I finally decide to install iguana app to try to access my KMD from ICO, downloaded the windows version from supernet, but after finished installation and trying to run the program, it said that the version is not compatible to my windows (currently runnning on win7 32bit). Yes, according to their FAQ, they actually do three steps of verification that depends on the amount you spent with them. So anyone that had the first verification at the first time signing up can be asked again to do another verification (and more complex one) once they reached certain amount.



I think you both are passing the first category limit and need to do second phase verification.
