Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Wrong. Real Estate can be profitable depending on the term you deal with. If you invest at the top of a bubble and expect to have income in few months, the bubble can explode and trap you no matter how. But in the long term you can pass that bubble and gain returns.

Also it is not the most profitable business, but one that has proven to raise over the last years.

If the country is taken over by dictators you can very well lose your property. All this aside. The REAL ICO is imho a very solid and good investment.
Gold might be the best non volatile investment for long term but imho real estate comes second.

Russian market might be difficult. I think there's a lot of bureaucracy in that country, plus special interests. However, since the government seems to be taking interest in crypto lately, maybe special conditions/regulations might be created allowing easier use of crypto.

Gold does not add profit - It's just metal -which price is constantly fluctuating. But real estate - you can rent out and receive dividends. This property will always be better than precious metals!

Ok, now it's getting absurd.
I asked simple questions. Melissa tends to answer all but mines.
So I ask once again.
Is it possible that approx 13% of ICO money goes to 5yeartime salaries of the team? So that at the very start investors are 13% short?
plus some other simple questions.

I've just read all the posts and the Whitepaper and I've got a few questions that i believe haven't been asked yet.

1) Do i get it right that dividends will be paid in ETH based on ETH/EUR rates at the day of payment ?

2) I quite don't understand the concept of Core Operating Budget. If all goes well and hard cap is reached you'll get approx. 60M $. You wrote in Whitepaper that because of COB, 80-90% of that sum will go to push fund. COB is etimated to be 8M $ in the next five years, that is 13,3% of hard cap.
    a)  does that mean that COB, which basicly is salaries of the team, will be funded in full for the next five years from the money gathered through ICO?
    b) salaries in the Whitepaper are shown in ETH. Is it for illustrative purposes, or do the team get paid in ETH? If so, what when ETH increases in value 300%?

3) Are the targeted 12-20% annual returns before or after operational/maintenance/management costs and interest rates?

What's the problem Fahmp7? Aren't salaries for IT normally the  biggest part of operational costs? So then 13.3% isn't that big a part or is it? Especially since they are planning on expanding the team immensely.
The fact that their salaries are in ETH does concern me. There's no need for a developer to be earning 10x the salary of a normal developer if ETH decides to go x10. On the other hand, if ETH goes /10, it might be cause for developers to leave the company.
Would love an explanation from the team for this part as well!
Thing is, the salaries should be paid from the money they earn, that is from 10% of profits.
If they take 13% of ICO money to pay the salaries, it means that investors loose 13% at the very start.
I also asked whether 12-20% return is before or after costs. I got no answer, but 20% is insane.
Here in Poland you get 6-7% after costs.
So if they take 13% of ICO money, that means that it will take 2-3 years to brake even. That is absolutely ridiculous.
And since Melissa doesnt answer my questions, I come to conclusion, that I'm right.
They just don't want to admit it, but they know they're not playing fair.

Whops it seems I skipped your message, apologies.

1) Yes dividends will be converted from original currency (EUR or USD or any) to ETH at the day of payment

2) Yes we will use a portion of Token Sale proceeds to fund the team and operations, that is normal. Salaries are fixed in USD, and are projections, we will probably spend less. (note exchange rate is fixed on the doc)

3) There will be intrinsecal costs deducted such as maintenence. Platform operations fees are deducted from the platform profits (10% fee.)

Also, we agree that normal real estate investments in mature markets yield 6-7%. We are targetting high growh opportunities like holiday rentals or student residences, hospitality sector or undevalued opportunities.

The features of Real are great and the support team is always there to help the investors with all their doubts. The target market of Real is great actually so there is a high chance of yielding more than what you may in the real world.

if it will be confirmated it would be a great thing 12-20% annual profits is not bad at all in my opinion and i will invest i think half of my altcoin stocks

presently there is a bubble in europe as well, since the EZB has lowered the intereset drastically. ppl are awaiting a bubble crash nowadays.

for example. a normal house with garden an 800m² costs about 200-300k € in germany, and now, the price is set at 400-500k nowadays. ppl are shooting above their income and get a credit, thus risking off not being able to pay the credit in long term.

ofc, real estate is a good investment, but not now imo

It all depends on your market location. The best thing about REAL is that their market is the globe.

Real Estate in Spain already bubbled, right now it's not a bad investment. Many opportunities. Maybe the rest of Europe is overprized. But what happens on Asia, or North America? We're not in a global bubble anymore and different zones yield different incomes when talking about real estate. It is one of REAL's tasks to study the market and find the best opportunities.

Can we expect, at lest at he beginning, that people wont invest Real in your assets, but will just hold the coin itself. Basically right now is more realistic to expect the coin will raise in value more, than you would get in dividends for real estate.

Well 12-20% per year is already extremely high, not a lot of investments have ROI of this level, and when they have, they are categorized as High risk.

If it was 12-20% per month everybody would rush it, that's some crazy ROI.

Even if a lot of us in cryptos are at around 200% ROI per month with trading, it's extremely risky since the market could blow at any moment without any security.
