101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: May 17, 2018, 07:23:38 AM
for the life of me gambling more give negative effects than the positive ones so from that I started to try to stop even if it's difficult, because I lost a lot of money gambling and almost lost my job, too, but if it is for you to give a positive effect is up to you because it is completely your right.
Sorry to hear but it will be useful for this community if you share how gambling impacted up to your job. Take time to help this community with your real experience so that some people will learn a lesson from your incidents. I am recommending this because for that reason alone this forum exists and we are sharing our views and opinion here.

Almost all the gamblers are experiencing more negative impact compared to the positive ones. But, you need to understand what is negative and what is positive from gambling. If you target easy money then definitely you will experience only negative effects of gambling. If you want good time-pass then gambling will give you lots of positive energy.
In my opinion there is no positive effect of gambling. All is negative in gambling. Waste of time and money. If you win bets in start you will be happy and gradually you will lose one after another and finally you will lose everything. This is the reality of gambling. You will quit gambling when you go in debts and that is the worst thing in regular gambling.
102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: May 17, 2018, 06:53:05 AM
I am firm believer in gambling being more than just a luck game, to be truly successful you have to master the whole mental game behind it.

Positive thinking is a no.1 priority in gambling.

Affecting your edge in a multidude of different ways, such as your confidence,
which in turn will affect your play and make you perform not as good.

I believe all guides will talk about this.
For more info, check out my gambling guide, to improve your Bitcoin betting - Bitcoin Gambling 101, you will find all forms of tips to improve your edge in Bitcoin betting. Improving your mental game being one of the ways to improve this.
You are right gambling is not all about luck. Experience, skills tactics and tricks and of course positive thinking are the tools of winning the game. If you use this entire thing affectively and luck also favors you no doubt you will win the bet. Experienced gambler has good hands on gambling and his winning chances increases with positive thinking.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make this world economically better? on: May 17, 2018, 06:36:11 AM
There is a saying that In the crisis times we need a leader. That's what it is. Leadership is the key for good community as well as the economy if we have the good leadership and the people who will support him/her the economy will be better.
Yeah leader is everything for a nation. If he is good the nation will be prosperous and if has no guts of leading a nation then all his people will face many difficulties in life. So called leaders cannot do anything for his country and the people of his country will never overcome financial problems. I think to solve this problem only government can play a vital role.
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: May 17, 2018, 06:19:50 AM
We can hide our habit with crypto. So, I will keep gambling even though it is forbidden to do. But for sure I will do it with very carefull so none able to notice it.
If gambling is illegal in your country why you want to gamble? It is not good habit, and for a bad habit why you want to break the law? If you have money and you want to gamble with this money it means that there is nothing important in your life where you spend this money. Think about your family and their future before gambling. Family first then enjoyment.
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Much Should You Invest in Bitcoin? on: May 13, 2018, 03:08:46 PM
Remember, Invest in the crypto is depend on you can afford to lose it.
Because investment is a risk. Just suggest do not use a lot of money if you are beginner in the crypto.
It is right because if you invest huge money and the price down you will lose big money. So it is important that you have the courage to bear the loss. No doubt that the profit will also be big, but the worse thing is deficit in coin business. It is better to invest less for first time so that you can observe the market, then you can invest big money after that.
106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the best Long-term Hold? on: May 13, 2018, 02:29:54 PM
Actually Bitcoin is the best long-term investment and hold. if you invest in bitcoin for long-term it will be wise wise decision and you will most benefited. the price of Bitcoin is getting very high and end of the year 2018 bitcoin price will be $25K because bitcoin is decentralized digital currency now bitcoin is most popular and most demand-able.

I think it depends upon the need because of you need cash money for your daily needs and you don’t have any cash in your hands then you will have to sell some of your holdings. Otherwise holding is far better than selling because investment in bitcoin should be for long term if you want big profits. I feel that if you don’t need money then no need to sell bitcoin.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lets be careful on what we are investing on: May 12, 2018, 01:23:26 PM
Oh dear, don’t right in other language. I don’t understand what you wrote. Please right only in English so that we understand your thoughts about crypto investment. Anyway I think that everyone should analyze and observe the market as much as he can before investment in crypto especially in bitcoin because the price is increasing and decreasing.
108  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Will bitcoin disappear in the future? on: May 12, 2018, 01:12:04 PM
I think yes.
Because if you lost a key to wallet - you lost your coins
Now, 30% of BTC doesn't available
And in the future, when holders of bitcoin died, we'll lost more and more coins
If a holder dies he will lose only his holding. It doesn’t mean that bitcoin will disappear from the market. But as you know there is a beneficiary for an account holder, you can do the same here. Tell your passwords and blockchain wallet address to your spouse or children so that they will maintain your wallet. Bitcoin will be there forever in the market.
109  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I've made 600k in Crypto - When to call it quits on: May 12, 2018, 12:55:49 PM
Some cool achievements you've made so far. It's your choice to call it quits though... But then weigh your options and mke the best of decisions.

