We don't know yet about how this World Cup break will affect the teams. But in my opinion, Napoli can still come back with the same strength as long as they don't face injury problems after the break. They will have many big games waiting for them right after coming back to the league as well.

Milan are technically the closest team in the standings but I don't believe in them too much to keep up with Napoli in the meantime.
