Я еще не подавал документы, квитанция жкх приходит не на мое имя, видимо остается счет за интернет...или можно в паспортном столе какую-нибудь выписку взять? Буквально на днях верификацию закончил. Посылал скан загран-паспорта + скан русского паспорта - две страницы, данные + прописка. Прокатило.

Answer in your post: after about 1 week, they will give us the tracking number if we ask for.
So ask for it. to most country, 1 week time is enough for a delivery.
To my location this is from 2 up to 4 weeks. if anything goes wrong, like custom issues happened or wrong tel number or something , our agent will call us, give us the tracking number, let us contect with our customer. i think multiple people get my email when they having custom issues or DHL can not find you.
So, why not contacted me? I found myself in your problem list suddenly, when caught BitSyncom in random topic (after I posted ton of same questions in other threads) with straight question: "Where is my unit?" EMS have the same problem? Or you shipped via DHL regardless of what customer asked? (I have at least one proof of this, shipped to Belarus) why we use such a screwed work flow?
Cos I have to pull out every word with pincers from you or BitSyncom. Why not just answer? I and many others are on deck to quote your answers to anyone, who asked the same info, that was answered elsewhere in forum. I do not need full explain, you can reply for ex.: "Ok, just checked, your unit is shipped, wait for week and if it will not come to you, PM me, I will request tracking # from agent... etc etc etc" or "We have problem with shipping your unit, we will ship it in n days." IS IT SO HARD? If I will have such answers, I will close this forum and will go into my favorite minecraft server and build another difficult device, to waste some time. 2, if we go to DHL directly, they didn't accept this device, there is PSU and FANs in it, which is contraband. only these agent can send them out by doing some bribery work. if we tell them we are not satisfied, they simply ask us to deal with DHL ourself instead.
So, EMS doesn't accept this devices too? If so, I'm will accept unit without PSU and FANs with pleasure and will not demand any money back fuck

we are not looking for investors, and unfortunately batch #3 is sold out at the moment, this means you can do a few things
1. wait till when we finish installing our SMT line and see our production capacity and decide if we were to do another batch or not. ( late April ) 2. wait for us to finish our documentation and start selling the Avalon ASIC chips which you can built your own mining machines with. ( mid April )
Currently we don't want any money.

Order #200000618 Got interesting conversation between me and one customer with 4 avalons already mining. He said, that he choose EMS delivery (wrote support tickets), but his units were shipped via DHL. For his country this is acceptable. But if Avalon team shipped via DHL for me, its total fail, cos DHL is not working with individual persons in my country and all goods forwarding back to sender. Might be that the reason, my order were in problem list? It will be total fail if BFL start shipping before my unit will arrive. YIFU! GIVE ME INFO PLEASE!
PS: I know, this is looking silly to post in multiply topics, but I'm not bothering anymore, since BFL renew shipping shedule. And as practice shows, only public messages have chance to reach BitSyncom's eyes.

He seems to understand the Bitcoin situation pretty well but I hope these guys do not ruin their reputation by not answering the people who didn't receive their orders. Techies are notoriously poor at customer service and with these small companies many of the techies do the customer support themselves which is generally a bad idea. Hopefully the missing batch 1 deliveries can be resolved. While many of the posts on here of people complaining are ridiculous, the people complaining that interviews are being done while their support tickets are not being answered have a very good point.
I feel myself like a hostage. I want to say more, but forced to keep silence in fear that it will get me in some another "problematic list"... I'm trying to not think about all this things all day, but thoughts keep pushing in head: "... Is Yifu seen my last ticket/PM/e-mail with shipment details?", "... was order shipped?", "Will Avalon give some track info..." "... Will EMS deliver in two weeks (fastest delivery for my country and living place)... " "...Is unit will not be damaged..." and more more more. Its fucking annoying. I hope Yifu will never get in same situation.

делайте refund. какие проблемы? они возвращают деньги на paypal.... Одно нытьё, а тут большинство даёт деньги на покупку асиков всяким анонимам, или покупает недоакции. BFL по крайней мере официально зарегистрированная компания в США, и если бы они не возвращали деньги по просьбе, их бы уже американские покупатели засудили.
