21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LINK - CHAINLINK in the moon on: September 03, 2020, 05:27:41 AM
Data is more valuable than gold.
The date is more precious than everything on Earth.
Knowledge is power.

I agree with this, everything is information, information needs to stay unchanged, kept safe and secured, and nothing can beat cryptography on that field. This is a good reason for believing in Link and in many other cryptocurrencies. I think that some DeFi projects are going to the moon, and Link will be one of them.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What we can expect the price of eth at the end of 2020? on: September 02, 2020, 10:05:59 AM
Last week I was reading how Ethereum will drop to $360, maybe more, you could see that almost everywhere from many traders. What Ethereum did is a surprise,
it didn't drop, the price took the course to up and now it's $470. What will happen until the end of this year nobody can predict, the prices are making surprise turns. If continue to grow who knows we can go very high, but also there can be a downfall and maybe Ethereum will make some new bottom, where will that be I don't know.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you going to buy into these high rising defi coins now? on: September 02, 2020, 08:17:24 AM
I only bought a little, maybe this is just a trend that will end soon but maybe it will continue to grow. I will continue to monitor the progress of each defi project, but for now I only focus on the chainlink.

I have some Link from before this hype, and that's enough for me. Now I will wait for the storm to pass and when prices drop I will buy some more, and I will look into other defi projects. Now I don't think it's a good time for buying, and I will keep some money for now, I expect big dump and some projects to be scams.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi hype the same as ICO hype in 2017? on: September 01, 2020, 10:23:37 PM
The hype is definitely not the same, if you remember correctly during ico hype even fake or scam icos were able to raise good funds and exit scammed the investors so the big money in the form of btc and eth was wasted.
While now, the money if flowing into defi which most probably seems legit because you are holding the coins in your wallet and everything happens in a transparent way through the use of smart contracts and everything is trackable so the chances of scam are low but still we need to wait and see how it all goes after a year or so we can analyse the performance and give our opinion on the authenticity of defi projects.

The hype is hype, it's not the same, but in essence, it's hype! I agree with you, we have more proven ICO scams than defi scams, but we need to give it more time and we will see what will happen, maybe we will have even more scams with defi projects, that is a possibility.
I would say there are some similarities, and many people just invest without thinking and researching. When it's hype you need to know that after the pump there will be a huge dump!
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with scam copycats of YFI on: September 01, 2020, 05:44:58 PM
Even my father will understand (if he looks at the charts) that YFI is a total bubble and just another DeFi-scam.
Is it not clear that it is just a bubble that will now roll down to zero/close and then what? Everyone will run and shout that it was a bubble and how did no one know?
Yes, everyone knew (and knows) only everyone wants to snatch their piece of this bubbly pie as usual.

Those people who love riding with the hypes, once they've suffer and become the victim they'll surely cry out.

There are people who still believing that there are instant way of earning money inside this sphere, you need to carefully analyze
each participation that you'll going to do it's your hard earned money so be very furious from each projects that you are eyeing with.

Watching from the side I think reasonable people will say that YFI is a bubble, only the ones who are paid to promote it are talking that it's great. I don't know where they find people to invest in this scam project, I hope nobody from here will touch it! It's not the only DeFi scam, in next period I feel like we will see a lot more DeFi scams, they just started operating, but soon that pyramids will start collapsing.

27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im planning to invest in Ethereum. Is this a good plan? on: August 30, 2020, 11:25:35 AM
Why are you doubting to invest ethereum? Of course it's a good investment coin. I believe that it will increase the price because of eth 2.0 and hopefully we will see eth touching $1k.
it is not certain that ETH 2.0 is successful and moreover they will delay it again, it has been done several times so there is a risk behind the delay either the price will go down

There must be a reason for the delay. It's better to have a delay than to have an update with flaws. I think everything will be fine in the end, we need to have faith that the team behind will give their best for everything to be great!
It's a good plan to invest in Ethereum, I am not sure about the timing only. The price is up for some time, and maybe it will drop, nobody can predict what will happen, in the same time it can rise more and set up new bottom.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This beach resort is accepting Ethereum!!! on: August 30, 2020, 09:44:01 AM
that's good news. next time if i have a lot of money will try to visit local beach in your country. I really believe that crypto adoption is really happening and will continue, I believe crypto will be very much needed in the future.

I agree, good news we have here. Whenever someone starts to accept any cryptocurrency it's good for the entire crypto, it always starts with the first one, later other cryptocurrencies will be accepted too. If you have some Ethereums try to keep them and add more if you can, once when Ethereum grows it will be affordable for all Ethereum holders.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: August 30, 2020, 05:42:17 AM
I think crypto is more valuable than Gold .We can easily transaction it ,digital payment system .That's why crypto has grown so fast than Gold .On the other hand many corruption is occurring based on Gold but if the web security system is good enough there is no way to occur any corruption in crypto.

Crypto is more valuable than gold, I don't have to think about it! Gold is overrated, it's just a precious metal and it's good to wear it around your neck, in your ears, or anywhere on your body, but cryptocurrencies are capable of doing mathematic, to make contracts, smart ones, they can do much more for us and they can help us a lot with our economy.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kickico KICK coin a good investment? on: August 29, 2020, 09:56:33 AM
a dmm Huh
263 days ago i received kick token from airdrop maybe but stay i have not sold yet. I think it's foolish to invest all these unless tokens instead of bitcoin. Those who have no demand for the product in reality will never find a good investor so do research then decide to invest.
If they gonna unlock the kick token on every wallet were they send the airdrop i guess the price of the coin will go down until it has no value. And investors will be angry on the team.

