Finally, a popular business magazine recognizes the potential disruption of real estate business via the blockchain technology which was enabled by REAL's platform. Nice , This would inform traditional real estate investors of whole new way to invest their money

Interesting that they also name Enigma in the article as well. Both Enigma and REAL are my top choices for ICO investment. REAL is really getting some traction here.

I do have a question. Currently one ETH equals 220 REAL tokens. In the last couple days the value of ETH has gone up by a lot (320$ to 380$ in the last week). Will the rate of 220 tokens for one ETH be adjusted?

Love the concept of Real Estate crowdfunding and combining with smart contracts is such a logical step forward.  Nice job putting this together, it looks very promising.

Interested to see what sort of local real estate issues they face in different regions, but even if it is restricted, there is still a great opportunity to allow smaller investors from around the world invest in markets they otherwise would not have access to.

I found this in the whitepaper and I don't think has been brought up before:

We will partner with Portblue Hotels, an experienced hotel operator managed by one of our Advisors to be offered opportunities from their proprietary deal flow and have a management contract with them in the properties we purchase

For all I know this might be common practice in business partnerships, but isn't it a bit weird to have an advisor on board who is also part of the counterparty? So the seller is also the buyer? How can Real get a good and fair deal with Portblue Hotels if the manager of Portblue Hotels is in Real?

Am just praying that hackers wont put an eye on this one. Coindash was hacked seriously but Kickico prevented it strongly. Just waiting for it to start now. its better to invest in ICO's like these than to simply hold crypto.

No ICO can offer 100% guarantees on a ROI (return of investment). But the upside of this ICO is that there is a guarantee that the token can only drop so far, because it's backed by real world properties. REAL have mentioned in their white paper that they estimate 10-12% profit on your investment. Not a big increase compared to some ICO's, but the big part is stability. As the saying goes, slow and steady wins the race.

10-12% could be seen as a conservative estimate. The housing market is doing well and when properties are sold you will get parts of the profit (if you used your REAL tokens to invest in said property).

It's a good question. For my understanding this can be a good deal because he then knows what is best to do and how to act from the side of the potential partners but also he knows what he has to bring in to get new partners. Maybe something like that?