Hi Guys

I've been in the crypto scene for many years now, first time post here over a dilemma I am facing.

So, I am fortunate enough to make 600k from buying and trading Bitcoin and other crypto assets, and I don't know what to do with the money. Personally I think this is the year I will become a millionaire, as I can only see the marketcap of all coins growing. But friends close to me think I am an idiot for not selling yet, and if it were to collapse to zero, I would never forgive myself. But they don't know the market like I do, and I do believe that it is only the beginning. They say I should sell 95% buy a house, a car and live a nice lifestyle. I am frugal, have always lived within my means and never spent any crypto money as of yet, but I am tempted to start spending some of it now. I am 26 years old, rent an apartment and drive a car worth less than most peoples pushbikes.

My portfolio currently looks like this....

43% Raiblocks
40% Oyster Pearl
5% Enigma
4%Dash
1.5% Bitcoin
and tiny holdings in Waves, Lisk, Stratis, Game.....

I think that both XRB and PRL can double easily this year.

This is not based on greed btw, I want to make enough money so I can buy my siblings houses and see them mortgage free.

What would you do if you were me? When do we call it a day and give up trading?

Many thanks for your help in advance.
It is the right time to quit because the price is coming down and before it down more sell all of your bitcoin and start any regular business. That will be much better. Bitcoin is now 100% gambling. There is no guarantee for increase in the price same as you cannot say about the winning of the bet. You can win or lose all your money just in seconds.
110  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may continue to move higher on: May 12, 2018, 12:46:19 PM
Seeing that we are under 9500 again make me not feeling good , we might still go for 11000 but probably that will delay for the end of this month or in June .

But also under 9500 can be just small retrace for loading up before shoot , But I doubt . Dam I just dream when we will see 15000+ again .

Well, you must be ready for every possibilities since this market moves unpredictable. The price is under $9500 again but it doesn't mean we will experience big dumps again, this might be a short dump and a preparation for a higher profit in the future.

Because i am a bitcoiner, i would like believe in it always and its potential of continuing to move higher and highest

We should continue to support and believe with bitcoin, this is a good opportunity for everyone grab it before it's too late.
We should think positive about the future price of bitcoin. I feel that the price will grow more in the near future not rapidly but slowly and gradually. It is good for new investors. They can observe the market cap of bitcoin and the trend, so decision will be easy for them. Price is under $9500, but small fluctuation on daily basis occurs which is normal.
111  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to bitcoin in 2018? on: May 12, 2018, 12:18:50 PM
Bitcoin future is bright
No doubt bitcoin future is bright because the future is of cryptocurrency and all other currencies will disappear from the market. Many people predict that the price will pump again in this year and it will reach to $20k and even cross this level. Let’s see what happens but the trend tells that the price will go up more because more and more people are investing in bitcoin.
112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: May 11, 2018, 12:23:09 PM
I'm one of it that believes that positive thinking have an impact when you gamble. I don't know on how I ended up thinking about it but it just came to pass that there are too many instances that when I'm positive while having the last money I have, I'm winning. This is base on my experience so I really believe that when you are a positive thinker, luck will come to you and will gamble together with you. This is base on my opinion and I don't want to argue with anyone that stance against.
Okay, I hope this end up lasting long for you as the case may be, because a time will come and trust me, I have been there, where you will let your idea of positive thinking make you lose all that you could have thought you have won over the years and even much more than you will ever imagine.

At that stage, you will think that you are using your positive thinking to want to get back what you have lost, but by then your mind has been so terribly affected that you will be recovering losses and ending up as an addict. Just a friendly warning Wink.
Thanks for that warning, don't worry I'm aware about it. We do know that too much of everything can also cause you to collapse and can lead you to bad results. With my stand as a gambler, I know my limitations but I tend to remain positive when I know the risk that I'm taking is quite high and it gives me the courage to keep on moving though the results may vary. It's applicable for a gambler to stay positive whether we gamble with the amount we afford to lose or not.

