Just apply for the skrill debit card and cash out the money @ any atm asap you got funds for bitcoins , so you can lower the risk to be charged back

If you have an "old" virwox you also increase your level of deposit per month , the beginner level is (correct me if i am wrong) 88$ per day and a max of 240$ per month
But if they find out that you sold your account (ip or country change) or whatever they will ban it and belive me or not they will KEEP the funds in the account

I don't think Payza will going to scam or cease fund. Till there is some proof they will have.
I got the same situation a while ago i just got 50$ in the account but till today they just tell me "they can not disclose" why my account is limited |

i have charged back skrill a few times for bitcoin scammers that tried to scam me @ localbitcoins and i always got the money back, there is a different way not need to lie and say you account was hacked, and the money is not from any bank/credit card
Only if you prove that your account was hacked but they'll check the IP and other details then and in such cases, it's not possible to always win. PayPal is much easier for chargebacks.

Can't you send the money as family or friends? I believe that will require him/her to contact paypal to get the money back. To prevent them from doing so, you could tell them to sign the transaction under your terms in the box above the "send" button.
Some countrys does not even offer the option to send it as family or friends, but even that one is not safe from chargeback |

To change name on a western union transer it cost 0$ , i know this for sure because i got a payment and the name was 4 times changed because of a typo and it costed nothing!
It costs time ,time =money. When I go to bank ,I lose orders at home. you can call western union not need to go to the branch , thats what i did |
