after i did the reset default, i uploaded the last firmware and it worked, problem solved, and the hasboards were back to mine 4,500 GH/S each (total 13.5 TH/S)

then yesterday the same hashboard that was hashing at 198 GH/S and had temp stated at 15 when back to that! its the same diagnoze that i posted here:

i was checking on internet how to solve that problem and i made a reset to default to the miner, after that, now the hashboard lights no longer turn on, and the normal light doesnt go on, and the miner status is all on 0, it no longer hashes from any board,

hice un reinicio de fabrica en la s9 y ahora ningun bombillo de las tarjetas enciende, y puedo acceder a la minadora pero todo sale en 0, ya no hay hasheo

Buenas tardes amigos, yo tengo 3 minadoras S9 y desde hace 3 dias, 1 minadora ha tenido un problema en 1 de sus tarjetas, el hashrate normal de cada tarjeta es de 4,5 GH/s (por 3 tarjetas, total 13,5) pero ahora hay 1 de las tarjetas que el hasrate bajo a 170 (osea, 0,170 GH/S), no he visto ningun problema que indique que hay alguna falla, los bombillos de todas las tarjetas encienden bien, el ASIC status esta bien, todo en 00000000 (no hay ninguna X en ninguna de las tarjetas),

he reiniciado la minadora muchas veces y aun sigue minando solo a 9 GH/S, si alguno pudiera ayudarme a restaurar el funcionamiento normal de la tarjeta se lo agracederia mucho!!!

the freq is now 600 (from 700 cuz 625 didnt work)... working fine now hashing at 4 TH/S thou

il try doing the freq thing... my psu is a bitmain 1600w i thought the io board was the one causing the issue... so if i nerf the freq to 600 or less and it works, then it means the psu is bad? not the io board?

i did all tests ur telling me about testing the hashing cards they are all fine and my s7 is batch 8. ty for the help lets see if it fix the issue

well my s7 was working fine without its micro sd memory but now having issues tryint to start it again after i turned it off... the odd thing is that it works fine when i conect to the io board 2 of the 3 hashing cards... not having the sd memory affects in any way? or maybe its because the io board have issues or is not working properly and need to be replaced?

pues de un tiempo para aca.. mi S7 esta presentando fallas al iniciar, voy a relatar el proceso de inicio de mi S7: (primero enciende led rojo fijo, luego ambos verde/rojo, luego se apagan, luego rojo fijo nuevamente, luego se apaga) a partir de este punto varía su forma de iniciar en cuanto a lo siguiente: 1) enciende rojo fijo y queda asi. 2) enciende verde fijo y queda asi. 3) enciende verde y apaga luego de unos segundos y queda asi...  en los tres casos queda congelada y no se puede accesar al bios o sistema... ya he probado de todo y pues una de las pruebas que me permitió acceder al bios fue desconectando alguna o las tres tarjetas que hashean, presumo que las tarjetas estan funcionando bien y el problema radica en el io board...

algun experto me diga que debo hacer por favor.

veo que la io board posee un boton del lado izquierdo de arriba el cual presioné ya del desespero de no sabe rque hacer y este hace que enciendan los dos leds tanto el verde como el rojo pero ni idea de cual es su funcion, alguien me responde eso tambien por favor y muchas gracias.

(editado)nota: quiero añadir que cuando utilizo 2 de 3 de las tarjetas entonces si inicia bien y si hashean normal esas dos tarjetas (independientemente de las dos que escoja) quiere decir que hay algun tipo de conflicto a la hora de conectar las 3 tarjetas... pues quien tenga mas conocimiento me indique...

ok pero aun no estoy claro con mi pregunta.

yo encontré 5 bloques en 15 dias... quiero saber el por que, porque entre todos me ayudaron y tuve suerte aunque por ser un pool grande me ayudaron los demas... o es el mismo chance de conseguir "yo propiamente que mi minadora me diga que yo fui el que encontré el bloque" o cuando me voy a minar solo el chance de encontrar "yo que mi minadora diga que fui yo" es mucho mas alto...