It is always good to be positive at everything, not just on gambling but in everything in life. We can't just expect to get positive result when we are so negative all the time, unless we are lucky Wink

Positive atmosphere will not make you earn but it gives us positive towards any sort of work we are doing. In gambling, it is not possible for us to gain profit even though we have positive attitude but we need to have pure luck.
Positive thinking means if you are mentally relaxed then you will be able to concentrate fully on the game and hopefully you can win the game. I think positive thinking only works in to give full attention to the game and nothing more. Positive thinking is not a trick that will let you win the game. So don’t depend upon positive thinking in gambling.
113  Economy / Marketplace / Re: LOOKING TO INVEST MY LIFE SAVINGS NEED ADVICE on: May 11, 2018, 12:01:13 PM
Hello Everyone,

I need your help! I have been doing research on what hardware to buy to mine Ether and Bitcoin. I'm investing my life savings so this is really serious for me so if you can help it would mean alot. I have alot of space for equipment so that wont be a problem. I need help figuring out what equipment to buy for ether and bitcoin minning, and how much it will cost me? Any advice will be much appreciated.

Thank you
Smiley

I think it's not a good idea to use all your life savings into an investment, specifically in mining cryptocurrency. Because you don't have any assurance that you will earn from this method, and it consumes a lot of electricity that could cause your failure due to huge electricity bill in just a short period of time.
I suggest you to invest some of your savings in cryptocurrency and some in real business so that you will be mentally relaxed, because if one side loses money other will give you profit and you will never lose all your money. It is the best option for your savings. If you don’t have any ideas of regular business then keep some savings in your bank account but don’t invest all your money in crypto.

116  Economy / Gambling / Re: JETWIN – Casino/Live Casino/Sports – BTC/LTC/DASH - $50 FreeBet daily on: April 21, 2018, 09:51:04 AM
Oh lol you guys write your bets and your opinions here as well. That seems like a great marketing strategy, you both great a SEO content for your website AND you get more attraction from people who visit here as well. Both great for ranking AND interaction with the gamblers.
Totally respect the effort it seems to be going on a streak as well you have been doing this for a while now. That looks like a lot of work so I definitely respect you for it.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less participants / More participants in Bounty - Which one do you prefer ? on: April 18, 2018, 03:00:02 PM
Bounty allocations is like pizza, the more people who will eat the less bite that they can get, which is why i prefer the campaigns which has less participants but with a good vision so that if the campaign has reached atleast softcap you will get plenty of rewards,do not want to join campaigns which has thousands of participants because most of them are bots.
Yeah you are right more people make disturbance not only in bounty campaigns but every field of life. Less people means good business and more people means bad business. For me I like this signature campaign and no any bounty campaign because I am making handsome money from this campaign. I don’t need any bounty or any other campaign.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is buying new listed coin profitable? on: April 18, 2018, 02:47:39 PM
Good Day guys, just searching for an alternative way to invest my money to,
so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?

For me i prefer you buy in ICO, because if you do this you will also help dev and team to gain funds for their project. Ya if coin first listing in exchange the price can dump but not all, some coin when first listed the price goes up. Just carefull to choose ICO
No I don’t think so because there are already more than 1000 cruptocurrenies in the market and many of them are unknown to many people. They are investing in bitcoin. In this situation if there is any other digital currency announced, it will not gain the attention of the people, because good and profitable options are available. I will never invest in new currency.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Ethereum market value going down? on: April 18, 2018, 01:33:31 PM
I see the market cap of Ethereum is going down day by day. Could someone explain what is really driving down? Is it due to market FUD or sth different.
Ethereum is going down because Bitcoin is going down. Anytime the price of Bitcoin goes down, it also affects other cryptocurrencies, so that’s what is happening. But to be sincere, sometimes I get confused on this issue, I don’t really understand why other cryptocurrencies should be going down when one is going down, does it mean that people start withdrawing their funds from other cryptos when they see that the price of Bitcoin is going down? Well, whatever.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Starting a Gambling Game on: April 17, 2018, 12:32:19 PM
Have you ever experienced like you wanted to gamble but you can't do anything about it then you started to think what you can do for the meantime because you are bored or something like that? I have tried gambling with my friends when we are bored like if a red car passes by you would win, something like not on the ordinary or the norm in gambling but there's an exchange of value that's why it's still called gambling. If someone tries to prank someone, then they are willing to pay for it. It's the simple joys that you try to innovate.

What kind of gambling games/routines do you have? Have you invented a game where you and your friends start?

Actually since from from the elementary grade, i know how to gambling anykinds of cards games, because we live in a squatter area and all my neighborhood is have  different kind of gambling vices like we called mahjong,tong-its cockfighting etc.,thats why when i become adult my mind is open up in all this  gambling games, theres a time  that we invented also a  games that we called  basketball betting, actually this games when we play a basketball  whoever who loss the games will paid a snacks of bread and icewater, with a small amount of coins and this things we always done everytime we feel bored and want a recreation.
It means that you are an experienced gambler. When you have an experience of more than 15 or 20 years then possibly you will have good hands in gambling, but only experience is not a guarantee for winning, luck is also the way of winning the game. It is a big saying in my mother language that luck is far better than knowledge and experience.
