Не могу сказать относительно быстрой выгоды именно в октябре,но в перспективе токены проекта XYO NETWORK (на мой взгляд) должны дать достаточно иксов.Проект очень крутой.Из монет могу посоветовать Stellar(XLM).(Так как пришлось изучать этот блокчейн и все его подводные камни,могу так же с уверенностью сказать что их цена должна вырасти в обозримом будущем).

Сумма конечно маленькая но тем не менее и с такой суммой можно заработать.Для этого изучай проекты которые проводят (либо же провели) ICO и покупай их токены.Если удача повернется к тебе то сможешь заработать(при нынешнем рынке не много но все же).И конечно же как и с ethereum так и с токенами в любом случае нужно ждать.Пока рынок очень грустный и красный тяжело что либо предугадать и тем более дать 100% прогноз относительно стратегии которую лучше выбрать при наличии не очень большой суммы которая есть в твоем кошельке.

Вот я ничего не вижу плохого с одной стороны от регулирования,но с дургой под словом ,,регулирование,, будет просто бритье со всех кто обналичивает,торгует,майнит криптовалюту.Как бы нам всем не хотелось регулирования но уже прорабатываются законы относительно криптовалют (за все страны СНГ не ручаюсь но в России и Украине точно в скором времени будет написано много законов).Посмотрим какие сюрпризы нас ждут
