301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How does ALTCOIN/BTC pair exchange work? Please advise on: December 20, 2020, 10:36:22 PM
Hi Friends,
I am a bit confused about how to track ( understand)  Altcoin/BTC pair work in the exchange.
For example, If I want to exchange XRP to BTC  when will be the best time to do it?  Is it when both XRP and BTC price increases or XRP price increases and BTC price decreases ( which may never happen) ?
It should be when XRP gets pumped more than bitcoin and you can get more bitcoin for your pocket. When XRP pumped more than bitcoin and you can expect the bullish that happened with bitcoin will be nothing.
The thing that you mentioned above was true but it's rarely to see that bitcoin is loosing against XRP. The only chance for you waiting for the pump to exchange site into the bitcoin.
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the top 5 ALTS you held in 2020 on: December 20, 2020, 10:29:24 AM
What are the 5 alts you held most of in 2020 [in usd value]
PS: Not referring to ALTS token
The Altcoins I currently hold are Cardano, Tron, Litecoin, Ethereum, and USDT, that's all and that is all apart from some of the other tokens I got from some of the campaigns I participated in this year.
Hmm i think that we could not put the stable coin as a part of altcoins. It was not so volatile like altcoins that was using the speculation to determine its price.
I have been holding some good coins right now and these coins were surging a lot to the moon.
It looks like you have been converting your reward into the native coins and used it as your safe investment.
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Polkadot going to Kill Ethereum? on: December 19, 2020, 11:01:12 PM
to be honest, Ethereum is hard to kill, Ethereum's main competitors like Tron and EOS still can't kill it,
especially when Polkadot as we know it is a new project, if it kills Ethereum,
DAPP or the existing ecosystem on Ethereum you have to move to DOT, but unfortunately it's still a dream .
It's impossible for another smartcontract chain to kill it. This is only a shilling trick while we know that will never happen.
There are some dapps moving again to the ethereum as they can't get the demand from the DOT. It will be useless if you are using the new smartcontract platforms cuased by the hype and it will not have a long term prospect that can affects your platform.
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins will reach all time high on 2021 on: December 19, 2020, 12:56:33 PM
The brilliant time for altcoin will come. The defi pattern isn't so solid as it was previously. Money that picks up no revenue after some time will give a lot more modest return throughout the following decade. The market augmenting can be known through this expansion, and there is better understanding about the development and dangers.
its very close to see altcoin moment in 2021, all cryptocurrency price included altcoin soar extremely in few weeks ago. and defi projects now looks as not interested project anymore, they have negative growth while crypto market have positive growth .
There are so many defi platforms have been getting hacked and that was making the name of defi became even worst than before.
There gonna be the next defi that will come for sure but it looks like people started to realize that if the trend has started to change into the new trend.
People are massively leaving defi platforms to ride the bullish trend that's happening with bitcoin.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano coin price $1 in 2020? on: December 18, 2020, 10:37:50 PM
With a very short time, I don't think Cardano will reach $ 1 by the end of this year, I believe Cardano will close 2020 $ 0.2, I really support if Cardano will grow more in 2021 and can exceed $ 1, of course  not as easy as turning a palm, but if the project development team worked hard and wholeheartedly anything could happen,

There's no need for developers to work hard anymore for now. If you look at the history of early 2018, Cardano could reach a price of $1 but on the condition that bitcoin goes up to a price of $30k to $40k and this seems like it's only a matter of weeks.
Why? the people are not willing to buy the coin without a good reason. the developers need to keep its hardworking to deliver the more innovation to be used by its users or supporters.
Bitcoin itself will need another time to get massive pump again but i do believe ada needs a lot of big news to came in before.
The news is everything these days.
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin reaches its highest price since 2019 on: December 17, 2020, 10:26:10 PM
Since the establishment of the litecoin on 2019, Litecoin just reached it's highest price $100
Source: https://www.facebook.com/404460532994922/posts/3598753070232303/?app=fbl

Although, Litecoin might have passed highest price since 2019 but Dont be mislead, litecoin have not reached the half of its all time high.

