1621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: September 11, 2020, 09:02:43 AM
It depends though, sometimes I just want to dump the coins that I've been hodling for a time to cut loss, or just that I've seen enough profits that's why I want to make an exit point. Sometimes that I see no point in hodling a certain coins for a long time due to their slow development. When there's sign of correction as well. Everyone has their own reasons though.
yes, it really depends on the circumstances. many conditions that make us sell assets or coins that we have, such as cut lose or other things. Most of the time, people dump their coins because the development of them is not what they think.
1622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: September 11, 2020, 08:01:10 AM
I agree with you, any success all need time to grow, if not, this development is just temporary and may collapse any time. The price must have volatitily because it always exists buyer and seller in the market
Yes, they need time. BUT, it has to be at the reasonable amount of time. You can't just let the project do whatever the fuck they can do for 2 years without any progress, they should have a solid roadmap and schedule to actually achieve something. Look at Exscudo, they are still in development but no progress achieved and  rewards nothing.
because of this, there is a roadmap that encourages them to do the development they should be doing. although it does take time, we need to know that investors will continue to assert their rights. So, as developers, we need to focus on that. I feel that a project can be threatened with failure just because it doesn't follow a concept that they make themselves. many of them are always delaying or ignoring their roadmap.
1623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your favourite coin and token ? on: September 11, 2020, 05:57:57 AM
Right now I love TRX for the future, their network is very light and cheap for transactions. But I still hope Ethereum will come back.
In my opinion, XLM and XRP are also good for entering the portfolio, but at the moment I am not interested because I am focused on TRX.
well, I also prefer coins with a fast volatile rate. however, TRX is indeed the coin under the spotlight right now. besides that, I also still hold onto the ethereum that I have. I still think that Ethereum price still has a big potential to have a price above $ 500. for now, my main favorite coin is ethereum.
1624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Way To Make Money From Crypto In 2020? on: September 10, 2020, 04:08:21 PM
For the ongoing year 2020 the best way to earn in terms of any of the cryptocurrencies is through trading. The market stood strong when the stocks on the World market crashed. By the time the market of bitcoin and leading cryptocurrencies grew higher and higher. There is regular price fluctuation with cryptocurrencies, and the same serves as a way to earn out of trading. Trading requires more and more learning, and capital. This way money making with cryptocurrency is getting harder and harder with time.
I think, until now, trading, bounty, investing, and others are still ways to get crypto. it's just that, the potential of all these methods is different. one thing that makes them the same, which is to get crypto in this way requires deep research, especially for investments and bounties. however, for trading, from the past until now it is still an option to get crypto assets.
1625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are buying when the price is going up and not when it is down on: September 10, 2020, 07:42:32 AM
One thing I think about is, they want to take advantage of the rising prices that are going on, and quite a few people are benefiting from that. For example, when Ethereum starts to go from $ 300 to $ 500, people will sometimes buy when the price has reached a certain point. However, the side effect of this is, the price could dump suddenly and it will be very costly.
1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: September 10, 2020, 05:52:02 AM
I had a lot of ups and downs in crypto. I started way back early 2012 where BTC is just about less than $1000 and faucets were really generous. I regret not saving as much BTC and alts during that time. I cannot do much since I was about to have my first job and had to save money.

When I started becoming active in crypto, I had a lot of bad experiences where I bought crypto due to FOMO, I HODL coins for too long and missed a lot of opportunities, and not to mention panic selling.
Talking about regrets, of course, we have regrets very much in the past. it's like being late buying or selling. I have both regrets. besides that, there were quality bounties in the past that had great potential, but I didn't support them, even though I had the opportunity to do so, and many more.
1627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your favourite coin and token ? on: September 09, 2020, 04:39:52 PM
Recently I found another interesting project - Chromia (CHR)... In September, they promise to launch the network... I hope that this event will affect the price!
just like me, seeing the development of the current DIA token price is one of my activities. however, the price is quite impressive. If there is no decline, I'm pretty sure the price will stabilize in the $ 4 to $ 5 range, or maybe even as high as $ 6. I said that it was quite impressive because the initial price was not that high. besides that, I still pay attention to Ethereum prices which are my current priority.
1628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if the project is fake? on: September 09, 2020, 12:10:20 PM
a pretty good way to identify his team. Another way to identify a fake project is, sometimes you can see it from inaccurate team information, and it's quite new to social media. besides, their concept and website look unprofessional. some projects sometimes provide a sizeable bonus, at a fantastic discount. to be honest there are many ways to identify a project that is a scam or has the potential to be a scam or not. however, some of them are clever enough to cover it all, so sometimes people need escrow and a trusted third party for payment issues.
1629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens? on: August 03, 2020, 12:24:38 PM
Not at all, you just need to do good background research about the coin taking into consideration the use case, team behind the project. You also need to look for facts about whether the team have been able to come with any minimal viable product. This shows the seriousness of the team members with regards to the development of the project. Finally, look at the lock up period of the tokens.
Well, when you invest in the right thing, new coins can make you profit from it. it's just that it takes hard work to find it. if you only search once or twice, I doubt that you can find it. however, something new is indeed risky if you don't know about the project in-depth.
1630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: August 03, 2020, 10:46:47 AM
Do not underestimate shitcoins, if they are completely dead well that's the end probably but if development is still ongoing they can bring better results in future, keep them in your wallet and enjoy how things works out
the hope of people still holding coins that do not have a price in their wallet is because of the hope that the coins will have a price in the future. Well, until now, I still have some tokens that I got from bounties in the past, just don't have a price. many examples of people who check their wallets now get tokens from the past and have prices now. I hope that will happen to the tokens that I have in the future.
1631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: August 02, 2020, 04:03:52 AM
actually, there are quite a lot of cases like this in the world of bounties or crypto projects. even some projects just trying to raise funds and run after that. however, thinking about various risks before participating in a project is highly recommended. even since 2018, I have started reading the warning that before supporting a project in any aspect, do in-depth research. Well, not even a few people have done the research, but are still affected by this kind of thing.
1632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin will be your favorite this season? on: August 02, 2020, 02:50:14 AM
Most investors will prefer ethereum as for it has already risen up and still continuing towards 400$, im also an ethereum holder been buying eth when the price is $150, and now it has given good return. Im thinking to buyback at 400$ cause im sure eth will go higher this year.
Well, I think Ethereum will show its fangs again this year. however, the price is now close to $ 400, and I strongly believe that the price will rise even higher. for now, I predict the ethereum price will reach $ 500. I am sure that this price can be reached before the end of the year.
1633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some priceless tokens. on: August 01, 2020, 05:09:24 AM
Priceless tokens are useless. They are just a waste in every exchanges and they should be eliminated. I have also token which finished the ICO at the end of 2017. However, until now there is no real case. I am always asking in their telegram chat room, but they only tell me that it is not their priority. As of now, I decided to leave on that group because I just can`t see how my token dies.

