I wonder what Dortmund need to do to fight for the league title very seriously. It is for certain that they need to make some substantial changes to be more competitive. I have realized that their main goal hasn't been becoming the champions in the Bundesliga for many years. They have just concentrated on bringing young and skilled players to make them shine while playing for them. This is a good thing of course but this makes the league boring at the same time. I wish the next season become a little more competitive at least.
I'm also looking forward to a big change from Borussia Dortmund, a change that makes them think about winning titles. I'm sure if they are serious about this they will definitely be able to compete with Bayern Munich. But as you said, they don't seem to have ambitions to win the title. Inter Milan have show interest in the Belgian striker, Romelu Lukaku who's currently out of favour in Tuchel's plan. Milan made an opening bid for the Lukaku which sums to €5m loan fee while the blues on the other hand has turn down the deal. Inter Milan will make another price tag for the Striker. But the big question is, will Tuchel and Boehly's allow Lukaku to leave on a loan deal. I guess not, because he's their top striker since Timo Werner is currently not fit and Lukaku serves as a replacement for Kai Havertz. Perhaps keeping him on the bench is not a good idea rather, they should let him exits the club since he wants inter move and have already made up his mind.
Yes, Inter Milan's interest is because they want to add power to their attack line. But it's difficult of course if Lukaku's team is still holding on to him, because they still need him as a back-up.
