1021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why you mostly like bitcoin compare to other digital currency? on: November 20, 2016, 09:58:19 AM
Bitcoin is the most secure and most widely supported compared to other cryptocurrencies. It also has the most diverse ways in which we can earn. Thats why I like bitcoin, and also due to the fact that the price of bitcoin is increasing continuously and very fast, compared to other altcoins or other cryptocurrencies.

Yes, and it also has a wide range of acceptance in the world which no other alt coin has until now, maybe some of other alt coins are accepted in some places online but bitcoin even reached mainstream as we can see in some countries bitcoin is accepted in physical stores.
1022  Economy / Economics / Re: The $1 Million Dollar Bitcoin on: November 20, 2016, 09:56:31 AM
When there's still hope then I would take that chance.. but for now it's really impossible for this to happen. There will be a huge increase or huge drop either way it will really not able to reach $1M it will take millennium maybe and by that time we are long gone. My dream is reaching $1k for the price of bitcoin and I couldn't wait for that to happen.

It is actually unpredictable, we cannot really predict for it to reach a that big target, as you said we should first have the aims that are closer like $1k or maybe $2k to be achieved in a few years, but directly going to $1M is really a big dream.
1023  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: November 19, 2016, 06:43:53 AM
It depends on what desperate situation, I guess. If I had nothing to eat, then probably beg for the day and try to work for the next ones. I would do anything to live. If it's not that desperate tho, I'll work for it the best I can.

That's the thing that you must not do, that "you will do anything to live." I'm sorry but its come to my mind about those things that can't be good for other people because of that statement. Because my friends are telling that either and they are able to commit criminal act such as stealing. So maybe you should enlighten yourself about it, just saying.

Ofcourse doing illegal things for living is not something good, but maybe he did not mean that by saying "i would do anything to live", because he said if he has nothing to eat then he might beg for that day, so that statement does not show any purpose from his to do any illegal things.
1024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the fate of Bitcoins in the hands of government coins on: November 19, 2016, 06:41:12 AM
The British government is making plans to have a British coin and Central banks all over the world are also showing interest in having their own coin.
Won't the masses dump bitcoins once these plans are implemented?

I don't see any reason for people using those coins made by their governments if they have nothing new in them, if they are under the control of government then using them would be same as using fiat, while if someone uses bitcoin it means they are not under control of any third party, and that is the reason why those coins wont be able to overtake bitcoin at first place.
1025  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 19, 2016, 06:38:21 AM
I recently learned about Bitcoin. But I liked it immediately, and I included it in its investment portfolio. I think that thanks to Bitcoin I can multiply my capital

Welcome to bitcoin world first of all. And you are not wrong for getting into bitcoins for this is truly will make your capital double and even triple.

Only it depends on how the way you will take bitcoins seriously. So if you are serious with bitcoin investments then you will probably study more with it.

And in the end you will get your dream goal to be rich and make your capital grow.
Yes I am agree too. You will make your capital grow,  becouse bitcoin is designed to be deflation so the value will always increase.if you dont have enough knowledge about bitcoin, do not be hurry to invest your bitcoin in investment site becouse some of them were turned into scam,  just hold your bitcoin until the price rise. I suggest you to learn about trading bitcoin.

It would be foolish if someone without any knowledge tries to grow their capital, i know this because i tried this myself when i was new to bitcoin and that time i though that earning bitcoins is really easy like all other newbies think, and for that purpose i used to invest everywhere whether it was a hyip or anything, and later on i came to know that these all are nothing but ways of taking away our money, and then i knew that earning bitcoin is not as easy as i thought it is.
1026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 19, 2016, 06:31:02 AM
Real money is a paper. It exists, you can touch it, you can do whatever you want with it. However, it's hard to stay anonymous when it comes to real cash. Bitcoin comes with this amazing feature, providing you anonymity and the freedom of choice. You can create as many accounts as you want if you want to "camouflage" yourself. It doesn't exist physically, but it does exist online and this is what technology is about.

Yes, though it does not have any physical shape or existence, but it has the feel and the use of a money, so the only differences we can find between them are that bitcoin is anonymous and second one is it is yet not physical, don't know if it will be given a physical shape later on or not.
1027  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there new people coming to Bitcoin? on: November 19, 2016, 06:23:16 AM
I disagree with all the people saying no in here, I would say that the majority of people don't get into Bitcoin steadily over time, it happens with events in the real world. For example, there was a large spike in Bitcoin users when India announced the discontinuation of 2 of their bank notes.
In your opinion, if the people was getting into the bitcoin. If happen something is big in their environment? And bitcoin has become any backup for them? I may think if this has little chance, although there was no the clear answer about this. No one can calculate about the definite answer for this question. I thought if the steady adoption is there, although if it is just one person for a day.

