 Shocked

I hope that you never are part of any business that deals with cash or BitCoins!

We will never have close to 100,000 btc, not even 1,500 at one time! We are not even accepting new purchases, there is a limit on how many people can use us at once. Once we pay back the current users, we will open doors again - there will be no 'BitCoins to run with!'.

That's not the same as planning ahead to run with the money at all.

But, who is going for this service all the money!?

Here what is amazing...anyone who has claimed that Mining United was a scam, or they were never paid, or were very late being paid, never can produce a transaction to show the proof.

Im on an gchat right now with a friend of mine who is in the Coin Visitor chat. This site has a bunch of n00bs that all claim that its a scam. Not one can produce a link.

Furthermore, I have spoken about the integrity of Coin Visitor before. So, I suggested that my friend give one of the trash-talking mods there some BTC to buy a package from Mining United...

Guess what?

They are claiming that its been three days and they havent been paid. Yet they will not produce the link to the transaction. LOL!!

These are the same dishonest creeps that had to shut down their site last time they couldnt pay Smiley

BTW, stay away from Coin Visitor. Even their mods have zero integrity and are thieves

Since everyone has been paid when due, it will be impossible if asked for proof of payment for their transaction.  Roll Eyes This is why no one is able to produce a transaction to show 'proof' of said "scam".

Also, they might think their payment is 'late' but that is only because they have not fully read the total times involved. We are currently changing this now so it is even more clear. There is payment verification (we manually check each one), queue time (if there is), mining time, and payout verification (we make sure payout is going back to the source).

This entire process is not 3 days, but can be 4-7.

Hi I have used MiningUnited for like 2-3 weeks now. I have gotten my payout ever time on the clock, never missed one payout. I have written to him on mail and we have reached 26 mails now. He seems to be a very nice man and he is always there to help you if you don't understand something. I will say good for him I also thought it was a ponzi scam to starters but I don't anymore.

What are the meaning of Bitcoins? Yes to be anonymos and thats just what he is trying to do Wink

Just wanted to confirm 2 more payouts to the board this evening. Paid on time (actually early), so I'm very happy with the service on my end!  Grin

But then the philosophy of bitcoin, there is privacy? ^^

What I find in all this is that the service is poorly explained, and is generating confusion.

Just want to give my perspective on MiningUnited…

I first knew about MiningUnited about two weeks ago. I have used MiningUnited service twice and currently in queue for a third. May continue to use them depending on their payout.

I am aware they may turn into a scam in the future when bitcoin inflow per day is in the thousands, or when bitcoin prices soared to record highs… but who can predict that except the owner himself?

So, for me I have grown to believe MiningUnited is legit, at least for now.

However, I am not completely happy about the mining service.

When I first sent my 0.05BTC, their website stated that payout is 0.0662BTC (did not say 'estimate' like it is now), there was no statement about payout being anything different and all payouts from a 0.05BTC package were 0.0662BTC (their list on website at the time). When I receive my payout, it was less than 0.0560BTC (0.0162 gains dropped to less than 0.006). Similar drop in payout happened to my second package too. Can they suddenly break the contract and pay you anything they see fit?

I do not understand how MiningUnited manages the queue. My third package was sent about 4 to 5 hours before the daily webpage update time. So it had plenty of confirmations when the website updates. But in the end, my package was ignored until the update on next day, while another package sent by someone else just 15 minutes before me made it into the first day.

If you look at the current payouts, variance is more than 50%. There are people who received double the gains compared to others with the same mining package on the same day! They are paying for a 3-day package mining in the same time frame on the same pool, not a 3-hour solo package on a random pool. Variance should not be this big.

I have received all my payment on time. I know a few people who, are active in chatrooms and forums long before MiningUnited ever existed, have also received their payments on time too. As I said before, MiningUnited seems legit, but how they come up with the payout amount is questionable.

I understand they are overloaded at the moment and issues will be ironed out in the future. However, MiningUnited really needs to work quickly on a more transparent queue system and think about using an average but uniform rate for everyone with the same package on the same payout day.

They should also update the payout estimate on the front page more frequently because at the moment, it is misleadingly high (intentional?)

On the front page, estimate says:
0.25 Send to... 0.3063 (+0.0563)

But the 'how it works' page says:
currently the max is +0.05 (or .30 payout on 0.25 purchase)

So, a 0.25BTC package never receives more than 0.3BTC but gives a 0.3063BTC estimate.

So you give them some BTC and they give you back your BTC plus a random amount of interest.  Interesting...

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

medUSA, great review from the buyers perspective - we need this.

We need an honest review like this so that we can better improve our service and become more transparent for our users. We had no idea the BitCoin community was so scarred from past scams, and should have from the start explained our service more in detail. Over the next week we plan on improving based on what you have noted.

For such a constructive review, what is your wallet address so we can send a 0.10 tip too?

If they really are mining then it probably means their mining pool had an unlucky streak -- happens to all of us.

Payouts MUST vary. Because of this, the payouts will be random for each person! This is why some will get back 0.28 or 0.31 on the 0.25 purchase for example. We are debating if we should just put in a set average (Ex: 0.28 for person 1, 0.31 for person 2 OR 0.295 average for BOTH). We have had some members want it both ways.

It is also important to use compatible wallets. You MUST be able to receive BitCoins BACK where you sent from, as we have NO other way to send BitCoins back to you if not.

Also, MedUSA, sent you a PM - We would like to send you 0.10 BitCoins as a tip for your recent constructive post. Please post your wallet address or reply back if want it private.
