Indeed.
And if anyone wants to setup a pool, I can get a beefy server up and running in the US/CA, provide support, marketing, design so long as you can setup and manage the technical side. 40/60 split on gems (you get 60%) and I'll manage paying for the server on my own. I'm thinking 1-2% PPLNS. I don't see the other pool actively marketing, so this could be a good opportunity and experience for both of us.
Does p2pool work or do you want pushpool ?

I need directions on how to get a pool running, i have the hardware but not the specific tech expertise, functional reply that gets me a running pool gets a HUGE deposit.

Current Network Hash: 199.02 Mh/s Current Difficulty: 4.799 Market Capitalization: $19,533.51 Current Price: 0.00001780 btc Number of 500 reward blocks remaining: 678 I just wish this pool site would pay me for the blocks I mined a few days ago, 18788, 18798, 18821,18834, 18842, 18849, 18858, 18875, 18885,18963,18971,18996, 19006, 19031. Why mine a site that doesn't pay you for your work? or should I say electricity?That site is having terrible luck with block finding the last 24 hours. Most blocks are 2 or 3 x normal find estimates and there are numerous ones that are 4 or 5 x the estimated find time. That means losing lots of money The payouts take a few hours to hit but you should have definitely been paid for those already. Problem is that there is no proof you mined them the site lacks the ability to check... Have you tried my pool been a champ http://coinworld.us:7777/static/

"blocks" : 9535, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 1.28656406, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false

I would love to mine this just to check it out Is this a solo thing for testing or what? Also would you just connect the same way?
It is not necessary mining; you just can translate your balance in BTGs into amounts of several gems: 2 carat J-color VVS2 clarity round ruby, 3 carat E-Color VVS1 clarity round diamond and so. By the moment, typing in console ... Hey Min do you suggest pool mining on this or solo is fine not sure the diff or how it works I think solo mining is possible still. ok so i do understand this if i find a block solo it's 3 BTG right?