Ofcourse steady adoption is there, and even more than 1 or 10 people are joining bitcoin community everyday, adoption of bitcoin in people does not require any real world event i guess, because the ones who use internet can anytime see bitcoin on a site and join it, so that is always available and it is also attracting people towards it, we can see that on this forum where the population is increasing to a large extent.
1028  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: November 19, 2016, 06:20:17 AM
I think saving your money in bitcoin is an investment and if you save you money in bank is also investment and if you are planning to save then you are planning to invest too in short saving and investment is the same.

For me. I didn't consider my deposit on bank as investment. My main objective is just to save when i deposit and not to have a profit. The interest ia very minimal so it is not considerable as an investment. Investment is putting tour money in line with the presence of riak on losing it. In short it involves gambling. So there is a little bit difference between the two.
to me if you put your money in bitcoin then there you can get double benefit, first your money will be too much safe and additionally it  will also give you additional profit it the price goes up. you can also get good chance to investing your money in a good potential alt coins.

Though investing in bitcoin is profitable but it is still not considered the best investment strategy as if the price can go higher then it can also come down at any point, so if you just invest them in bitcoin and sit by thinking that it will grow itself it would not be the best idea, you should still do some investments after converting your money to bitcoin, suppose you trade alt coins or you invest your bitcoins by partnering with some website owner etc.
1029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to the transaction fee? on: November 19, 2016, 06:16:16 AM
Ofcourse it is possible, the value of fees depend on the price of bitcoin, for example if now we pay 0.0005BTC for a transaction which lets suppose is equal to $0.3 and if the price of bitcoin gets doubled from what it is now and we pay 0.0005BTC for a transaction that would cost $3 for that, so it depends on the price of bitcoin.
1030  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold vs Cash on: November 19, 2016, 06:11:23 AM
I totally agree with op about the land, land is a good investment, but the procedure to obtain potential land its very difficult, and it cost a lot, so for a medium economic person bitcoin and gold will be more reasonable investment, but for now i more suggested to save bitcoin as investment

It is not important to buy an empire in order to start real estate business, you can start off with small and good to be bought lands at first, and with the time you can increase the limits of what you are doing, surely you wont be able to buy big lands as you may do not have the capital required.
1031  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: November 19, 2016, 06:08:25 AM
trading bitcoin itself is the best source of income these days. since the price has been getting more volatile it has created a lot of good opportunities for day trading and making profit, you can do it with fiat as your base of what you keep or bitcoin, the strategy is the same buy low and sell high as it has always been!

Exactly, i have also selected trading as i feel that is one of the best sources of earning bitcoins these days, though selling services is also one of them but that is not mentioned in the poll so the best in the poll was trading as it can generate some good profits to someone having a good enough capital and some knowledge about trading.
1032  Economy / Economics / Re: possible government regulations? on: November 19, 2016, 06:06:19 AM
I'm sure that governments will try to make some regulations. Bitcoin progress attracted big players and everyone like to make profit, and best profit is when you control something.
For me its just a question of time when we will see that, its been very quite for some time, big plans are made in secret just in one moment we will see explosion and we will ask ourselves where is that coming from.

Well, it may look like bitcoin is really attracting big players but i don't think that would be the case with governments as they would never like their countries economic or financial system to be out of their control and if bitcoin is admired by them that is surely going to happen.
1033  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: November 19, 2016, 06:03:46 AM
Definitely, bitcoins are being used for illegal activites. However, this is the case with every other currency so I don't think it should be much of a concern to the bticoin community, except the government may use it as an excuse to criminalize the use of bitcoin.

For example, cash is used to buy drugs. So??? What's the point???

Exactly, it does not make any difference unless a government make this thing a excuse for not accepting bitcoin by saying it is being used for illegal activities so it is a criminal's currency and we won't let it be used in our country, now that would be another thing.
1034  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Effects on Economically Developing Nations on: November 19, 2016, 06:01:38 AM
Is bitcoin becoming beneficial to the third-world countries? It just came to my thoughts: how do this kind of trend in economics affect the poor countries? Does it help in lifting our economy? (I included myself since I belong to a third-world country). I am just curious how this kind of trend aids a poor economy like ours? Just want to know your personal thoughts over this question.  Wink

