The transformation from ICO to IEO is something done by quality projects. IEO is not easy, bypassing many conditions, in contrast to ICO which is mostly done directly. IEO has an intermediary exchange. And I think it's better to get a lot of investors, who still stick to the ICO, don't have a guarantee the project will be on target.

This year, I know that a big change of flow in cryptocurrency market and for sure that Bitcoin will the one to rise it value or hit more than the All-Time-High and once it start to go uptrend then altcoin will follow up again just like last time.
And also the mass adoption will get huge and maybe some of other countries could allow the cryptocurrency on their end but they might use a law to prevent an anti-money laundering.

I believe that now we are in a transitional state and this month we will see what kind of trend awaits us. including to not believe with you. so, I dont make decision in low probability, which is low cap coin.
