Hi! Update links on the site!
"Other Wallets QT wallets for Win 32/64, Portable Win, Linux, Osx, Arm, compiled by Flurbos"
When you click on the Download button, an error occurs and nothing is downloaded.
I'll try and get that fixed this week, tbh I've had a major website update ready to go for some time, just haven't fired it off because of a delay in the developer section. What platform do you need a wallet for? I can probably link you to one.

Also if you guys need some hash power for Prototanium let me know, I have a few buddies of mine that run some pools and I can try and let them know. Thanks again.
If you are interested in getting Prototanium up and running again, come by and have a chat with me on Telegram: @shinohai Might be possible to get it running again if your buddies can point some hash at it, I'm more than happy to try and fix things on the technical end. Note that https://github.com/unobtanium-official/Unobtanium has changed quite a bit, so as fallingknife said there may be a few checkpoints, etc that need tweaking to get it moving again.

'Globalization and Imperial Pretensions have been decaying for years; now the tide has turned definitively against them. The Covid-19 pandemic didn't cause the demise of globalization and Imperial Pretensions; it merely pushed the rickety structures over the edge.' http://charleshughsmith.blogspot.com/2020/03/goodbye-to-all-that-demise-of.htmlImportant point! The virus is just the catalyst for what was bound to come. Thanks for sharing this blog post, was an interesting read on boring morning.

Can you please explain to me the reason for using both PoW and PoS as consensus algorithm in your project? If you are using PoS then there is no reason for PoW, can you clarify me, please?
Hybrid systems are always more secure and decentralized than pure PoS or PoW. This is especially actual for 42, because there is no block reward, only transaction fees for PoW miners. Unlike PoW miners, PoS miners destroy transaction fees - create deflation and make the remaining coins more rare and valuable. \0/ And My Project is to run 42-coin miners with (provably) renewable electricity. Had a great chat with RICH about an exchange that would only have pairs of energy-efficient coins. I can't resist interjecting, have a look here: https://www.instructables.com/id/Solar-Powered-Raspberry-Pi/I'm doing basically same thing at moment (same solar cell setup, but with rockchip board instead of raspi). Results have been good running UNO node on it, and powering old gridseeds to mine BOB. Still trying to cobble the sdr radio functions together, but for simply broadcasting a qr to buddy via sw works. I'm sure if you experimented with such a setup for *your* use case, it would yield at least data for scaling up if need be.

How about you pay your existing debts before starting a new scam?

I'm an equal opportunity lampooner, and will gladly call out anyone that uses braindamaged webshit that asks you to insert private keys in it. You're not special in any way here. I encourage people to 'practise with' the actual tools you are going to use in battle, and not waste time larping about with kindergarten level horseshit. [/rant]

We can use old smarphone even now if we turn of wi-fi ... We could just install Electrum app for example.
Some certainly seem insistent on convincing people to use a phone for their crypto wallet for some reason. ikr? Not sure I'd want to rely on "airplane mode" to keep funds safu. And parity is just another Ethereum thing, and I think we all know their track record on security.

weirdly for my first comment ever sorry mate i'm not buying not even one bit of it .
It's most likely a LARP indeed. Welcome to Bitcointalk. Unfortunately the shit gets deep at times.

There is very good exchange where UNO can be listed: Altilly maybe devs will consider this?
very good exchange right now? There is not even ONE It is amusing that random posters here and on chats come to shill random exchanges. Altilly has some amusing requirements: KYC Verified account at Altilly. (You must be a verified user before you can submit your listing. Give us all your personal infos, just like banks. With reputation of exchanges being what it is ("We wuz hacked!") is there a guarantee your information is safe? KYC/AML automatically makes you an agent of the government also, so these exchanges already are nothing more than another fiat institution with a veneer of crypto on the outside, just waiting to liberate you of your precious Bitcoin. "We do not profit from listing fees." Of course you don't, gotta pay those shills to hop about "social media" and Telegram begging coins to list on your exchange. The BlockDex is the best bet long term.
Yes. Yes, it is. I am working hard to bring myself up to speed on getting it to work smoothly. It's a bit convoluted at the moment, but an actual DEX is still the best bet for any coin community looking to escape the endless cycle of the sort of nonsense described above. Freiexchange is about the only centralized exchange I have even a modicum of respect for these days. The message to CEX's is clear: adapt or die.

Can i offer you a PirateDEX exchange? listing your coin will cost 40,000 piratecash, trading pairs for BTC / LTC / Pirate / Doge / BTS, https://piratecash.net/en/dexFrom the website: Standard coin listing: 40 000 PIRATE So now "Decentralized" exchanges are gonna try this same horseshit. BlockDX, an actual decentralized exchange :Has no stupid listing fee in an unknown token, only reviews coin source code to ensure compatibility. Plus, UNO already has trading pairs there. I think the choice is obvious. The death knell is sounding for charlatans and their fly-by-night exchanges.

I have no sympathy for OP for the following reasons: 1) Storing a substantial amount of coins on a web wallet you don't control the keys to. 2) Blindly running software/scripts from untrusted parties to get some second-rate shitcoin like BCH. (Not) Sorry For Your Loss

As for now, all you can do is to disable all signatures from your profile settings.
It’s for heroes account only. that was hiding Ads. Sorry! For me it is off-putting and I would prefer to see some sort of mechanism where you can IGNORE the signature of a particular user without adding the user to your IGNORE list.
I believe you can do this using userscripts. I do not prefer a lot of brands/ads, so I use a lot of those userscripts that changed the view of the forum, it banned most of the ads and a lot of accounts that post useless topics & ranking using Merits. So far I don't know if there is a user script to do that but you can search or pay for a developer [1]. [1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0Yes, usercripts are the way to go, this one could likely be modified for OP's purposes: https://github.com/grue0/bitcointalk-scripts/raw/master/SignatureAdblock.user.jsWorks very well here, no longer have to see the wall of text from sig campaigns, etc.

