At this point they should seek medical counselling because they obviously have a mental condition if they can not stop gambling and are definitely addicted to it.
I agree with you . when the gambler just think to always win, they were wrong. because it is the beginning of their addiction. it should be removed and they are exposed to a little bit of pressure mentally strong. I dont think that gambler dont just think of win to be addicted. A lot of people addicted is because they like to gamble. Yes I am ever doing so. bet on the team that I don't know. but the result is always bad, so I won't ever again bet on a team that I don't know. I'll just bet on a great team that I know and in my opinion not a good choice if you bet on a team you don't know, it's like too imposing for the win.
Its really a bad thing or idea on betting a certain team that you wont know since its like your betting on random basis without any analysis and information on such team but some people will like to bet even if they dont know. Gambling is not a way to remove you from being a poor person but if you work hard for it then that will be a different thing. That is one of the reason why many people are coming back from gambling because of that way of thinking, they think that gambling will help them to be rich easily and get out of their poverty. Thats one reason thats why most of the gambler including me keeps on coming back. Tho im not that poor but being in a mid class. We still want to get higher. And gambling has that promise and we can achieve it in a short period of time. Tho the result was always opposite. I don't think that a promise, it is just the way we think that gambling will able to make us rich very fast. But that way of thinking is the main reason for many of us that is keeping us back from gambling and even we are experiencing losing in the long run. We will justify it, that just even one win, it will suffice all our losses. We are just being bias with the reality, although we know what we are not doing well in gambling still we do come back hoping that every time we gamble we can prove our method to work. With the repetitive action, we failed to notice that we are already hooked with gambling and we have lose so much money until our decision to come back again not to have fun but to chase our loses. With that action we are just becoming victims of our own foolishness because as we know that we are not getting benefits when we gamble. I only bet on games that I am intersted in seeing in the first place, so naturally I watch the games that I bet on.
I can understand some people not watching, especially with bigger amounts. It can become quite tense and frustrating if it is a close call towards the end.
I do feel this way too, that's the main reason that sometimes that I doubt to watch the games of my favorite teams and the teams that I bet. But still I'm making myself courage to watch it because it is my money that I'm gambling and sometimes its hurting me when how I watch my money to lose slowly for those bets. |

My first intention is to get some profits, so I give it a shot and lost of course. Well, I think that happens to many gambler at the first time, but I didn't plan to make a living from gambling. I'm just playing and bet on my choices, although it's exciting and fun to do but with little capital and not go all in. That's why I'm just playing for fun only, because most of the time if I think about profit in gambling opposite outcome is happening to me. And I guess I'm that a very lucky person and still not able to win some good amount in gambling.
