Spots you have any update as to the situation with the cubeminer pool? the sha256 stratum isn't working...

Still can't connect to the pool with my S1 for sha256 mining. Is paul looking into that?

what's the latest version being used? this error comes from multiple clients not using the latest version from what i've searched about of this issue.

i tried with cpu miner as well, same result no connection, error result : stratum_subscribe timed out

Even if demand for bitcoin falls, miners will continue to pump out new coins. With gold, miners deal with falling demand by selling larger portions of their products to industry or by decreasing output. i'm d3m0nkingx on the rich list, for any that care. I just keep hoping people will think to hold coin and push the price, and not panic when the dumpers get scared and bail out.

I have yet to ever see a wallet actually make a notification to users to update their versions :/
I'm sure it's nothing difficult in the coding to broadcast a network wide message to update the client, or just have the client/daemon automatically check for new versions. why is this something still not implemented in the software?

i'm on the same version (1. as you are, i closed the wallet and restarted it, and no problems. how exactly did you do the update?