Hey, new account here. @BITWIZE on telegram.
Just wanted to inform everyone of some stuff thats happening with unobtanium currently.
New Exhange pairings: Usdt/Uno will be added to our most popular cex exchange (coinexchange.io)
BlockDx was waiting on majority of nodes to be on 0.11.0.0 if all goes well by next release should be available. And afaik fallingknife will setup pairings desired most by community!
Hardware Wallets: Trezor should be releasing firmware with unobtanium added this month!
Coldcard - available now but waiting on release of electrum
Ledger most work was done previously, will need updating but should be not too long away. Pending electrum release
LightWallet: Electrum/electrumx client and server are up and running and working releases for windows, osx and linux will be available soon.
Core Changes: There is many plans for updates to the core network, although we do need everyone to update to 0.11.0.0 before we look at doing any major or minor changes to core, thse changes include but are not limited to: bip32/bip44, segwit.
Funding: Currently funding comes from the community, discussions had been in place about subsidy added to blocks to pay for development but this hinders the rare n fair. So please anyone wanting to see more progress for uno to donate to:
uTESTH14K15hZmRWpxzBAywS3JBnnD1XFj This address is controlled by longtime community member MoUnobtanium.
Misc development: Lisp libraries, new wallet builds. No eta as of yet but services like cryptografiti etc are also in the works.
Current development work has been donated by pureboy, blueman, jackie(grs), moUnobtanium, fallingknife and some misc community members.
Awesum update @BITWIZE, so many good things going on right now. Misc development:Lisp libraries, new wallet builds. No eta as of yet but services like cryptografiti etc are also in the works. I posted this to Telegram earlier, but will also link here - If anyone wants to try BIP32 UNO wallets in Lisp https://github.com/Shinoa-Fores/bip0032sbcl is now available. This tool allows creation of HD wallets from seed words, and also has a mechanism to allow crafting "proof of existence" chains of arbitrary data. This function requires a GPG key, a pdf abstract is included with the repo.

I trust btcinfo.sdf.org, and Shinohai is a core Uno dev. Its just hard to carve out exceptions for newbies. We will try to do better and do right for newbies by linking from Unobtanium.uno.
I appreciate vote of confidence, but newbz and seasoned users alike have no business NOT verifying signatures and/or checksums. In venues like Telegram it is far too easy to spoof links or get DM's from scammers impersonating developers and other community members that point you to compromised wallet sources. btcinfo is not a site for noobs, unless the really want to get out of noob jail a.s.a.p. and learn not only how to trust but also verify.

With such sensitive private key, I have come to a conclusion that, Satoshi won't forget Hus private key but might have kept it where no human can gain access because of it importance. For logging into his account on the forum will not prove anything as such than signing the message from the address.
There is no one that would believe in the future of this project more than satoshi, and it was because he saw the future that made him keep almost a million bitcoin to himself, and for such smart persona, do we really think he would joke with the key. I would not be surprised if satoshi has even tattled the key on his body, especially the area that is mostly covered in the body, no one knows, but I am sure he knows very well where the private key is stored. Now we even have some hackers that are guessing private keys, I have seen some people claiming to have developed software that can easily crack private key and if they can do that, why would satoshi not be able to gain access to his own account even without the key. I'd genuinely love to know these people that "claimed to developed software that can easily crack private key", as it would mean ECDSA is broken. Guessing keys is more likely, but with 2^256 possible private keys in the space, I'd wager your safe (for now).

What in hell are u trying to say? I see nodes are up, alls fine. What else is ur concern? I have never heard of SBC node nor abour renaissance, well nope, I did hear about renaissance, its a period in french history when machines took over and enslaved their human counterparts. Im also keeping my other leg in telegram group in case someone needs an assistance on urgent matter. I can ban u from there if I catch evidence of any kind of profane talk coming from ur mouthhole. I normally do not do that but sometimes I do. I also annex users right to join afterwards.
Obviously what I was "trying to say" isn't a subject directed to simpletons as yourself.

OP has been updated with new wallet and exchange info. Note: To try and prevent abuse from scammers, posers and fake accounts, I will no longer link to Uno compiled wallets directly from Bitcointalk or other forums. I recommend only downloading compiled wallets from https://unobtanium.unoJust a reminder to all that you should ALWAYS verify signatures before using any software you find online. All updates and releases of precompiled wallets at http://btcinfo.sdf.org/uno/ contain both sigs AND checksums. Ignore sig checks at your peril.

This morning, it seemed we had a consensus for BIP65 for 0.11.0/0.10.5 nodes, both of which support bip65. I'm trying to locate and cleanup the remaining old fashioned nodes below 0.10.5.
This is great news, my scraper for chainz picked it up earlier: Geez, who is *still* running 0.10.1.1 ? As FK says, support is available for those wishing to put up nodes. I'm also putting out feelers for a SBC node renaissance, so if you like tinkering with raspis and such, contact me on Telegram as well. I was fortunate enough to have one of my readers write in and offer use of a Dreamcatcher v3.03 board, so we are currently working on a patch to allow validation of blocks via sdr. Broadcasting tx's is a bit trickier, but also being looked into. Also a big shout out to those who support our development efforts. Thanks for making UNO the best it can be.