It looks like that he means about the all time high for this year but he was not doing a proper analysis to know that how much the all time high that already achieved by litecoin last year. he was missing something from his analyzation. he was not reading the chart properly. litecoin is still too gar from its 2019 ath
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think CREDITS (CS) is a very well organized SCAM? on: December 17, 2020, 11:53:02 AM
Guys just cut your losses and join a real project instead of this scam
I have cut loss my investment since last year but why there are still some people keep their credits.
This coin has no volume and the price for each credit coin is always going down to the bottom too.
People should have realized about that and it doesn't make sense there are still some believers in the credits telegram group too. All of promises that already made by the developers were fake.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non funded projects vs funded projects on: December 17, 2020, 02:18:48 AM
There are many old altcoins alive today that are not funded, litecoin, XMR etc, they did no ICO and they rocks.
Many? you may wrong about this dude. The majority of ico coins are dominating the top 100 CMC?
What about namecoin?
Litecoin is also having problem with its development progress as it lack of funding. Charlie has also confirmed it in the past.

In fact it the top coins are still dominated by the funded projects. Those old non funded projects were getting the momentum. There are also so many dead non funded projects.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🤔 How do you distribute your portfolio? BTC vs Altcoins on: December 16, 2020, 01:30:31 PM
I generally keep my investments in eth. But other than that, altcoins that I like are in question in my investments. Sometimes I make shit coins investments that I like, or if it pays off. It is not clear at all, unexpected projects can come at unexpected prices.
Agreed with it and i have made decent profit from the shitcoins too. This shitcoins will always be pumping when the market shows the gree trend. You might see how so many shit coins are getting ressurected again. The coins like swissborg or utrust have proven it to be the true story
Im also putting small money into the shitcoins too lol
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Yfdai ? on: December 16, 2020, 09:25:38 AM

It doesn't seem to be the next YFI. It has limited usability. It can go even higher than this time consider there's not a bearish signal. When it was trading above 5k or 10k and it will be going down again.
This coin is still going to the moon right now. It has not got any correction yet.
We will see that but i will not bet a lot on this pnd coin.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this even normal? on: December 15, 2020, 10:56:34 PM

I don't call it normal,i name it scam. Close down bounty group means they don't want anybody to speak, blocked access to the spreadsheet means they probably don't want to pay the reward to the bounty hunter, what an ironic project.
Exactly, that's a matter of fact, if they are closing the bounty group and also blocked access to the spreadsheet means it is crystal clear that it is a scam and they have not had the intentions to deliver the reward to the participants. Now hunters get used to with such scams.

Hunters need to move forward and avoid such kinds of bounty works, it's clear that if there's no information then the team have a high

chance not to pay the participants, waste of time and efforts, things that each participants needs to learned, you have to be more selective

in picking the team or projects to support to avoid this kind of team.
Some already received their tokens and the last batch haven't been sent yet because of Ethereum high gas fee, I have PM the CEO himself, it seems that only signature campaign participants remains to be completed, let's give them some more time
The signature participants have also received their payment dude. i have checked that from some people who are still wearing the base protocol signature.
It seems like that all of tokens already paid to the participants.
This problem should be clear because the developers have been paying the hunters. It's getting a small delay.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Black - Legit or not ? on: December 15, 2020, 02:15:35 PM
I'm not quite sure if it's legit or not would you provide to us the official website of that particular project maybe we could find something on their whitepaper so we could check whether that could be a good project or not.
That's a scam. The coin is only being created to be the scam coin. it can't even be called as crypto. it's a scam scheme that created by the scammers.
OP has mentioned all of the points that strongly proven that bitcoin black just another scam coins. This project has so many redflags and did you watch the thread dude?
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum May Surpass Bitcoin’s Market Cap in the Next 10 Years on: December 15, 2020, 11:26:59 AM
it could happen, because indeed the use case of Ethereum is very clear,
DEX, DeFi, and several other categories are built on the Ethereum platform,
of course this makes Ethereum very strong, yes to be honest, Ethereum is still better than Bitcoin,
but Bitcoin is still more popular than Ethereum.
The usability of ethereum platforms being discovered by the community. ethereum will be nothing without the community dude. All of the platforms that pegged with ethereum must have become big industries and this can make the price of pump for ethereum price too.
Ethereum is better than bitcoin in term of usability.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Does uniswap really believe ? on: December 14, 2020, 10:56:52 PM
Hi,

