Finally got my 9 week old withdraw request converted back to usd and bought btc. Transferred out within 5 minutes no issues. Done with Gox.

Mine has been hashing all night overclocked to 200 on the stock fan with no ducting and both boards are at 48.
|
|
|
Just a standard fan socket and you can use the rubber mounts for a 120mm fan.
|
|
|
There's only the one device, although apparently our boards are a newer rev.

|
|
No use goxed's guide and ssh.

It's a beautiful thing... China to Connecticut in 2 days, set up in 45 minutes (had to find my wire strippers, took a bit) and overclocked in about 10 seconds. Happily hashing away at 200Ghz. Huzzah! Thanks again sushi for taking this over.

Working great thanks goxed!

Suggestion: I'll make a google documents poll in a few hours. If everybody enters his forum name, # shares and preference we'll have an easy overview of how many shares are for or against selling.
I'll add DZminercoop staff to the document so that they can see that I'm not altering the document, and the results and individual votes will be posted in a few days.
If this ok with everybody and DZMinercoop staff, we can easily and quickly decide what to do.
Bobsag3, Thomas_s, Dyslexiczombei, please post or pm your gmail address so I can add you to the document.
This is ridiculous. People who bought into the operation bought into it as a mining venture and understood it as such. If someone doesn't want to be associated with it anymore, that's their prerogative and they are welcome to sell their shares but others' hands shouldn't be forced just because of changed minds. Look at the payouts so far - given a fair bit of patience, we will ROI in BTC within a reasonable amount of time even with the complications; and not all avenues have been exhausted to remedy the complications. This boils down to people in BTC-land being generally impatient and expecting immediate (or very short-term) returns. The ONLY way I would be willing to get out is if DZ did a conversion / swap for an immediately-available, higher-hashing run (and let's be honest, probably not going to happen). This is a co-op. We are all subject to the will of the vote. You may not like the vote result but you can't argue not to even have the vote.

So I made sure the LAN was set to dhcp and I changed the wan to match my local. I hit save and apply and it's been sitting quite some time at applying changes etc/config/cgminer. How do I know when it is safe to unplug it. I gave up waiting, plugged it in and it's hashing away happily

The second. They debit your bank account and then fall back to the credit card.

Thank you, beat me to it. I will be doing the same.
FYI on the civil front we would need to have the vast majoirty of the group involved, or his lawyers could try and invoke "Failure to join" as a defense. Basically saying not enough of us were agreeing it was a scam. He also said potentially he could ask the court to let him represent us even though he doesn't have an Indiana law license. He would need to petition for the right to as a one off. But that's a ways down the road. Let's start with the police reports.

Agreed. Two separate conversations.

If you get level 3 verified with a credit card you can instantly buy up to 10.

I spoke with a lawyer yesterday. He said the first thing he urges us to do it contact law enforcement in the local area and file a complaint. Some places require you to file an official witnessed letter, some will take it over the phone. I have not contacted his local police department yet myself but plan to tomorrow. There are several civil suit actions we can also take but the very first thing we should do is pursue a criminal complaint for outright theft.

novy, I really do feel for you. On the other hand textplorer said in the thread do not send any money until Bitmain confirmed the GB. I don't know why you sent any money. Should textplorer give it back? Obviously.