Not sure if it can be beneficial for third-world country itself or not but it probably can be beneficial for the people living in that country if they come to know about it and they can earn or use it like you are doing, you should ask yourself as you said you are from a country like that, isn't it helping you in a financial way in your life?
1035  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: November 19, 2016, 05:56:13 AM
when the price of Bitcoin has been below $ 700, I often spent on different Bitcoin purchases through the Internet. But now, when the price has grown, I do not hurry to do it. It is likely that in the future the price will grow further
I don't see why you should stop spending your bitcoins now that the price has risen, if you are not planing to invest taking advantage of an increase in price will allow you to buy more with the same bitcoin.
actually when the price had risen and now touching about $700 and maybe even further it's the right time to spend bitcoin, your bitcoin's value will getting higher and therefore you could pay stuff with lower amount of bitcoin compared to when bitcoin's price is below $700,regardless to your fear of bitcoin price to rising again

But people actually don't spend their bitcoins when they see its price growing because they think they have have more money later on if they don't spend them now as its value will increase with the time if the price of bitcoin is increasing.
1036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin woke up the Giants on: November 19, 2016, 05:54:11 AM
The "Giants" will never fall back. If they can't stop Bitcoins, they will try to buy them. What I mean is that they can start accepting and using Bitcoins, but changing some things to benefits them, like increasing fees in countries over BTCs. They just want the profit, if they can get it, even with BTCs, no problem, but if they can't, they will do anything to achieve what they want!

That is not what OP is saying i guess, he is saying that they are awaken because they see bitcoin as a thread to their banking systems, that is why they are giving too much attention to their clients so that they don't leave them and move towards bitcoin or any other thing, so for that reason he said bitcoin has woken up "Giants".
1037  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: November 19, 2016, 05:51:26 AM
sometimes decentralization is sucks , you know what ,
you have 100% responsible on anything happened to your money ,
for example when you lost your money because hacked or any other technical problem noone will help you ,
so it is sometimes worth more than just money but sometimes horrible.

Now that is all on you, even if you have fiat and you are keeping them at home and someone robs them, who would pay you back for that? That is what the case with bitcoin, you are your own bank, you are keeping your money to yourself so if they are lost no one would be responsible but you.
Well if losing money is the topic, than I think Bitcoin can be the # 1 source of it online, it is not because of security of being hack, but more on the part of where you spend it your own. Several sites such as HYIPs and Gambling sites tends you to lose money rather than earn anything from it. Bitcoin gave us the option on spending online and we are the ones messing out own money.

That is right, it is our own duty to secure our money and to select if where we want to spend them, if we have bitcoins and we are spending them on places where we don't get anything then there we cannot blame anyone but ourselves because at the end of the day it was our decision to spend them there.
1038  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: November 19, 2016, 05:46:14 AM
in my opinion porn sites who accepting bitcoin is not good for bitcoin reputation indeed people who watching porn very like to anonymous and bitcoin have it but as far as i know that bitcoin is always associated with bad things such as money laundry or something bad else and also porn sites forbidden for several countries so might be porn sites isn't solutions to makes bitcoin growth

I actually agree with this, because as you said that watching porn is forbidden in some countries, so if someone uses bitcoin for watching porn in that country and if any authority or the government comes to know that a currency named bitcoin is being used for such a thing they might start hating it and it would make the chances less of bitcoin being used in that country later on.
1039  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 19, 2016, 05:43:54 AM
the existence of paper money in the future will begin to decline and be replaced by digital money  Roll Eyes. payment transactions with a card, atm card and shopping. and also because paper money is less efficient if in large quantities. but it's still in the long term because of the profit they make money medium digital / electronic novelty of this period. Shocked

I beg to disagree.. the paper money will not ever replace even digital currencies. Its that’s not a concept most people can get their heads around, which has been Bitcoin’s great limitation. It might overcome that hurdle, or it might not. The only certainty is that money will keep evolving. If money represents value, and value is a reflection of our needs and desires, then money is simply a reflection of us. And it will continue to change as long as we do.

We should see the progress of the world and we will come to know that a system like paper money would probably not stay forever now, every single thing is getting digital then why not money? It will get digital too for sure but it is not important that the digital thing should be bitcoin, governments may make their own digital systems.
1040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: November 19, 2016, 05:39:40 AM
Bitcoin is not some kind of magic pill that can solve all the problems of the world but it can help individuals to protect their financial freedom.

When Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin, the real intention was for Bitcoin to become this "magic pill". He hoped that Bitcoin will end the exploitation by the banking cartels. Still a long way to go, but if Bitcoin becomes popular, then it is going to be very bad for the banksters.
Even if bitcoin can help solve a lot of problems it cannot possibly solve all the problems and since bitcoin is such a new technology there is the possibility that new problems arise which are unexpected to everyone.

Bitcoin can only solve some monetary problems of people living in poor countries by providing them a chance to earn an extra income from internet if they can get to know it or if they have access to internet and computers, otherwise bitcoin can be of no use for them unless it becomes useful in physical world.