You guys understand Uniswap?
I like uniswap Exchange. You can Exchange any toke to eth easily with best price. If you saw her full planing you get different other exchange.
Always i belive uniswap Exchange.
Uniswap has been providing a new way for people to do buy or sell crypto. The swao service can be considered as a new innovation in the crypto marketplace whether people can swap crypto from their wallet automatically without feeling worry there will be possibility for 3rd to control it. I have done hundreds of trades on uniswap
The most innovative idea in this year
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Listing on Uniswap on: December 14, 2020, 03:50:13 PM
On Uniswap, Do you know what happens to the price of the token when all of its initial amount gets bought? So if a startup puts on 100 of their token at $100 ether value total and it all gets bought, would that mean the pool now has 0 tokens and $200 ether value? What happens?

The pool will have 0 liquidity in token form and then as the tokens already bought use ethereum and the remaining amount will be in ethervalue. The liquidity for token will become zero and the liquidity pool for ethereum will have $100 worth of ethereum.
It's a simple explanation about that and im always using uniswap.
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO, IDO, STO which best? on: December 13, 2020, 10:32:59 PM
I like IEO. After the coin / token is exchanged, IEO is done. Coins / tokens are usually IEO to be known in the exchange. Tokens are listed as a better Exchange if there is a good response.
The IEO that came from the garbage exchange site will never be listed on a better exchange site. The only thing that will be very profitable for you when you are participated in the IEO of major exchange site and that could give you instant profit. When you are participating in IEO from p2p, coinsbit, yobit or various scam exchange sites and then you will lose your money instantly.
IEO totally depends on the platform who has been launched it. ICO seems quite better at this moment consider the ratio of successful ico compared with ieo.
317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 Million Ethereum coins STAKED on ETH 2.0 but IS IT PROFITABLE?! on: December 12, 2020, 10:30:01 PM
for now it's not very profitable. The low APR plus the very long time makes all of that unprofitable. and 32 ETH is a lot of money, Ethereum 2.0 is not like the usual PoS consensus system which can come out at any time. Once the deposit contract has been made you won't be able to get out. if there is a slight mistake you will lose. I think for the early years only whales will be validators because they have sufficient funds to do all of that.
The locking period for ethereum that has been depositing to the contract is the main problem. Everyone already trapped in the network for a year later and they will be able to get back their ethereum.
More ethereum means the decreases will be happening with APR. The validators are also increasing everyday means less apr for the stakers.
it will give you a few bucks only.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bnb is cheaper faster then eth and btc on: December 12, 2020, 02:44:35 PM
The volume of transactions at BNB is not that much so it's so fast while BTC and Eth have a lot of transactions, and many are cheaper and faster than BNB
The volume doesn't matter a lot consider binance coin has better scalability than bitcoin or ethereum. it can process more transactions and that will make the binance chain will be free from the transactions that was getting stuck on the mempool or block.
You must know how binance can be even cheaper than bitcoin or ethereum.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Apple co-founder and Blockchain Project on: December 11, 2020, 02:24:34 PM
Apple co-founder who have shown his interest into the blockchain years back have created his own blockchain company focusing on cryptocurrency and energy efficiency projects. This has attracted huge investors and the growth has peaked to 1400% in a very short time period. Initial price was around $0.1 and now it was found around $2.26, which is a big growth.

Source : entrepreneur.com
Apple is the top brand at the moment in the technology and gadget sector with millions of products sold each year. Infact it has become a household name in recent years, so such a success of new blockchain project from one of apple's co-founder was always on the cards and no surprise.
The apple's brand didn't affect the reputation of the project but the big name that owned by steve has been giving a lot of impact to the project. The members of efforce projects have very good track record in the technology development too.
Apple brings nothing to the efforce but steve does it. that's why people wanna also bet on efforce too.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 19-Year-Old Ukrainian Politician Owns 185,000 Monero (XMR), Bought In 2015 on: December 10, 2020, 10:56:57 PM

That is exciting to know, I think in coming days more reveals will be made regarding politicians holding coins so in the end this will all boost the confidence of the masses and we will move towards speedy adoption as a result.
Im not sure about that but it will be a very difficult thing for politiciant to reveal their crypto asset. He has invested in crypto a few years ago and that means he's still under 17 at that time.
That makes sense if he was only trying to put his money on monero or crypto at that time. The politician will never reveal their crypto as they can get taxes caused by that.
They will be silent.