That's one of the possibilities, if they unlock tokens people will sell all and the price will drop. I didn't see how many coins their airdroped totally, how many percents is that from total supply? I have it like others, sitting in the wallet and waiting. Who knows what will happen with Kick, but for now we can't do anything with it.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: August 29, 2020, 08:12:48 AM
I trust it, it's a good substitute for the dollar, it's good for trading, for holding your capital stable while the prices are dropping. It's a stable coin and for that it's good, for investing and holding just USDT there's no point in that, it's like you are saving dollars, and we are here for the cryptocurrencies, not for fiat and cash.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you estimate resilience of economy in your country? on: August 29, 2020, 07:03:16 AM
Every country was affected by this Pandemic Covid 19. However there were still countries who considered more to continue operating businesses to support its economic aspects eventhough the cases of infected is rising continuously..well theres nothing we can do if the government implements that aside from being more careful and aware on preventive measures of being infected..Im just wishing that corrupt officials will be eliminated from the position so it will lessen the burden of the community and its sovereignity.

Some countries are richer, and when you have the money you will solve problems faster, you will buy the equipment you need, you will buy food or any other help, with money you can do almost everything! I don't estimate the resilience of the economy in my country, I don't think I have all the facts. What we have is what official tells us, and I believe they are lying us. If you have all the wrong facts, every time you try to estimate it you will have wrong results. It's better to not have an opinion than to have the wrong opinion.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: August 28, 2020, 10:15:20 AM
I think its too soon to call ripple as the next bitcoin but its not too far off tho. Ripple is on the rise but the way bitcoin made its run before is way different than how ripple is doing now considering there are a ton of other coins out there.

Projects that use this phrase, the next Bitcoin, are good projects to be avoided. There will not be a next Bitcoin, Bitcoin will always be one and only. Projects that have nothing to offer except they are in crypto and they have high hopes, without the unique idea, or better development they will do nothing. Ripple will never come close to Bitcoin.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: August 28, 2020, 07:16:12 AM
It is not easy for projects to be successful and become big, especially new projects have very little chance. So in my opinion 3 projects
those mentioned in the opening post won't make it big this year. I am more confident that DeFi projects will be big this year. Moreover,
there is indeed hype for DeFi projects right now.

Every once in a while we have some hype, current hype is about DeFi projects. Little or big chances for a project to go big are some chances, it would be fair to say
that every project has some chances to be successful if the idea is unique and if the team is capable fo carrying the project. There're many projects, and only a few will be very successful, and you need to be lucky to catch them.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to Invest on: August 28, 2020, 04:26:43 AM
A very good step to increase your income by exchanging BTC on several ALTs then trading them. but Bitcoin is the initial benchmark in order to measure the ALT you buy is profitable or loss.

Exchanges that are currently good I refer more to Binance, Bittrex, and Kucoin, because they are listed on coinmarketcap

For good Altcoin references to invest in or trade, take a few coins that are already listed on the coinmarketcap ranked between 1 to the top 20.

You gave him good suggestions. All 3 exchanges you mentioned can be trusted and if he chooses an exchange it should be one of these 3. Also, I would advise him to listen to you and start trading with Bitcoin first, later he can invest in any altcoin he wants, but he should learn everything with Bitcoin.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ChainLink - Sell or Hold for some more time? on: August 27, 2020, 08:48:36 PM
Chainlink is a good project, it's good for holding for a longer period. When you think about what they achieved until now, can we think about what can they achieve in the future? If we give them more time for development, for getting more people interested, than Link can have a much higher price. Traders will trade and speculate, the price will fluctuate, you can do that, or you can hold, it's your own decision that you should make.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: who else think Litecoin will go huge? on: August 27, 2020, 07:35:11 PM
Long time ago, i had heard a lot of people are saying,"BTC is gold, LTC is silver." Back to now, there is hardly hearing this voice. But the important is, LTC still survive, not dead. When the bull comes, no doubt LTC definitely will go huge, even breaking the highest point in history. Of course, the other cryptos are the same.

You don't have to hear it to know it's there. Litecoin has cheaper and faster transactions, and there will be a limited amount of Litecoins. I think that limited coin supply is what drives the prices, while demand is rising supply is lower with every halving, which leads to the price rise. And there will be a higher demand for many cryptocurrencies, for Bitcoin and Litecoin as first and second, there will be a rise in demand.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects and their unreal excuses on: August 27, 2020, 05:35:03 PM
It's 90% untrue story when new projects failed to launch their project because of COV19 pandemic because every thing about crypto is digital, you can continue development digitally even if the team are in their separate homes, I can still cut some slacks with projects from Italy and France, they are the hot zones of Cov-19 pandemic but what about others??? We have Zoom app that's very good for team to come together and make a plan because of social distancing,. What am I missing guys Huh Am I right or wrong?
I agree with you, covid-19 is not a reason to stop their project, in my opinion the existence of covid-19 is useful for cryptocurrency, they can work at home and find out what cryptocurrency is, if a new project cannot proceed because there is covid-19 , I'm sure they only want investor funds without any plan to have development of their projects

It's not a good excuse, especially when you see many projects have the same excuse for everything wrong in their project. I had a few mistake bounties in the last 6 months, still waiting to be paid, and when that happens I don't think it will worth much, they still complain about Covid and how team members are sick, for all the inactivity from them.

40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: August 24, 2020, 05:47:53 AM
Anything that Binance has ventured in seems to be doing great based on the huge community. Let's see how TWT will perform in the next couple of months

You are right about that. I still don't have Trust wallet, but I am thinking about installing it, they have good marketing, I read many positive things about Trust wallet, and I will try it. The price of their token is cheap at the moment, and expect the possibility to see the price rise, what do TWT owners have from holding it? Is there any benefit? Do we stake it, or get some dividends from holding it, or anything else?