en otras palabras.. quiero saber si mi minadora tambien hubiera encontrado esos 5 bloques con la misma probabilidad que si hubiera estado yo solo en la red? y ahorita tuviera 125 bitcoins...  hehehe

yo me refería a la dificultad de conseguir un bloque... es igual la dificultad estando solo o en conjundo de que tu propia minadora indique que ha minado un bloque?
si entras en el miner status sale una parte donde dice "found blocks" en una me decia "3" o sea encontro 3 bloques ya... esa dificultad varía segun donde mines? o es indiferente mines en nicehash estes minando "solo" en un grupo tipo nicehash o minando solo en otra parte?

amigos alguien que sepa bien este tema por favor...

empecé a minar con tres S4 y una S7 y al cabo de dos semanas ya habia encontrado tres bloques en una S4 un bloque en otra S4 uno en la S7 y la ultima S4 cero bloques, en vista de tanta suerte decidi probar un mes minando solo... queria saber si es la misma probabilidad de encontrar un bloque estando en un pool compartido a estar afiliado (en el caso mio en el grupo para minar solo de nicehash) en un sitio para minar solo...

found the problem... the mid card is not in his socket (i dont know if its just a socket or its broken.. can anyone tell me how to place that card in place? or what to do? thank you

al parecer la tarjeta del medio esta floja y es la causante del error... esa tarjeta como se ajusta? va conectada tipo tarjeta de video o ram que va en una ranura? o esta fija pegada? hay forma de meterla en su sitio para que quede fija? alguien me ayuda no quiero desarmarla aun antes que alguien con experiencia me oriente y gracias

Im having problem with my S7... when i turn it on, the red light is ON... after a few seconds it turned off but the green light led turns ON (static always on) and then the system gets stuck and doesnt allow me to see anything about if it was temperature or something else... can u help me? also one time i pressed for a few seconds the botton it has at the left side right next to the LAN and it made the S7 work... but for only 25 minutes after the red light led turned on again.

luego de 25 minutos volvio a dar luz roja... cuando llegue al sitio... reinicio la S7, enciende y queda la luz verde de la derecha encendida sin parpadear... y no puedo mirar nada en el sistema... alguien ayuda a como solucionar por favor.

bueno enciendo mi s7 luego de reestructurar el sitio donde los tengo y puedo accesar al bios solo por un momento y luego se cuelga y prende la luz roja de la derecha... pues apreté el boton que esta en la parte izquierda del enchufe de red y eso hizo que encendiera la luz verde y empezara a funcionar...

la pregunta es para que sirve ese boton que apreté? y cual es el modo mas seguro de encender y apagar una S7 ya que no tiene boton de encendido ni apagado... como hacen ustedes le colocan un switch externo por favor alguien me da detalles para no dañar el equipo y gracias.

(en otras palabras solucioné apretando ese boton de la izq peor ni siquiera se que pasó... todo fue por instinto hahahaha)

usaré 220 para las minadoras.

entonces las s4 van a 1400 watts entre 220 quiere decir que consumirán 6,36 Amperios cada una ahora si uso un protector de tension bifasico donde soporta 60 Amperios por fase quiere decir que puedo colocarle 60A en cada fase queria estar seguro la minadora toma 6,36 eso sería 3,18 por minadora por fase quiere decir que con este sistema podria tener un maximo de 18 minadoras S4 la cual consumirian 57,27 amperios por fase estoy en lo correcto?
ahora trabajando al 70% para no sobrecargar el sistema. trabajaria con un maximo de 42 amperios. que serian 13 S4 o 13 S7 que consumen casi lo mismo.

esa es mi duda si los 6,36 amperios van repartidos mitad y mitad por fase... gracias

queria saber que cableado necesitaba para minar, por ejemplo si tengo 2 minadoras s4 y una s7 de que calibre deberia ser mi cable AWG el breaker

y si en un futuro pienso tener por ejemplo 10 minadoras S7 como deberia distribuir la carga, debo trabajar con el 70% de la carga para evitar disparar el breaker y cosas asi alguno me sugiere alguna guia que detalle todo esto? por favor y gracias.