I hope soon, there will be a filter for a developing project to a stagnant one. So that we can easily avoid projects which are shit and priceless.
Well, I also almost have the same story. have tokens that they make but don't have a price. however, I consider tokens that are more than 1 year old but do not have a market as junk tokens. Well, they should take this into account before they start the project. so, I see something like this as a half-progress. I can only hope that the token has a price in the future.
1634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto ratings? on: August 01, 2020, 03:46:36 AM
Most of the rating sites make fake rating of a new project which is misleading for the investors. I don't rely on any rating site. If an investor depends on rating, surely he will fall in trap. He should invest on his own research not depending such fake ratings. High rating projects sometimes make scam. So every investor should be aware of it before investment.
I agree with this statement. I also do not fully believe in the rates they provide, and I will conduct a separate search and research. it's just that, sometimes sites like that already provide a summary of the information we need. some sites also rate the completeness of data from a project.
1635  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys avoid panic sell... on: July 31, 2020, 11:04:18 AM
Panic sell happens when there is continued increase in the price. Right now we aren't experiencing any such kind of market growth. There is regular growth, and similar to the growth there is downward price fluctuation. So, the chances for panic sell is low by this time. Right now people don't have much to buy/invest. At the moment the key focus is found over trading.
I feel that now people are just panicking buying, not panicking sell. it is seen when there is an increase in prices at this time. however, right now most people's prices are holding back and buying assets because it looks like prices will recover soon. I feel at the end of this year.
1636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget bounties and Airdrops on: July 31, 2020, 09:19:02 AM
Bounties and Airdrops are giving really low profit nowadays. Still, there are some worthy campaigns, but it is better to switch to others way of earning crypto - running nodes, for example.
Well, I don't think Bounty and Airdrop will pay as much as 2017, but who knows in the future. you could support a bounty who is really serious about running the concept they made and paying us worth it. Well, we will never know. as long as the bounty is still not that difficult, I might still support a project through that path.
1637  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin touch $15K till end of 2020? on: July 30, 2020, 07:01:58 AM
If we believe that bitcoin will touched $10k when the price tank, then I think we should not doubt that it could reach $15k from its current price now.
Bitcoin has been very volatile, it could pumped anytime, so expect the unexpected and in bull run nothing is impossible.

People were looking for a bullish market, we all sacrifice due to the bearish market for awhile, so a change this year is probably a good timing as it will tell the world that bitcoin is an asset that should not be underestimated, although it does lacks regulation.

So I believe that $15k is likely to be achieved this year at least.
bitcoin potential indeed nobody knows. to be honest, at the beginning of the year, I doubt the price of bitcoin will reach $ 15k this year. however, the situation is back to support that feeling. however, at the moment, bitcoin prices are still trying to stabilize prices in the range of $ 11,000. if there was an increase, I was pretty sure that the price could reach $ 15,000.
1638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum : Its not too late on: July 30, 2020, 03:57:48 AM
well, if measured since the beginning of the year, it means that the price of ethereum has gone up 100% to date. however, I am one of those who believe that the potential of ethereum is not yet seen. so, there is a possibility that ethereum prices could become even higher. personally, I am still trying to collect ethereum until now. I am quite enthusiastic that the price of ethereum can approach the price of $ 700.
1639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: July 29, 2020, 08:20:46 AM
My biggest regret is the fact that during 3 years that I'm in crypto, I was lazy or always skip the task to set my own bitcoin wallet. All the time I was using multi-sig wallet and in fact dont have full control over my funds. It was too late to figure out what "not your key, not your wallet" means. Now I'm facing the fact that I must pay something extra and which is not under my control, to move my earnings.
Well, that's the regret that always comes at the end. when you are lazy to do something, then you will regret it. however, I have felt the same way. when sorry for not supporting a particular project whose salary is quite high. Yeah, but I made it a valuable lesson for me.
1640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or there are others who have same thoughts? on: July 29, 2020, 05:14:17 AM
Is it just me or others think same way? I mean are listed bounties intentionally using bounty campaigns to create hype and before the bounty is over they dump part the tokens making it lose value and make bounty hunters share what's left??? I'm kinda confused with bounty projects that are trading

I also sometimes realize that some projects do this. however, this is a bad strategy for them. because not only did they lose confidence in the participants, they would also lose confidence in investors because of falling prices. Well, I have seen a number of projects that dump their own tokens.
