I feared new altcoins will be left out so i start selling some coins for bitcoin because it can be a big blow if altcoin fails to surge like in 2017 after bitcoin reach a new ATH, what do you think? And what would you have done in my position

This is not about scam projects. This is about the projects which fail to raise enough funds due to what so ever reasons. When bounty hunters work for weeks and at the last moment project announces that they can no longer run it due to insufficient funds raised, its nothing but a waste of time and energy for us.
In my opinion, should project teams have enough fundings before they look for investors? What is called MVP is very important for the users to check for before investing.
MVP will ensure that even if funds are not raised as expected, it can be delayed but not dead.
From your point of view, what other points are there which projects and investors both look for?
unfortunatelly, most of dev just wanna steal investors money. devs often dont care what product which will be given so, MVP isnt given at the first, although there are many projects have been given by investors in others side, built MVP also need money, no matter how small it is. and the money is got from investment so, the project must get investment first then devs can develop the product itself |

everyone has a different investment strategy. and one of the crypto investment strategies is to buy some of the top altcoins to increase profits. because sometimes when bitcoin goes up, most altcoins will also go up. and usually the percentage increase in altcoin is greater than bitcoin. so that if we really do altcoin we will also get a large profit. I also do this. I hold some of the top altcoins like Litecoin and Ethereum.
You are right, lookalike the crypto market is still dependent on Bitcoin. If this increase all other altcoins loud their sounds, if BTC drops they massively fall down. I personally feel that Tron will be a good investment for 2020. vice versa. if Bitcoin price is down, then altcoin is down too. and altcoin down is greater than Bitcoin. it means that altcoin has higher risk than Bitcoin, and higher return too that's why I think more before buying altcoin at this time. the risk is high moreover if we buy low cap altcoin, it will have highest risk. |

No doubt that ICOs are dead this year, IEO is still in play but looks like it will end soon as the returns of IEO investment is reducing. But people still wants to invest in cryptocurrency despite of the bear market, they all are waiting for the bull market to return. The only key for projects to success right now is that they have been backed by large investment firms, venture capitalists or they have their own funds to use for developments.
Wont you say Bitcoin and alcoin end too bcz reducing the price and investement? I dont think so. bearish market affects to most cryptocurrency, including IEO IEO is still good investment, no matter reducing investment on that. bcz reducing investment doesnt only happen in IEO, but also most of coins so, we should be fair making comparison in both. Hi I'm not a technical guy and I really want to invest in altcoins. Fo you guys which do you guys prefer in this time when buying your altcoins?
Do you still like to buy those under rank cryptos that low price or you preferred to buy those on the top? Or do you prefer projects which have constant project development and updates that still build even though they fell from the bottom? Or you skip those low satoshi altcoins even though they still have great developments?
And if you can give me some idea too to where I can research project development statistics and quality of altcoins. Sorry for my English?
it depends on my strategy which I use, whether I use long or short term for long term, I just believe in top altcoin in market, but it needs much time to get profit for short term, I just take advantage by news, update, price action, etc. I just take short profit aroun 10-20% in one trading i use both for diversivy my asset. it is needed so I wont lose all of my asset by market risk. |

Absolutely nothing, one of the major issues with altcoins is that they lack the support they need to excel in this space most devs don't do the needful they just create and abandon coins.
I highly disagree if devs dont do hardwork to develop their coin. if so, then the alt would be zero price this is bussiness which must be serious to do, in this case not only about price but development we have to realize that this is bearish market. many altcoins will be going down even when devs already make something big in their projects. but it would change as long as investors believe again in crypto when many sign, many greedy, many hope, that's when altseason would happen. |

actually, simple to know about your issue. just looking at coinmarketcap, exchange, group (telegram) you can conlude what the quality of the tokens is. it needs short time, not too long but, sometime people are lazy enough to do that. they prefer to ask people about project opinion I woulndt say that asking is wrong, but if we can do our own research, then why would we ask first instead of doing research? |

Bull market is a time when you enjoy your profit. Bear market is a time when you enjoy sales and buying more cryptocurrencies into your portfolio. Also it is a time when you should learn from your mistakes and use the knowledge in the next cycle.  Not always like that. even in Bear market we can earn profit. At first, when you hold centralized stable coin like Tether, you never know if everything is okay with the company. What happen if regulations come. When you hold decentralized stable coin, you never know if the coin be stable in the future.

You might not know but visit any of the telegram groups of projects whose token is not listed anywhere, most of the comments on a normal day with be about when exchange..? The investors of ico used to put allot of pressure to list the coin on an exchange.
Exchange is a thing that dev should list coin to, a project without exchange wouldnt grow. I dont wonder if many people ask like that But, it doesnt mean dev lists coin in shit exchange. dev still needs to list in good exchange in this case we talk about successfull project, so money wont be matter. IMO, dev wont list in good exchange bcz of shit dev. they just care about money not about the project itself. |

You can do IEO on Binance to get capital. Then for the promotion of using the bounty, the bounty is guaranteed to be paid directly with btc or eth so that the bounty hunters will not be blamed for the price dump.
