I mean he knows how to talk with other leaders I love on how Duterte love the Filipino people what is getting worst today is the extra judicial killings. I suggest you to collect at least until 0.05-0.1BTC then you try to trade altcoin, rather than gambling.
Exactly that is the right thing to do, earn from signature campaign and invest those earnings in altcoin trading as it will help you in growing your coins in quick time.
