They actually didn't ask you to hold, they give you an offer to get an extra if you hold until the second quarter of 2018. But the final decision, whether you'll hold or sell, is completely yours.

The buy order is actually out there, it just... in an "instant mode" because the cheapest sell order is already on the lowest price BTC can stretch (in exception of hitbtc). If you see the orderbook history, you can see that there are some people buying. But yeah, it'll take a long time before we can drain the entire 1sat sell order and move to 2 or 3 sat for the 1sat nuy order to be finally appear in queue

I am thinking about the possibility of cryptokitties' congestion actually turned us a favor. Although less likely, there is actually a possibility that people decide to hold their token on MEW due to the airdrop specification and because it is so hard (or, so expensive) to transfer token between etherchain. Or, on other scenario, they got clogged and the token entered the exchange rather slowly so the dump can be counteracted as it happened gradually.

I am more looking forward for a centralized one. If the next exchange is another decentralized like etherdelta, well, it is worse than wavesdex in matter of user interface. Hitbtc sounds good these days.

If you are sure about your accusation, go open a thread in scam accusations board with your strong proofs and references. Posting here will be quite meaningless. There are a lot of DT members roaming on that board that will help marking the dev with red trust to warn other investors about his project (supposed that you can give a strong evidences of your accusation). I see that there is other user on previous pages that complained about similar issue.

I can't say anything about this project as I still have not a lot of evidence that support or against the legitimacy of saruc, other than they have an... awfully minimalistic OP with no official whitepaper and website. All I know, I tried to get a feel of this coin via their airdrop, but up to this point, and despite my second post informing them that I haven't receive any reply on PM, I still have no instruction about their wallet. And from previous pages, I know I am not the only one having this... lack of reply.

Although these infos can not be used as a final conclusion that they are scammers, I'd like to say that if you, any of you, feel doubtful about this project, simply don't invest on their ICO. They have an airdrop that (said to be) enough to built a MN. Use that airdrop to get a feel of this project. Then, as you gain more or less confidence of saruc, you can decide to investmore  or to leave the airdropped coin as an useless coin.

You might can find a little relation to the answer of your question with my post above. It is currently still.locked for transfer, they'll be unlocked on 10th, and maybe after that you can start buying as there will be a lot of people selling.

Technically speaking, SCT is ready for bidding (being traded) since weeks ago because they're already listed on yobit and ED. However, since no one can move their tokens from MEW or any othet wallet to those two exchanges, no one can set a sell order as they don't have any amount on the exchange's wallet. Once it got unlocked and transfer is possible, people can start moving to yobit and other exchange. Thus, start bidding.

I don't think etherdelta could be a strong bargaining point. It is literally a yobit version of ether token, it has every token. And recent etherchain breakdown (thanks to those virtual Miaw) made ED a lot annoying. Who knows if there will be a next brrakdown, possibly because the cats now has dogs version.

I'm not sure about that, whether you can be considered eligible if you buy after the token unlock or not, only the team can answer. But I personally don't think that's logical. If anyone can be considered eligible for the airdrop by buying and transferring their amount to a wallet, what stopped someone from buying at day -1 or week -1, then hold it on a relatively short amount of time if compared to other people who had hold theirs for months.

Unless there is a certain period of "lock-down", like anyone who buy before December ends and lock their tokens ever since. This will actually boost the token price after the first dump, because there will be a lot of people wanting to get hold of their own SCT before December ends, much like how people wanted to get their BTC before a hardfork.

The way I get it, they mean you should not move your token from the address where it was dedicated for token distribution, either as ICO investors or bounty hunters, when the contract unlocked. That means, airdrop is specifically for those who hold coins before it get unlocked and tradable, and buying some from anywhere after the token unlock won't be considered as eligible. I can be wrong, though.

Or maybe, maybe, the reason was simply for a sense of fairness. Initially, they planned to unfreeze the contract once they finished distributing bounties, which was planned (if I remember correctly) to be done around the 20-ish of November, but it seems due to the large participants, they got delayed and up until today (again, if I am not mistaken) there are several bounty hunters that is yet to receive their payment.

Hence, maybe the reason of locking was because they want everybody get a fair chance of dumping their coin at the best rate (we know some will dump) instead of having to sell at the post-mayhem due to receiving their payment late. This is a good strategy too, actually. I remember that there was this waves token bounty that had to experienced a rather rough path of being dumped several times because they separate their bounty payment into certain phases. This way, we only have to face one (and probably a big one) dump then we can stsrt recovering and stabilizing our rate.

So what is your competitive selling point in attempt to penetrate traveling sector that's already have a great competitors with an almost similar apk (although they still only have fiat as their payment method) like Agoda and Trivago? They also offer the same service where you only needed your internet-connected phone to book hotels and flights.

In fact, people might prefer them more than Lotus because of some reason like below:
1. They are better known and familiar than Lotus. A lot of people have use it, and could recommend new people to use them instead of Lotus.
2. They sometimes offered promotions like vouchers and discounts
3. They're in fiat  which means they are more applicable and acceptable by a wider users (at least for now, while crypto is slowly fusing itself with our daily life) than ethereum-based token
4. You're in crypto, which is infamous for its volatility. I believe it will be the least interest of anyone to book a hotel worth 100 USD which at that moment (let's say) equals to 1,000 LTK only to find that the next two days, LTK rises and they can have the room at a mere 500 LTK.
5. And ultimately, their beloved mobile app could literally decide at anytime that it's time for them to apply bitcoin or ether as their newest payment method. This will instantly reduce your bargaining point because (a) as mentioned on point 1, these applications are better known and people will feel more comfortable on using them instead of the relatively new app (b) the usage of btc or eth (or even doge) which has a stronger market position will be considered as a more safe option if they want to try a crypto-payment-holiday than LTK.

Please mind that I'm not trying to corner you here. I only suggested  some points that you might (or might not) missed. Also please mind that I haven't read your WP, so I wouldn't know if those points are already on your control or not. But a lot of new comers and end-users also wouldn't bother reading a lot of pages just to book tickets (hey, we even skipped TnC that's only few paragraphs long) so you might want to make these points clear to your future customers.
