Good luck on getting in!

A few points (speaking based on UK law, no idea how it translates to US law):

You can only be prosecuted for trespass if you refuse to leave the property or return after being asked to leave. Being caught is not grounds for arrest. Most people get done for Breaking & Entering

Businesses can refuse any business that they want: they're not offering a 'contract' to sell to you, you're offering a 'contract' to buy from them. They can literally turn down your business with no reason whatsoever.

And if the front door of a business with publically declared opening hours is open, that does not mean an open invitation to the public. Plus you wouldn't get past the lobby/reception usually even if you did walk in.

Posts pics though if you do go Wink

man UK laws are fffuuuucccckkkkeeedddd

send 1.04 to

you either send first or we can use john as escrow

john is a highly trusted member on this forum that does escrows all of the time.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=141672.0

is only needed if you don't trust me ;P

i have done a few transactions on these forums and several hundred on a popular game trading website.

i am not sure if my local walmart is still open for transactions if you needed to do this tonight.

how i would like to do this is as follows

1: you send the btc to me or john (after pming john and letting him know the details)
2: i go down to walmart and pick up 100$ moneypak
3: send you moneypak
(4: if escrow) you tell john i have sent moneypak, and he releases funds to me

Here what is amazing...anyone who has claimed that Mining United was a scam, or they were never paid, or were very late being paid, never can produce a transaction to show the proof. No one can provide a link

Since everyone has been paid when due, it will be impossible if asked for proof of payment for their transaction.  Roll Eyes This is why no one is able to produce a transaction to show 'proof' of said "scam".

Also, they might think their payment is 'late' but that is only because they have not fully read the total times involved. We are currently changing this now so it is even more clear. There is payment verification (we manually check each one), queue time (if there is), mining time, and payout verification (we make sure payout is going back to the source).

This entire process is not 3 days, but can be 4-7.

1017  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Compeeting with ASICMINER seems impossible on: May 07, 2013, 12:09:18 AM
bitfury is a scam, and if it wasn't it wouldn't be competitive.

Spoken like a true ASICMINER shareholder spreading Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt about potential competitors...

Bitfury is very much real and a talented engineer.

assuming it is real, you could get buy an in hand avalon with the same gh for much cheaper
1018  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Compeeting with ASICMINER seems impossible on: May 06, 2013, 10:37:53 PM
My question:

How is anyone, who has to buy there chips, is going to be able to compete with this?

The Avalon chips for instance, have a cost for the chips alone of about 33000$ for 1TH/s . This is without any extra design/production/etc costs...
BFL: cost of 1TH/s between 54800$ and 49960$

Am I missing something?

Bitfury and tytus seem to be flying under your radar.

I actually sold ASICMINER shares recently and bought some 100TH-mine shares with a part of the BTCs I got from the sell. There is risk involved in doing it (the 100TH-mine chips aren't yet delivered), but I'm already near breakeven with ASICMINER and if the 100TH-mine gets online this summer its shares are clearly undervalued compared to the ASICMINER ones which are probably still a bit undervalued today.

bitfury is a scam, and if it wasn't it wouldn't be competitive.

if tytus is real, and doesn't falter, it may be fine.
