. That's because I feel that our current situation is still in a bear market. but, if the price of ethereum is below 0.02 BTC again, I might collect it again
1174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which best Altcoins to buy & HODL for some months on: June 27, 2021, 06:01:51 AM
The list of the best altcoins should start with Ethereum where the price of Ethereum is the second most valuable after Bitcoin and can still be relied on to buy when prices are low and HODL for the next few months.
and Litecoin because it's the oldest altcoin, and I still believe in the oldest and top altcoin to own because when bitcoin goes up they will go up even if sometimes not significant but at least give good returns.
well, ethereum currently has a fairly high price. other than that, compared to LTC, I might prefer to pay attention to BNB. we know that the development of BNB lately is very fast. in fact, it is rumored that BNB may surpass and replace ethereum. Well, we don't know when it happened, but it could be in a few month's time.
1175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Prices are low, time to buy some good coin!! on: June 26, 2021, 08:03:32 AM
Prices very low. This is a good time to buy, but I would feel safer choosing the top ones. My choices are still ETH and BNB, I am still splitting my assets to buy BNB and ETH at different low prices.
well, we all see that. however, whether the price will continue to dump or not. currently, the price of bitcoin continues to dump, even almost below the $30k range. well, currently the price of altcoins may be discounted. but if you decide to buy some altcoins, then go for ETH and BNB.
1176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk manipulating the market? on: June 26, 2021, 06:21:23 AM
The guy is a narcissistic clown, how do you expect him to feel anything? I've lost every bit of respect for this clown, I saw his true character and I tell you this guy is a dangerous dude, hopefully people won't forget this because his agenda is long, he still has many things to "implement" for the human race and plans to deceive many.
well, even though we know that person is dangerous, but he really managed to move the price of crypto, especially bitcoin and doge. actually, I was quite impressed by that, to the point that he made the price of bitcoin fall by half of its ATH. this makes me think that currently Elon Musk has a big influence on the current bitcoin price movement. even by removing bitcoins from Tesla, and selling 10% of the bitcoins he holds, the bitcoin price dump is pretty severe.
1177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Tiki Token, earn 10 percent automatic dividends in bnb every hour. on: June 26, 2021, 04:49:27 AM
Sounds too good to be true. I didn't go over to their website to read it all but judging from what OP wrote it already makes it look like it's going to be a scam.

10% EVERY HOUR? Even the gold mine or the diamond mine companies in Angola couldn't provide those incentives, it wouldn't last when talking about its economy.
it did sound really weird, even if it was true, in 1 day, the gain the retainer had already reached 240%. well, I suspect this might not last long if they actually give 10% profit in BNB form. even projects as good as BNB don't do that to sponsors.
1178  Other / Off-topic / Re: John McAfee Found Dead in Spanish Cell After Extradition Announcement on: June 25, 2021, 10:49:27 AM
I was quite shocked to hear this news. however, the figure of John McAfee is one of the things that is always covered in the world of cryptocurrencies. Well, I once tried his anti-virus, and it was quite satisfactory, even though I don't use it anymore. Yeah, but I think this is pretty big news for some parts of the region. Even I was quite surprised to see this news.
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 1000 usd , where to invest , on: June 25, 2021, 07:56:36 AM
for me the safety of funds is the most important thing. so with those funds I'll put 50% on bitcoin, and the rest we can sort it out on other altcoins on the top rankings, like eth and bnb. and use a little money if you want to speculate on a new altcoin that you think has good prospects
for now, compared to ETH, I might prefer BNB. for $1k I think I'll keep it all in BNB. I see the potential for BNB to be quite better than ETH. I'm sure the future price of BNB will also be over $1k. for $1k, you can now have 3 or more BNB. I'm sure it will be very profitable. yeah, but still DWYOR
1180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency will rise in future? on: June 25, 2021, 05:48:58 AM
Weak hands will always sell or dump at sight of first blood in the market, Like most successful trader says, You will not get rich selling. Money are made by holding and waiting for the right to time sell.
Yes, those who are too weak will always lose in the market when trading because holding certain assets also requires a lot of time and patience in order to get bigger profits.
yeah, I agree with that. however, in reality, holding also carries risks, namely when prices fall deeply. but, even if that's the case, I also prefer to hold on to the coins I have for now. I'm pretty sure the potential for bitcoin and altcoin prices to rise exists in the future. it's just, we don't know how long we have to endure this. however, I'm still holding back.
